# Flipkart Clone App: White-Label Marketplace Built for COD Markets

A launch-ready multi-vendor marketplace designed around how India actually buys. Cash still closes a large share of orders outside the metros, so cash on delivery here is a full accounting path rather than a checkbox: an OTP verified at the door, a cash-collected balance per agent, and a reconciliation trail back to the operator.

Six surfaces on one REST API. A customer storefront and Android app, a vendor panel and vendor app, a delivery agent app, and an operator console covering catalog, orders, finance, marketing and configuration.

### Cash on Delivery Is a Ledger, Not a Checkbox

Every cash order is tracked from rider collection to bank settlement with reconciliation and shortfall handling, because in cash-first markets that ledger is where the money leaks.

### A Storefront in the Buyer's Own Language

Catalog, checkout, notifications and support run in multiple languages with per-zone tax and serviceability, so a tier-two city gets the same experience as a metro.

Live in Action

## Flipkart Clone Demo: Six Live Surfaces, One Database

Four live surfaces sharing one database. Sign in below and trace a single cash order from end to end: a buyer places it, a seller accepts and packs it, an agent collects it and verifies the code at the door, and the operator watches every state change and every rupee move between wallets.

Video Walkthrough

## Flipkart Clone Video Demo: Storefront, Vendor Flow and Operator Console

A walkthrough of the platform as an operator sees it, rather than a feature reel. It follows a single order from a customer search through the vendor queue and the delivery handover, then shows the same order in the admin console with its status history, its tax lines and the wallet entries it produced on both sides. The catalog and moderation screens follow, then vendor subscriptions and commission, then the configuration surface where gateways, currencies, languages and delivery zones are set. If a specific flow matters more than the tour, ask and we will open it live with data in it.

The interface across the surfaces that matter: home and category browse, search with filters, the product page with its variant matrix and reviews, the multi-vendor cart and checkout, the vendor order queue and wallet, the deliveryman assignment feed with OTP handover, and the operator console.

## Marketplace Builds We Have Shipped

We have not yet deployed this multi-vendor commerce platform for a named client, so nothing below is presented as a Flipkart Clone reference. These are approved quotes from operators who launched other Miracuves marketplaces built on the same foundations: vendor onboarding and approval, a merchant console, dispatch to a delivery fleet, and commission and payouts on one ledger.

Ride-hailing, food, courier and a marketplace, and we were chasing a holiday window. Their Gojek base had the rider and driver apps, dispatch and the merchant console already. We added local payment partners and our regional marketplace layer, and were taking live orders inside a month.

                                Melvin Morales

                                Operations Lead, Shophy Holdings

We needed three apps that agree with each other: customer, driver and store. The shared state model was already built, which is the part people underestimate. Live inside a month with all three in the stores.

                                Makaalu Team

                                Founding team, Makaalu

Talokitoko is grocery and food delivery for the African diaspora market in Europe. The rider app, dispatch and the merchant console were already built, so we spent the engagement on our own local payment mix, the vendor onboarding flow and the regions we actually operate in.

                                Managing Partner, Izi Technologies

Provider onboarding, quoting, booking and payments came off the shelf. We added our service categories and our vetting rules. Both sides of the marketplace were live inside a month.

## Marketplace Reference Deployments: India and Thailand

Two modelled reference deployments showing how this platform is configured for two very different commerce markets. Both are illustrative scenarios rather than client engagements, built only from capabilities that ship in the base build. Real client deployments, with their own reported figures, are published on the Miracuves portfolio.

 Modelled Reference Deployment
India
COD-Led Multi-Vendor Marketplace

How the platform is configured for a marketplace where cash still closes a large share of orders and growth runs outward from the metros into tier-2 and tier-3 towns.

