# Bigo Live Clone App - White-Label Live Streaming & Social Entertainment Platform

A feature-complete live-streaming platform covering the whole entertainment loop: fifteen room formats from solo video to voice rooms and PK arenas, a four-currency coin economy with configurable revenue splits, talent agencies and families, short videos and a square feed, and a moderation stack with reports, strikes and appeals.

Three surfaces from one monorepo. Viewers and hosts use a 44-route web app, operators run a 15-section admin panel, and an Expo mobile app covers the core flows, all against a NestJS backend of 200 endpoints over 74 database models.

⚡ Platform at a Glance

### Fifteen Room Formats

Solo video, solo audio, voice rooms with seats, multi-guest, co-host, panel, party, karaoke, gaming, talent, talk show, dating, private, subscriber-only and scheduled events. Most clones ship one.

### Agencies Are the Growth Engine

Talent agencies recruit hosts, set contracts, track earnings and take a configurable share. In this category the agency layer is what brings supply, and it is native rather than bolted on.

### Four-Currency Economy

Coins bought with money, diamonds earned from gifts, beans that convert to cash, and points that drive family and agency ranking. Each is modelled separately so operators can tune one without breaking another.

### PK Battles, Six Formats

One-versus-one, team, room, family, agency and tournament, scored on gift value with live scoring, winner determination and revenge battles.

### Families and Community

Leaders, co-leaders and elders, join policies, contribution tracking, a treasury and family-versus-family battles. This is the retention layer under the gifting layer.

### Honest About Readiness

The documentation grades this build itself and names a pre-production list. Testing, observability, migrations and several security items are open work, stated on this page rather than discovered later.

## Bigo Live Clone Video Demo: Go Live, Gifting, PK & Payouts

A walkthrough of the platform as an operator sees it, rather than a feature reel. It opens on a host going live, choosing a room format and generating the Agora publisher token, so the path from a click to a broadcast is visible rather than asserted. A viewer joins, buys coins, and sends a gift, and the same transaction is followed through the split: the platform share, the agency share and the diamonds landing on the host. A PK battle runs between two hosts with live scoring on gift value. The host then converts diamonds to beans and raises a withdrawal request, which is picked up in the operator console alongside the host application queue, the report queue and the settings that control the split itself. If a specific flow matters more than the tour, ask and we will open it live with data in it.

Follow a viewer from discovery through a first gift, a host from application and approval to going live and requesting a payout, an agency manager from inviting a host to tracking earnings, and an operator from a filed report to a resolved appeal. Web carries the full experience and the Expo mobile app covers the core viewer and host flows. Want a guided walkthrough of a specific flow? Book a call and we will open the surface you care about with live data in it.

## Bigo Live Clone Deployment References - What the Platform Actually Does

There is no live-streaming deployment in the Miracuves portfolio yet, so rather than dress this platform in borrowed proof, the statements below are properties of the build, each demonstrable in the live demo above.

Emerging Market
Live Streaming and Gifting Platform

      ⚡ Challenges

- Hosts leaving because earnings are opaque and payouts are slow
- Agencies managing talent on spreadsheets because the platform gives them no surface
- A gift economy that cannot be reconciled once volume arrives

      🎯 Goal

- Fifteen room formats so hosts pick the one that suits their content
- An agency and family layer that makes recruitment the platform growth engine
- A four-currency economy with configurable revenue splits and withdrawals

      🛠 Solution by Miracuves

- Agora low-latency audio and video across web and mobile
- Coins, diamonds, beans and points with a 30/10/60 default split
- PK battles in six formats including family and agency
- Short videos, a square feed, and 45 modelled game types
- Moderation with reports, strikes, appeals and an audit trail

This is a modelled reference deployment, not a client engagement. Every capability listed above ships in the base build and is demonstrable in the live demo. The figures are properties of the platform, not results reported by a customer.

The Basics

## What Is a Bigo Live Clone App?

A Bigo Live Clone is a ready-made live-streaming and social entertainment platform. Hosts broadcast audio and video, viewers watch and send virtual gifts, talent agencies recruit and manage the hosts, and a coin economy turns attention into revenue. The platform handles the parts that make this category genuinely hard: low-latency media at scale, a gift ledger that reconciles, and an agency layer that gives professional recruiters somewhere to work.