**Illustrative scenario**Not a client engagement**India**Market modelled**Multi-Vendor Retail, Cash-Led**Industry131Tables in the shipped schema4Wallets reconciled per order6 daysDeployment window⚡ What This Market Makes Hard
- Cash closing the order at the door, days after it was placed, with stock and commission already committed
- Tax rates that differ by product category and by state, needing a line on every invoice
- Buyers who do not shop in English and convert badly against an English storefront
- Delivery that reaches some pin codes reliably and others not at all

🎯 What an Operator Would Want
- Take cash without inventing the accounting for it in a spreadsheet
- Open a new town only once a delivery route genuinely exists
- Set commission per category rather than one flat rate across electronics and apparel
- Run the storefront in the language the market actually reads

🛠 What Ships in the Base Build
- Cash on delivery with a server-verified code at handover
- A cash-collected balance carried per agent, settled to the operator wallet
- Operator-set handling fee on cash orders
- Zip allowlists deciding where checkout is offered at all
- Tax classes bound per zone with per-product rules
- Languages and currencies configured across web and three Android apps
- Seller onboarding with KYC and per-seller commission

This is a modelled reference deployment, not a client engagement. Every capability listed above ships in the base build and is demonstrable in the live demo. The figures are properties of the platform, not results reported by a customer.

Named client deployments are published separatelySee the Miracuves portfolio for real engagements with their own reported figures.**Model this against your own market**We will map cash exposure, serviceability and tax zones against your own catalog.[Book a consultation](https://miracuves.com/schedule-consultation/) Modelled Reference Deployment
Thailand
Provincial and Cross-Border Marketplace

How the same platform is configured where one catalog has to serve Bangkok, the provinces and neighbouring markets, each with different delivery economics and a different currency.

**Illustrative scenario**Not a client engagement**Thailand**Market modelled**Multi-Vendor Retail, Cross-Border**Industry11Gateways available to switch between9Order statuses from payment to delivered3Android apps in the base build⚡ What This Market Makes Hard
- Delivery economics that differ sharply between a dense Bangkok route and a provincial or island one
- Buyers who expect to pay on arrival rather than in advance
- Selling into neighbouring markets that quote in a different currency
- A second market usually meaning a second deployment to keep in step

🎯 What an Operator Would Want
- Serve provinces and capital from one catalog without one subsidising the other
- Quote every buyer in the currency they recognise
- Add a neighbouring market as configuration rather than a second platform
- Keep the last mile, and the cash, under the operator brand

🛠 What Ships in the Base Build
- Zones with per-category shipping cost overrides
- A currency catalog whose default drives checkout display
- Cash on delivery with per-agent reconciliation
- Delivery fleet with pickup and delivery checkpoints
- Multi-language storefront across every surface
- Nine order statuses with a full status history per order
- One REST API serving storefront, seller panel and all three apps

This is a modelled reference deployment, not a client engagement. Every capability listed above ships in the base build and is demonstrable in the live demo. The figures are properties of the platform, not results reported by a customer.

Named client deployments are published separatelySee the Miracuves portfolio for real engagements with their own reported figures.**Model this against your own market**We will map provincial routing, currency and cross-border rules against your own catalog.[Book a consultation](https://miracuves.com/schedule-consultation/)

The Basics

## What Is a Flipkart Clone App?

A Flipkart Clone is a ready-made multi-vendor marketplace shaped for markets where cash still closes a large share of orders. Customers browse and buy, independent sellers list their own products and get paid, your own delivery agents complete the last mile and collect the money, and you take commission on every transaction. The backend is Laravel 12 across 131 normalized MySQL tables, with one REST API serving the storefront, the vendor panel, the operator console and three Flutter Android apps.

### Cash on Delivery, Fully Accounted

OTP at the door, cash-collected balance per agent, an operator-set handling fee, and reconciliation into the operator wallet. Cash is a settlement method here rather than an order state nobody closed.

### Where You Deliver, Precisely

Delivery countries, zones and zip allowlists decide where checkout is even offered, with per-category shipping cost overrides. Opening a new town is configuration, not a promise you hope logistics can keep.

### Tax, Languages and Currency

Tax classes bound per zone with per-product rules, inclusive or exclusive display, plus operator-configured languages and currencies across every surface.

Built for Web, Android, Vendor & Delivery

### What Is a Flipkart Clone Script?

Cash is where marketplaces built for card-first markets quietly fall apart. An order paid at the door is not settled when it is placed, so stock, commission, the agent’s float and the operator’s books all have to stay correct through a gap that can last days. Here that gap is modelled: an OTP verified at handover, a cash-collected balance carried per agent, a handling fee applied to the order, and reconciliation back to the operator wallet. Refunds reverse the whole chain without stranding a balance nobody can account for.