![Bigo Live streaming platform with host management, live rooms, short videos, games, virtual gifts, transactions, and admin analytics.](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Bigo-Live-Clone-Cross-Platform-768x403.webp "Business Model of Periscope: Complete Strategy Breakdown 2026 37")

### Not a Video Player

The value sits in the gift ledger, the agency contracts and the moderation queue. A streaming SDK gives you a video feed and leaves the economy underneath as your problem.

### Not a Rental Platform

You receive the full monorepo, the Prisma schema and the Docker Compose stack. No per-seat fee, no vendor roadmap dependency, and standard PostgreSQL underneath.

### A Production Candidate, Not a Finished System

The documentation grades this build openly: feature completeness 9 out of 10, testing 1 out of 10. There is no test suite, no migrations and no observability stack yet. We complete that as scoped pre-launch work.

Built for Web, Mobile & Admin

### What Is a Bigo Live Clone Script?

The difficulty here is never the video player. It is a revenue split that has to be configurable per room type and region, an agency structure with contracts and transfers, and a moderation stack that can survive user-generated live content. Those are the parts already built.

- Fifteen room formats with seat management
- Four-currency economy with configurable splits
- Agencies, families and PK battles
- Short videos, square feed and 45 game types
- Moderation with strikes, appeals and audit logs

The build ships 74 Prisma models across 1,839 schema lines, over 200 backend endpoints in 17 NestJS modules, a 44-route web app, a 15-route admin panel, an Expo mobile app, and a seven-service Docker Compose deployment.

## Bigo Live Clone Features - Rooms, Gifting, Agencies, Games & Moderation

Every capability below is built and demonstrable in the live demo. Where a feature needs a third-party account, a deployment decision, or pre-launch hardening before it is production-safe, that is stated against the feature rather than implied away.

### Fifteen Room Formats

Solo video and audio, voice rooms, multi-guest, co-host, panel, party, karaoke, gaming, talent, talk show, dating, private, subscriber-only and events, each with its own seat defaults.

- Thirteen legal and policy pages
- Fifteen-route operator admin panel

**Note for buyers:** The platform ships complete as software. Agora, Stripe, Twilio, Firebase Cloud Messaging, SMTP and MinIO all require your own accounts and credentials. The documentation is also candid that there is no test suite, no Prisma migrations, no structured logging or APM, no GDPR erasure or retention, and that the Socket.IO Redis adapter needed for multi-instance deployment is not installed. Those are named pre-launch work, not surprises.

How Operators Earn

## Bigo Live Clone Revenue Models - Gifts, Subscriptions, Agencies & Games

A live-streaming platform earns from several places at once, and this platform models each separately so an operator can tune one lever without disturbing the others.

### Coin Sales

Viewers buy coins through Stripe on your own merchant account. This is the top of the revenue funnel and the point at which real money enters the economy.

### Gift Commission

The platform keeps a configurable share of every gift, 30 percent by default, applied at transaction time rather than reconciled afterwards.

### Agency Share

Agencies take a configurable cut, 10 percent by default, which is what makes professional recruiters willing to bring hosts onto your platform at all.

### Withdrawal Fees

Bean-to-cash withdrawals carry a 5 percent fee, so the cash-out path itself contributes rather than costing the platform.

### VIP Subscriptions

Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond tiers with badges and benefits, giving predictable recurring revenue beside the transactional gift income.

### Game Participation

Forty-five modelled game types with coin wagering, turning the time between streams into another reason coins get spent.

The one that moves the numbers most is gifting. Everything else in the product exists to increase how often a viewer feels like sending one.

Run It Without a Dev Team

## Bigo Live Clone Admin Panel - Hosts, Withdrawals, Moderation & Settings

Fifteen admin routes give operators one pane across users, hosts, money, content and platform policy, which is the surface most streaming builds defer and then never finish.

### Admin Panel Sections

### Dashboard

Eight KPI cards with revenue charts, user growth, room type breakdown and top gifts, the surface an operator opens first each morning.

### User Management

List, search, ban, unban, verify and manage roles across the user base, with every operator action written to the audit log.

### Host Applications

The approval queue standing between a user and the ability to broadcast, carrying real name, ID, bio and specialties for review.

### Withdrawals

Bean-to-cash requests reviewed and approved or rejected by an operator, which is the control that protects the platform from payout fraud.

### Live Room Monitoring

Watch active rooms, force-close ones that break policy, and feature the ones worth promoting on the discovery surface.

### Reports & Moderation

Resolve or dismiss reports across users, rooms, streams, messages, videos, posts and comments from one queue.

### Gift Catalog

Create and retire gift items across eight categories, with price and animation type controlling what viewers can send.

### Game Catalog

Full create, read, update and delete across the forty-five modelled game types, so the game mix is operator-controlled.

### Agencies

Approve and suspend agencies, which is the gate on who is allowed to recruit hosts and take a share of their earnings.

- Dashboard with eight KPI cards and revenue charts
- User list with ban, unban, verify and roles
- Host application approval queue
- Withdrawal approval and rejection

### Settings & Audit

Revenue sharing percentages, withdrawal limits, live limits and feature toggles, alongside a paginated operator action trail.

- Live room monitoring with force-close and feature
- Report resolution and short video moderation
- Gift and game catalog management
- Agency approval, audit logs and revenue settings

**Before you go live:** The admin token is stored where JavaScript can read it, the demo accounts on this instance use known passwords, and the role names in the code do not yet match the database enum. All three are named in the documentation and all three are fixed as part of deployment. Tell us your security requirements and we will scope the rest.

Know Your Buyer

## Who Is Our Bigo Live Clone App Built For?

The platform suits operators entering live entertainment in markets where gifting, talent agencies and social gaming carry the monetization.

###### Live Streaming Startups

Founders entering live entertainment who need the room engine, the coin economy and the agency layer working from day one rather than in year two.
###### Talent Agency Networks

Established agencies who already manage hosts elsewhere and want their own platform, where the agency dashboard and contract model are the whole point.
###### Regional Entertainment Operators

Operators in emerging markets where coin-based gifting and social gaming are the norm, needing country, language and region targeting from launch.
###### Creator Platform Builders

Teams expanding from short video or social into live, using the square feed and short videos beside the live rooms rather than as a separate product.
###### Voice and Audio Social Apps

Operators focused on voice rooms, karaoke and talk shows, using the seat model and audio room formats without needing the video side.
###### Systems Integrators

Delivery partners accelerating a client build on a working foundation, with over 200 documented endpoints and a modular NestJS backend to extend.

If your business depends on recruiting hosts and keeping them, and on an economy that pays them accurately enough that they stay, a Bigo-style platform becomes a long-term owned asset rather than a channel you rent from someone else.

Where It Fits

## Bigo Live Clone Use Cases - Live, Voice, Agency & Regional

The same platform serves quite different operators depending on which room formats lead. A video-first product leans on solo and multi-guest rooms, a voice social app on seats and karaoke, an agency network on contracts and earnings. Each is configuration rather than a fork.

Market Timing

## Why Launch a Live Streaming Platform in 2026?

Live entertainment monetizes through gifting rather than advertising, which means revenue arrives from day one instead of waiting for scale. The operators winning are the ones whose hosts stay, and hosts stay where the agency support is real and the payouts are accurate.

### Supply Is the Constraint

Viewers follow hosts. Whether hosts join and stay is decided by earnings clarity and agency support, which makes the host experience the growth engine rather than the marketing budget.

### Gifting Pays From Day One

Unlike ad-funded video, a gift economy produces revenue on the first stream. That changes the funding profile of the whole business.

### Agencies Bring Supply in Bulk

A single agency can bring dozens of hosts. Without a native agency layer with contracts and earnings, professional recruiters have no reason to choose your platform.

### Seat Logic Is Harder Than It Looks

Request, approve, lock, kick, mic and camera control across fifteen room formats is the engineering most streaming templates skip entirely.

### Moderation Is Not Optional

Live user-generated content needs reports, strikes, appeals, bans and keyword blocking on day one, not after the first incident.

### Buy-Versus-Build Is Settled

A from-scratch equivalent spans media, economy, agencies, games and moderation across multiple years. A white-label deployment is live on your server in under six days.

### Platform by the Numbers

					74Database Models

					200API Endpoints

					15Room Types

					45Game Types

Building this layer from scratch is what consumes the years. Fifteen room formats with seat logic, a four-currency ledger, agency contracts with transfers, PK scoring and a moderation stack for live user content are each unglamorous, mandatory and slow to get right.