- Customer storefront plus a Flutter Android app
- Vendor panel plus a Flutter Android app
- Delivery agent Flutter Android app with cash tracking
- Operator console with role-scoped staff access
- REST API v1, v2 and v3 with OAuth2 for partners

Everything on this page is in the base build unless it is labelled configuration-required or integration-required. Gateway credentials, SMS, push and AI keys are operator-supplied because they are your accounts, not ours.

Features

## Flipkart Clone Features: Catalog, Checkout, Fulfilment and Payouts

Everything below is in the base build and demonstrable in the live demo. The order runs from the parts that decide whether a COD marketplace works at all, outward to the catalog. Anything you do not need switches off from the console.

### Cash on Delivery, Accounted

A one-time code verified at handover, a cash-collected balance carried per agent, an operator-set handling fee on the order, and reconciliation into the operator wallet when the agent settles.

- Cash on delivery as a first-class settlement path
- One-time code verified at the door
- Cash collected tracked per agent and reconciled
- Operator-set handling fee on cash orders

### Checkout and Coupons

Coupon, wallet credit and loyalty points stacking on one order, shipping picked per seller, tax applied from the zone rules, and placement guarded against a double submit.

- Coupon, wallet and loyalty applied together
- Flat or percentage, scoped to product, category or cart
- Free-shipping coupons and per-user usage limits
- Order placement guarded by an idempotency check

Nine statuses carrying an order from pending payment through to delivered, with cancelled, returned and failed ending it, and every move stamped into a status history.

- Nine order statuses from pending payment to delivered
- Per-line delivery status allowing partial fulfilment
- Status history with actor, note and timestamp
- Field-level edit history on any operator change

### Refunds and Returns

A return opens with a reason and evidence, then walks its own status machine, settling as immediate wallet credit or back down the rail that took the payment.

- Refund request with reason and evidence
- Its own status machine preventing double-spend
- Instant wallet credit or gateway settlement
- Loyalty points reversed on cancellation

- One cart spanning several vendors at once
- Ratings and reviews with image upload
- Customer to vendor chat with attachments
- Support tickets with threaded conversations

**Note for buyers:** every feature above is white-label and can be enabled or disabled per deployment from the admin console. Turning one off is an admin toggle, never a code change. Note also what is not bundled: a specific Indian payment rail is your own merchant account, and GST is modelled through the tax-class system rather than shipped as a filing integration.

## Flipkart Clone Revenue Models: Commission, Subscriptions, Delivery and Placement

Thin margins are the defining constraint of a value-led marketplace, so the platform is built to earn from more than the sale. Six lines run on one ledger and combine against a single order: commission on the item, a monthly plan from the seller, margin on delivery, a fee on cash handling, a paid placement, and the float sitting between payout runs.

### Commission on Sales

A percentage set globally, per category, per vendor or per product, deducted from the seller wallet when the order completes and reversed automatically on refund. Per-category bands matter where electronics and apparel cannot carry the same rate.

### Delivery and Cash Handling

A configurable mark-up on the shipping charge, a handling fee on cash-on-delivery orders, and a settlement fee when an agent withdraws. On a COD-heavy book this is the line that covers the cost of collecting money by hand.

### Seller Subscriptions

Tiered packages carrying product-count limits, reduced commission, featured placement and priority support, billed on a cycle with a trial and a grace period on failure. Recurring revenue that does not move with order volume.

### Featured Placement

Paid banner slots, sponsored positions on search and category pages, and a participation fee for sellers joining a time-boxed flash deal. Sold as position rather than as a share of a sale.

### Wallet Float

Customer top-ups and seller balances rest on the platform between payout runs, and add-fund bonus tiers give operators a lever to encourage larger top-ups.

### White-Label Deployment

The platform is itself sellable. Agencies and networks stand up a branded marketplace per client or per state from one codebase they already know.

**Want a revenue model that fits your market?** commission bands, subscription tiers, delivery margin and the cash handling fee are all operator-set. Book a call and we will map the levers against the volumes you actually expect.