Under the Hood

## Bigo Live Clone Tech Stack - NestJS, Next.js, Agora & PostgreSQL

Under the hood, a live-streaming platform needs a media layer that stays low-latency, a socket layer that survives thousands of concurrent viewers, and a gift ledger an auditor can follow. Here is what sits behind it.

					[BACKEND]()

#### Backend

**NestJS 10 · Node 20 · TypeScript 5**

- Seventeen modules with dependency injection
- Guards, interceptors and a global validation pipe
- Over 200 endpoints with Swagger generation
- Passport and JWT with refresh token rotation

					[DATABASE]()

#### Data Layer

**PostgreSQL 16 · Prisma 5 · 74 Models**

- 1,839 schema lines with 29 enums
- JSONB and full-text search available
- Gift transactions inside database transactions
- Schema applied by db push, migrations are pre-launch work

					[WEB & ADMIN]()

#### Web & Admin

**Next.js 14 · React 18 · Tailwind**

- App Router with standalone Docker output
- Forty-four web routes and fifteen admin routes
- Zustand for state, minimal boilerplate
- Thirteen legal and policy pages included

					[REAL-TIME]()

#### Real-Time Media

**Agora RTC · Socket.IO 4 · Redis 7**

- Agora for low-latency audio and video
- Publisher and subscriber token generation
- Socket.IO rooms for chat, gifts and presence
- Redis for cache, presence and rate-limit counters

					[PAYMENTS]()

#### Payments & Messaging

**Stripe · Twilio · FCM · SMTP**

- Stripe for coin recharge and subscriptions
- Twilio for SMS one-time passcodes
- Firebase Cloud Messaging for push
- Nodemailer over your own SMTP

					[DEPLOYMENT]()

#### Deployment

**Docker Compose · Nginx · MinIO**

- Seven-service stack for local and production
- Nginx reverse proxy with rate limiting
- MinIO S3-compatible object storage
- GitHub Actions build pipeline

**Note for Tech Buyers:** every external provider runs on your own account, including Agora, Stripe, Twilio, Firebase Cloud Messaging, SMTP and MinIO or an S3 equivalent. The documentation is candid about what is not yet done, and we would rather you read it here than find it later: there is no test suite at all, the schema is applied with prisma db push rather than migrations, there is no structured logging, APM, metrics or alerting, GDPR erasure and retention are not implemented, and the Socket.IO Redis adapter needed to run more than one backend instance is not installed. The mobile app is graded a stub rather than at parity with web. Every layer above is mainstream and widely hired for, with no proprietary framework and a schema portable to any PostgreSQL instance.

## How the Bigo Live Clone Works - Register, Go Live, Gift, Split & Withdraw

A live-streaming platform looks like a video grid from the outside and runs on a tightly sequenced identity, media, ledger and payout pipeline underneath. Here is the path from a signup to a host withdrawal.

### Platform Journey - From Signup to Settled Payout

##### Registration & Onboarding

Registration accepts email or phone with a one-time passcode, and guests can browse before committing to an account at all.

- Email or phone registration with OTP
- Guest onboarding with limited features
- Device binding for push and security
- Profile with username, avatar and birthday

	1![02-login](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/02-login-1-rsrolv7k2z7w8vafbmm8h7xd60wzevhni9e5fy9q40.webp "02-login")

##### Host Application & Approval

Nobody broadcasts before an operator approves them. The application carries identity and specialty detail for review.

- Application with real name, ID and bio
- Operator review queue in the admin panel
- Approval notification to the applicant
- Agency invitation by host code where relevant

	2![07-profile](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/07-profile-rsromgtug61hnwf0tdynkkgytvyfbwvh98ebhbdo4w.webp "07-profile")

##### Going Live

The host picks one of fifteen room formats, and the backend creates the room, the participant and seat records, and the Agora publisher token.

- Room format selected from fifteen options
- Room, participant and seat zero created
- Agora publisher token generated
- Room added to the active set for discovery

	3![09-room](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/09-room-rsromhron02rzidnnwda528ff9tsjlz7ld1sylc9yo.webp "09-room")

##### Discovery & Interaction

Viewers find rooms by type, country and language, join over Socket.IO, and interact through chat and seat requests.

- Discovery by room type, country and language
- Socket.IO join with presence in Redis
- Room chat with rate limiting
- Seat request, approval and mic control

	4![04-discover](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/04-discover-rsrolx38gnagw37p0nfhm7gacsnpu9p46ip4ei6xrk.webp "04-discover")

##### Gifting & Revenue Split

A gift is a financial event, not an animation. Cost, split and balances all move inside one database transaction.

- Sender coins decremented by quantity times price
- Split applied across platform, agency and host
- Receiver diamonds incremented and totals updated
- Gift event broadcast to the room in real time

	5![05-videos](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/05-videos-rsrom2q9lni6tqzi3pv91611x3vx4gbi7am1a5ykq8.webp "05-videos")

##### Conversion & Withdrawal

The commercial tail runs after the stream: diamonds become beans, beans become a withdrawal request, and an operator approves it.

- Diamonds converted to beans at the configured rate
- Withdrawal request raised by the host
- Operator review in the admin withdrawal queue
- Five percent fee applied on payout

How It's Built

## Bigo Live Clone Platform Architecture & Backend Flow

### Monorepo, Four Apps

A Turborepo workspace holding the NestJS backend, the Next.js web app, the Next.js admin panel and the Expo mobile app, with shared config, types and utils packages.

### Nginx In Front

A reverse proxy routing /api to the backend, /admin to the admin panel and everything else to web, handling rate limiting and SSL termination in one place.

### Guarded Request Pipeline

Helmet, CORS, compression, a global validation pipe, a throttler guard and a JWT guard run before any controller sees a request.

### Media Outside the App

Agora carries the audio and video, so the backend issues tokens rather than relaying streams, which is what keeps the server tier stateless and cheap.

### Sockets for Everything Live

Socket.IO handles chat, gifts, seats and presence with Redis behind it, keeping the real-time surface separate from the REST API.

### Gifts as Transactions

A gift decrements the sender, splits the value, credits the receiver and writes the record inside one Prisma transaction, so balances reconcile rather than drift.

Performance Targets

## Built to Scale - Stateless Media, Indexed Reads & a Documented Path

The architecture is deliberately conventional where it can be and specialized where live streaming demands it: media offloaded to Agora, a relational model indexed for discovery, and a socket layer separated from the API. The scaling path is documented rather than claimed as already done.

### Media Does Not Touch Your Servers

Agora carries the audio and video, so the backend issues a token and steps out of the path. That is what keeps a streaming platform affordable.

The media model provides:

- Publisher and subscriber token generation
- Global low-latency delivery through Agora
- Backend stays stateless with respect to media
- Web and mobile share the same token flow

### Discovery Reads at Volume

Room discovery is the busiest read path, filtered by type, country and language before anything else loads.

The read path rests on:

- Active rooms held in a Redis set
- Discovery filtered by type, country and language
- Viewer counts tracked per room
- Nearby rooms by distance calculation

### The Socket Layer, Honestly

Socket.IO handles chat, gifts, seats and presence, with Redis holding presence and rate-limit counters.

What is true today, and what is not:

- Rooms, auth and auto-reconnect all working
- Presence and rate limits held in Redis
- Single-instance today by default
- The Redis adapter for multi-instance is not installed yet

### A Named Scaling Path

The documentation sets initial targets of 100 concurrent rooms and 5,000 concurrent socket connections, with growth targets an order of magnitude higher.

Reaching the growth targets requires:

- Installing the Socket.IO Redis adapter
- Connection pooling on PostgreSQL
- A CDN in front of media and static assets
- Clustering for Redis, PostgreSQL and MinIO

### Media Offloaded

Agora carries every stream, so your server cost scales with API traffic rather than with concurrent video minutes.

### Redis-Backed Presence

Active rooms, online presence and rate-limit counters all live in Redis rather than in application memory.

### Transactional Gifting

The gift path runs inside a database transaction, so a failed send cannot leave a debited sender and an uncredited host.

### Containerized Deployment

A seven-service Docker Compose stack means the same definition runs locally and in production.

### Documented Limits

Initial targets of 100 rooms and 5,000 sockets are stated, along with exactly what has to change to exceed them.