Control Center

## Flipkart Clone Admin Dashboard: Catalog, Orders, Payouts and Configuration

On a cash-heavy marketplace the console is a finance tool before it is a catalog tool. The day starts with what money is outstanding: which agents are carrying float, which payouts are queued, which refunds are waiting. Every module sits behind its own permission, so a finance clerk can settle agents without reaching catalog and a moderator can approve products without touching settings.

### Operator Control

### Cash and Agent Settlement

Each agent's collected cash tracked as a balance, settled against the operator wallet, with earnings and payout requests alongside. On a COD book this is the number that has to reconcile before anything else matters.

### Withdrawal Queue

Seller and delivery agent payout requests with approve, deny and mark-processed, running against operator-defined withdrawal methods and each seller's saved payout details.

### Refund Queue

Each request arrives with a reason and evidence, is approved or rejected with a note, and settles either as wallet credit or back down the rail that took the money.

### Serviceability Settings

Delivery countries, zone definitions and zip allowlists, shipping methods with per-category cost overrides, and the OTP lifetime used at handover, all as configuration.

### Tax Configuration

Rates and classes attached to zones, overridden per product where a category needs its own treatment, shown inclusive or exclusive, and itemized on every order.

### Cross-Vendor Orders

Every order across every seller with a status timeline, field-level edit history, expected-delivery changes, manual status override with a reason, and invoice generation.

### Catalog Moderation

A queue of seller-submitted products with approve, reject and bulk actions, plus full editing rights over any listing and control of the category, brand and attribute libraries.

### People and Approval

Customer directory, seller approval and suspension with subscription management, and delivery agent approval, suspension and zone assignment.

### Marketing Surface

Banners, flash deals, featured deals, the daily deal, platform and per-seller coupons, and composers for push, email and SMS campaigns.

- Cash carried per agent and settled against the operator
- Withdrawal queues for sellers and delivery agents
- Refund queue with reason, evidence and settlement route
- Gross merchandise value, orders and growth at a glance

### Reports and Exports

Sales, seller, product, customer, wallet, refund, withdrawal and tax reports over any date range, exported to Excel, CSV or PDF.

- Delivery countries, zones and zip allowlists
- Tax classes and rates bound per zone
- Per-route SEO metadata and auto-generated sitemap
- Analytics injection for GA, GTM or Pixel

**Need deeper governance?** age-gated categories, state-specific catalog rules, seller document expiry tracking or a two-person sign-off on payouts are all scoped additions. Tell us the requirement and we will price it.

Pricing

## How Much Does It Cost to Build a Flipkart Clone App in 2026?

The white-label platform is $2,799 as a one-time purchase, deployed in six working days. That covers the source code, the customer storefront, the seller panel, the operator console and all three Android applications, installed on your infrastructure under your branding. The comparison worth making is not against another script but against the alternative shapes: building this from scratch is an eighteen to thirty month programme with a senior team, and assembling it from separate commerce, logistics and payout products means three subscriptions, three security reviews, and a cash-reconciliation gap that nobody’s roadmap owns. What the fixed price does not include is anything that is properly yours: gateway or UPI merchant credentials, an SMS and email provider, a Firebase project, an OpenAI key, catalog data, and the GST rates you configure into the tax-class system for your jurisdictions. Custom modules and deeper changes are quoted separately after scoping, typically two to eight weeks.

Built For

## Who Is Our Flipkart Clone App Built For?

These operators share one problem: the marketplaces built for card-first, metro-first markets do not fit the way their customers actually buy, and working around that gap costs them margin every single order.

###### Marketplaces Where Cash Still Wins

Operators whose customers pay at the door and expect to. The collection, the OTP handover and the agent reconciliation are built in rather than tracked in a spreadsheet beside the platform.
###### Tier-2 and Tier-3 Expansion

Businesses growing outward from the metros, who need serviceability decided zip by zip so checkout is only offered where delivery genuinely reaches.
###### Regional-Language Storefronts

Operators whose buyers do not shop in English. Languages and currencies are configuration across the storefront and the apps rather than a second deployment.
###### Distributors Going Direct

Wholesalers with supplier relationships who want a branded storefront and a seller pipeline without handing the customer relationship to a platform that will later compete with them.
###### Vertical Marketplace Founders

Grocery, fashion, electronics, home, beauty, pharmacy or books, where a focused catalog and seller mix beats a general store on relevance and on commission rate.
###### Agencies and White-Label Resellers

Studios delivering commerce projects who need a deep, brandable substrate they can deploy per client or per territory from one codebase.