### Honest Scaling Gap

Multi-instance deployment needs the Socket.IO Redis adapter installed. It is not in the build today, and we say so.

### Built for Customization & Long-Term Growth

Every operator needs something specific to their market. The stack is conventional so extending it is ordinary work.

Adding a feature means a Prisma model, a NestJS module and a route in the web app; adding a provider means swapping an environment variable. NestJS, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL and Redis are all widely hired for.

**Note for founders and operators:** We would rather set this out plainly than let you discover it during a load test. The build runs comfortably as a single instance for a launch audience. Multi-instance scale needs the Redis adapter, pooling and clustering, and that work is scoped as part of deployment rather than assumed away.

Security posture is documented in a dedicated assessment, and what stands out is the candour: the documentation grades its own security 5 out of 10 and lists ten items to complete before any public deployment. We would rather hand you that list than have you find it.

Credential and Secret Rotation

Hardcoded demo credentials removed from web, admin and mobile, seeded accounts rotated, and every default secret in the environment files replaced. This is the first block of work, before anything is exposed publicly.
Authorization Hardening

Registering the JWT guard globally so an unguarded controller cannot ship by accident, and aligning role literals with the database enum so moderation and support endpoints actually enforce.
Session and Token Safety

Moving the admin token to an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite cookie, adding a token identifier with a Redis denylist for revocation, and binding refresh tokens to a device fingerprint.
Payment Integrity

Stripe webhook signature verification is not implemented, which means a client-supplied transaction identifier is currently trusted. This is completed before any real money moves.
Data Protection

Room passwords are stored in plaintext and need hashing, KYC data needs field-level encryption, and GDPR erasure, retention and consent are not implemented at all.
Operational Readiness

Nginx HTTPS with real certificates, the upload body limit raised for 200MB videos, structured logging and alerting added, and Prisma migrations replacing db push before any production data exists.

### Solid Auth Foundation

JWT with refresh token rotation, bcrypt hashing and device binding. The documentation calls the auth architecture the strongest part of the build.

### Request Pipeline Guards

Helmet, CORS, a global validation pipe and a throttler guard run before controllers, with per-controller JWT guards on protected routes.

### Audit Trail

Operator actions and moderation decisions are written to an audit log and a moderation action log, both readable from the admin panel.

### Demo Credentials Must Go

The seeded admin, host and viewer accounts use known passwords and are hardcoded on the login pages. Removal and rotation is pre-production item number one.

### Guard and RBAC Work

The JWT guard is not registered globally, and several role literals do not match the database enum. Both are fixed before launch so new routes are protected by default.

### Named Open Items

Room passwords stored in plaintext, admin token readable by JavaScript, Stripe webhooks unverified, no migrations, no tests, no observability, no GDPR erasure.

The controls that are built are real: JWT with refresh token rotation, bcrypt password hashing, device binding, Helmet security headers, CORS, a global validation pipe, a throttler guard, per-controller JWT guards, a CSRF header check on mutating requests, and an audit log behind operator actions. The items that are open are equally real and listed below, and we complete them as scoped pre-launch hardening rather than leaving them for you to discover.

## Bigo Live Clone Add-Ons - Hardening, Testing, Mobile & Scale

Out of the box the platform is feature-complete and demonstrable. The modules below are what operators most often add, either because they need a third-party account, or because the documentation names them as work outstanding before production.

### Pre-Production Hardening

The ten immediate items from the documentation: demo credentials, global guard, RBAC alignment, admin cookies, secret rotation, HTTPS, upload limits and password hashing.

					[Security · Hardening]()

### Test Suite

There are zero test files in the build today. A unit, integration and end-to-end suite is scoped work, and the documentation includes a testing roadmap to follow.

					[Testing · Coverage]()

### Mobile Parity

The Expo app covers core viewer and host flows and is graded a stub. Bringing it to parity with the 44-route web app is the most commonly requested addition.

					[Mobile · Parity]()

### Observability Stack

No structured logging, APM, metrics or alerting exists today. Adding it is what makes incident response possible rather than guesswork.

					[Observability · APM]()

### Prisma Migrations

The schema is applied with db push, which is unsafe once production data exists. Converting to a migration history is early, cheap and important.

					[Migrations · Safety]()

### Multi-Instance Scale

Installing the Socket.IO Redis adapter, connection pooling and clustering is what takes the platform past a single backend instance.

					[Scale · Multi-Instance]()

### GDPR & Compliance

Policy pages exist but erasure, retention and consent mechanisms do not. This is required work for EU and similar jurisdictions.

					[Compliance · GDPR]()

### CDN & Media Delivery

MinIO is self-hosted and S3-compatible. Putting a CDN in front of short videos and static assets is the step once upload volume grows.

The Commercial Case

## Marketability, Revenue Potential & Business Prospects

Live-streaming economics are unusual because revenue starts on day one. A gift is a purchase, not an impression, so a platform with a hundred active hosts is already transacting while an ad-funded equivalent is still building inventory.

### Six Revenue Levers

Coin sales, gift commission, agency share, withdrawal fees, VIP subscriptions and game participation, each tunable independently.

### Revenue From Day One

Gifting monetizes the first stream. There is no waiting for the audience threshold that advertising models require.

### Agencies Are the Moat

A network of agencies bringing hosts in bulk is hard to replicate, and payout accuracy is what stops them moving elsewhere.

### Exit Optionality

The monorepo and schema are yours on standard PostgreSQL. Seventy-four documented models are an asset in diligence rather than a black box to explain.

What is the realistic path to first revenue?

Most operators launch with a recruited set of hosts rather than open registration, because host quality is what makes the first viewers stay. Coin sales and gift commission are collectible from the first stream. Agencies usually form once there are enough hosts to make recruiting worthwhile, and subscriptions follow once there is a reason to want a badge. All of it is in the schema already, so switching each on is configuration rather than development. What is not optional is the pre-production hardening, and we scope that alongside the launch rather than after it.

How defensible is a live streaming platform?

Defensibility comes from supply and from the agency network, not from features. Hosts who have built a following, joined an agency and accumulated a payout history do not casually move, and the agencies that recruited them have their own reason to stay. The platform contribution is making onboarding fast enough to build that supply, the economy accurate enough to keep it, and the whole record yours rather than a third party who can change the revenue split on you.

Example Revenue Scenarios

The commercial argument for owning the platform is that in live entertainment the asset is the host relationship and the agency network. Both live with whoever operates the infrastructure, which is exactly why building on someone else platform has a ceiling.

Focused Launch

100
Active Hosts

Gifting carries revenue while agencies are still forming.

A curated launch where host recruitment and payout accuracy matter more than scale, and the platform replaces spreadsheets with a real agency portal.

Growth Stage

1000
Active Hosts

Agencies compound recruitment, subscriptions add recurring revenue.

A market-scale operation where the agency layer does the recruiting and PK battles drive the competitive gifting spikes.

Regional Platform

10000
Active Hosts

Multi-region splits, game revenue and subscriptions all contribute.

A multi-market platform where per-region revenue configuration and the game catalog turn one deployment into several national businesses.

Why Miracuves

## Miracuves vs Other Bigo Live Clone Developers

There are many ways to get a live streaming platform: generic scripts, freelancers, agencies, or owning the infrastructure.

##### Why Founders Choose Miracuves

### Agency Layer Included

Contracts, invitations, transfers, sub-agency rates and earnings. Generic streaming scripts give you rooms and leave professional recruitment unmodelled.

### Fifteen Room Formats

Solo, voice, multi-guest, karaoke, dating, subscriber-only and more, each with seat defaults. Most templates ship one video room and stop.

### A Real Economy

Four currencies with configurable splits per room type, gift category and region, rather than a single coin balance and a hardcoded percentage.

### Full Source Ownership

The complete Turborepo monorepo in TypeScript on PostgreSQL is yours to modify and deploy. No per-seat fee, no provider who can change terms.

### Auditable for Diligence

A ten-document suite covering architecture, schema, API, security and a testing roadmap, enough for an investor review rather than a demo.

### We Publish the Gaps

No test suite, no migrations, no observability, security items open. Graded in the documentation and stated on this page. Nothing surprises you after purchase.

## Bigo Live Clone FAQ - Pricing, Rooms, Economy & Readiness

Everything you need to know about the Miracuves Bigo Live Clone.

What is a Bigo Live Clone App?