**If your customers pay at the door and live outside the metros,** this platform is the substrate. Book a call and we will tell you honestly whether it fits your model or whether one of our adjacent solutions is the better start.

Where It Fits

## Flipkart Clone Use Cases: Retail, Grocery, Fashion & Cross-Border

The platform is the same in every case below. What changes is which modules lead and how the operating model is tuned around them.

Cash-Led Marketplace

Cash closes the order, so the platform treats it as a settlement path with its own accounting: the agent carries a float, the OTP proves the handover, the handling fee covers the cost of collecting by hand, and reconciliation closes the loop into the operator wallet. Cards and wallets run alongside it rather than instead of it.

					[Retail · Multi-Category]()

Tier-2 and Tier-3 Rollout

Growth outward from the metros is a serviceability problem before it is a marketing one. Delivery countries, zones and zip allowlists decide where checkout is offered at all, and per-category shipping overrides let the economics differ between a dense city route and a town two hours away.

					[Grocery · Perishable]()

Regional-Language Storefront

Buyers who do not shop in English convert badly against an English storefront. Languages and currencies are operator configuration across the web storefront and all three apps, so a regional shop front is a settings change rather than a parallel build to maintain.

					[Fashion · Variants]()

Grocery and Daily Essentials

Grocery leans on what other commerce platforms treat as edge cases: stock that moves quickly, restock subscriptions telling customers when an item returns, a clearance storefront for short-dated goods, and cash collected at the door on a daily delivery rhythm.

					[Electronics · High-Value]()

Fashion and Variant-Heavy Catalog

Fashion is a variant problem. Colour and size resolve to SKU-level rows with independent price and stock, galleries carry the range, and reviews with image upload do the work description copy cannot, which matters most where return rates are high.

					[Digital · Downloads]()

High-Value Electronics

High-value electronics need the audit surface. Every order carries a status history and a field-level edit log, OTP verification proves the handover happened, and the refund pipeline holds a defensible record when a dispute arrives weeks later.

					[Cross-Border · Multi-Currency]()

**Not sure which of these you are?** most operators are a blend of two. Book a call and we will map your catalog, your seller mix and your fulfilment model against what the platform already does.

Why Now

## Why Launch a Multi-Vendor Marketplace in 2026?

The opening is not that online retail is growing. It is that the growth is happening in places the incumbents serve awkwardly: outside the metros, in languages other than English, and in cash. An operator who already holds supply or a territory there is paying a platform for access to customers who were theirs to begin with.

### Cash Is Not an Edge Case Here

Platforms built card-first treat cash as an unpaid order and leave the reconciliation to you. Where cash closes most of the book, that gap is the business, and closing it by hand costs more than the commission you were trying to save.

### Serviceability Beats Reach

Promising delivery you cannot make is how a young marketplace burns its first thousand customers. Zip-level allowlists let you open a town only when the route exists, which is slower on paper and considerably faster in practice.

### You Keep the Commission

Every order on your own platform pays your rate rather than an incumbent's. On a business already doing meaningful volume that difference is usually the entire case on its own.

### You Own the Customer

Phone numbers, order history, wallet balances and repeat-purchase behaviour sit in your database, which is what makes direct marketing and a loyalty programme possible at all.

### Last Mile Under Your Brand

Handing delivery to an aggregator hands over the one moment the customer actually remembers, and the cash with it. Your own fleet keeps the handover, the packaging and the float under your control.

### One Substrate, Not Five

Commerce, logistics, content, AI and payouts in one codebase means one vendor contract, one data model and one security review rather than five of each, all needing to agree about what an order is.

Market sizing varies by source and we would rather quote our own schema than someone else forecast.

Tech Stack

## Flipkart Clone Tech Stack: Laravel 12, Flutter, MySQL and Redis

A deliberately ordinary stack, chosen so you can staff it locally. Laravel and Flutter developers are plentiful in exactly the markets this platform is built for, which matters more than novelty when you are hiring your second engineer.

How It Works

## How the Flipkart Clone Works: Browse, Buy, Fulfil and Settle

A cash order followed end to end, which is the version worth understanding: it is the one that stays open longest and touches every ledger on the way through.

### How It Works

##### Discover and Add to Cart

The buyer arrives in their own language and sees only what can actually reach them.

- Storefront rendered in the configured locale and currency
- Category tree, brand directory or keyword search with autocomplete
- Serviceability checked against the zip allowlist before checkout is offered
- One cart holding items from several sellers at once

##### Checkout and Pay

The cart splits by seller and every total resolves before anything is dispatched.

- Shipping method chosen per seller, tax applied from the zone rules
- Coupon, wallet balance and loyalty points applied together
- Cash on delivery, an offline method, or one of eleven gateways
- Placement guarded by an idempotency check so a double submit cannot duplicate

##### Vendor Accepts and Packs

Each seller sees only their own portion of the order.

- Order lands in the seller queue with buyer and item detail
- Accepted or rejected with a reason, then marked packed and ready
- Stock decremented automatically at the SKU level
- Packing slip and invoice generated as PDF with the tax line

##### Assign and Collect

The operator or the auto-assignment job puts the order in front of an agent on that route.

- Assignment appears in the agent feed, accepted or rejected
- Navigation to the seller for pickup, then on to the buyer
- Live location written on its own queue while in transit
- Status checkpoints stamped with a timestamp and a geo position

##### Verify and Hand Over

This is the step a card-first platform does not have, and the one that has to be provable.

- One-time code verified server side against a time-boxed record
- Cash counted and written to that agent's own collected balance
- Order moves to delivered and the buyer is notified on push, email and SMS
- Delivery trail retained for the dispute record weeks later

5![Amazon Clone Delivery Staff Profile](https://miracuves.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/thumbs/profile_screen-4-rs6x0ed21qpky6lq2mt8b8n5kfz2krvywyn6s54y28.webp "Amazon Clone Delivery Staff Profile")

##### Settle and Reconcile

The money resolves across four wallets, and the agent still owes the operator until it does.

- Commission split between operator, seller and delivery agent
- Seller balance credited and the platform commission debited
- Collected cash reconciled off the agent balance into the operator wallet
- Every movement paired with an append-only history row and a reference id

Architecture

## Flipkart Clone Platform Architecture and Backend Flow

### Append-Only Ledgers

Wallet histories, order status histories, order edit histories and refund transitions are written and never updated. On a cash book that is the whole basis of trust: any balance, including an agent's float, can be replayed from history rather than taken on faith.

### Money Moves Inside a Transaction

A balance change and its history row are written in the same database transaction, so there is no window in which the number and the record of why it changed can disagree.

### Layered Backend

Controller for the HTTP boundary, service for orchestration and transactions, repository for data access, Eloquent for the entity. Business rules live in one layer rather than scattered across controllers.

### Event-Driven Side Effects

Order placed, status changed, seller approved, payout requested and refund processed each emit an event, with listeners fanning out to notifications, ledger writes and analytics.

### Modular Packaging

AI, Blog and Tax ship as nWidart modules carrying their own routes, migrations and providers, so an operator can disable one without touching the core application.

### Horizontal Scale

A stateless application tier behind a load balancer, MySQL with read replicas for reporting, Redis for cache and queue, and S3 with a CDN for media.

Build to Scale

## Built to Scale: Catalog Depth, Order Volume and Fleet Load

Load here does not arrive evenly. A sale weekend puts a year of traffic through a fortnight, and a cash-heavy book means the order stays open, and writing, long after checkout. The build is arranged around both.

### Sale-Event Peaks

Festival and sale periods concentrate a disproportionate share of annual volume into a few days, which is a caching and queueing problem rather than a hardware one. The category tree, banners, settings and popular-product rails come out of Redis instead of being rebuilt per request, which covers most of the storefront read path, and every list endpoint paginates rather than returning an unbounded set.

### Orders That Stay Open

A cash order is not finished when it is placed. It stays open through dispatch, handover and settlement, so orders, order details, delivery histories and notifications all keep receiving writes for days. Composite indexes sit on the access patterns that matter, seller with status and date, agent with status, and closed orders older than twelve months move to an archive table on the same schema.