A ready-made live-streaming and social entertainment platform. Hosts broadcast in any of fifteen room formats, viewers send virtual gifts bought with coins, talent agencies recruit and manage hosts for a share of earnings, and families give the community a structure. It ships with a 44-route web app, a 15-route admin panel, an Expo mobile app and a NestJS backend of over 200 endpoints across 74 database models.

Is it legal to launch a Bigo Live clone app?

Yes. You launch under your own branding, host agreements and commercial terms. The product replicates common live-streaming patterns rather than any protected asset, and you set your own policies for revenue share, moderation, payouts and agency contracts.

How much does it cost to build a live streaming app in 2026?

The Miracuves Bigo Live Clone starts from $3,399 for a launch-ready white-label deployment. Final scope varies with the pre-launch hardening you need, media and payment integrations, mobile depth and infrastructure.

How long does it take to launch?

Six days from our side to rebrand and deploy to your server. What extends the calendar is anything we need from you: brand assets, hosting access, your gift and game catalogs, and accounts for Agora, Stripe and the messaging providers. If you want the pre-production hardening completed before going public, that is scoped separately and we will be straight with you about the time it takes.

                Is this production-ready today?

It is feature-complete and demonstrable, and the documentation grades it a production candidate rather than a finished system. Feature completeness scores 9 out of 10; testing scores 1 out of 10 because there are no test files at all. Before a public launch you need the demo credentials removed and secrets rotated, the JWT guard registered globally, RBAC role names aligned, the admin token moved to an HttpOnly cookie, HTTPS with real certificates, Stripe webhook verification, and Prisma migrations replacing db push. We would rather tell you that here than after you buy.

How does the gift economy actually work?

Viewers buy coins with real money through Stripe. A gift costs coins, and sending it runs inside one database transaction: the sender coins are decremented, the value is split across platform, agency and host, and the receiver gains diamonds. Diamonds convert to beans, beans withdraw to cash with a 5 percent fee, and an operator approves each withdrawal. Defaults are 30 percent platform, 10 percent agency and 60 percent host, all configurable per room type, gift category and region.

What are agencies and families, and why do they matter?

Agencies are talent organizations that recruit hosts, set contracts, and take a configurable share of their earnings. They matter because in this category agencies bring supply in bulk, and a platform without an agency layer gives professional recruiters no reason to choose it. Families are social groups with leaders, roles, contribution tracking and a treasury, and they exist to retain viewers rather than recruit hosts.

                Is there a mobile app?

There is an Expo SDK 50 app covering the core viewer and host flows, and the documentation grades it a stub rather than at parity with the 44-route web app. We say this plainly because mobile depth is the most common gap buyers discover late. Bringing it to full parity is scoped work we quote alongside the build.

How many concurrent users can it handle?

The documented initial targets are 100 concurrent rooms, 500 viewers per room and 5,000 concurrent socket connections, which a single deployment handles. The growth targets are an order of magnitude higher and require work that is not in the build today: installing the Socket.IO Redis adapter for multi-instance, connection pooling on PostgreSQL, a CDN in front of media, and clustering. Media itself runs through Agora, so video does not scale on your servers.

What security work is needed before going live?

The documentation lists ten immediate items. The most important are removing the hardcoded demo credentials and rotating the seeded accounts, registering the JWT guard globally so an unguarded route cannot ship, aligning RBAC role names with the database enum, moving the admin token to an HttpOnly cookie, rotating all default secrets, enabling HTTPS with real certificates, and hashing room passwords which are currently stored in plaintext. Stripe webhook verification and Prisma migrations follow immediately after.

Do I get the source code?

Yes. You receive the complete Turborepo monorepo: the NestJS backend across 17 modules, the Next.js web app across 44 routes, the Next.js admin panel across 15 routes, the Expo mobile app, the Prisma schema of 74 models, the seven-service Docker Compose stack, the Nginx configuration and the GitHub Actions pipeline, with full ownership to modify and extend.

                What is not included?

There is no test suite, no Prisma migration history, no structured logging or APM, and no GDPR erasure, retention or consent mechanism. The Socket.IO Redis adapter for multi-instance deployment is not installed. Every third-party provider needs your own account, including Agora, Stripe, Twilio, Firebase and your SMTP host. Mobile covers core flows rather than full parity. We would rather list this here than have it surface after purchase.