### Fleet Write Volume

A delivery fleet writes continuously while it is working, and a dense urban route generates far more location traffic per order than a rural one. Location updates run on their own queue rather than synchronously inside a request, and delivery histories are natural candidates for time-based partitioning once the fleet is large enough to justify it.

### Queued Background Work

Image processing, invoice and report generation, email, push fan-out and AI enrichment run as queued jobs under Supervisor with failed-job capture and retry on a backoff. A burst of orders never blocks a page render, and an SMS provider having a bad afternoon degrades notification delivery rather than checkout.

### Built for Spiky Demand

Sale weekends push a year of traffic through a fortnight. Cached rails, paginated lists and queued side effects are what keep that from becoming an outage on the day it matters most.

### Orders Stay Hot for Days

A cash order keeps writing through dispatch, handover and settlement, so the hot tables carry composite indexes on seller with status and date, and on agent with status.

### Fleet Write Load

Location updates go to their own queue rather than being written synchronously, and delivery histories are candidates for time-based partitioning as the fleet grows.

### Async by Default

Images, invoices, mail, push fan-out, AI enrichment and reports are all queued work, so not one of them can slow down a buyer waiting on a page.

### Search Headroom

MySQL full-text is enough to launch on. When the catalog or the language count outgrows it, a dedicated engine slots in behind the same service interface.

### Archive Path

Closed orders older than twelve months move to an archive table on the same schema, keeping the working set small without breaking joins or reporting.

### Search Across Languages

MySQL full-text and indexed columns carry the baseline, which is enough for most catalogs. Where a storefront runs several languages the index gets harder, and Elasticsearch or Meilisearch can be introduced behind the same search service interface with index sync on a queue, making it an infrastructure change rather than a rewrite.

**Note for founders and CTOs:** you can start on a single modest instance and still be on a credible path to scale, because nothing here needs replacing to get there. The drivers change, the code does not.

Security

## Flipkart Clone Security: OWASP-Mapped, GDPR-Ready and VAPT-Ready

Cash changes the security question. On a card-first marketplace the money is already settled by the time anything ships; here an agent walks around with a float, and the record of what they collected has to be as defensible as a gateway receipt. That is why the cash trail is an append-only ledger written in the same transaction as the balance it moves, why the OTP is verified server side rather than confirmed in the app, and why an agent’s collected balance can be re-derived from history rather than trusted as a stored number. The other three problems are the ordinary ones: sellers are tenants who must not read each other’s data, customers hand over addresses and payment intent, and agents carry a live location trail that is itself sensitive.

GST is modelled, not filed

Tax classes bound per zone with per-product rules will carry your GST rates and produce a per-order tax line. What does not ship is a filing integration or a return-generation module. Configuring the rates is deployment work; filing remains between you and your accountant.
A payment rail is your merchant account

UPI, cards, netbanking or a wallet all arrive through gateways you hold accounts with. Eleven are pre-integrated and offline methods are operator-defined, but no credential ships with the platform and none can.
Rate limits ship at sane defaults, not tuned ones

Login, registration, OTP and checkout arrive throttled. What the ceilings should be depends entirely on your traffic shape, and a sale weekend will find a badly chosen number faster than anything else.
Security headers are yours after handover

Content Security Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options and Referrer-Policy live at the web server or CDN edge rather than in application code. We set them up at deployment; keeping them accurate as you add analytics and pixels is yours to own afterwards.
A WAF is recommended and not included

Edge throttling and a web application firewall sit in front of the app, not inside it. Cloudflare or something equivalent is the usual choice, and picking one is an infrastructure decision rather than something we ship.
Two-factor is configurable, not mandatory

TOTP for operator staff is supported and should be switched on for anyone who can approve a payout or settle an agent's cash. It is not forced by default.

### The Cash Trail Is Auditable

Every movement of an agent's collected balance writes a history row inside the same database transaction as the balance change, so what a courier owes the operator can always be re-derived rather than merely believed.

### Handover Proven Server Side

The one-time code is verified on the server, not confirmed by the app, which is the difference between proof of delivery and a screen someone tapped. The refund pipeline holds a matching record when a dispute lands weeks later.

### Tenant Isolation

Seller and delivery agent scoping enforced in the repository layer, model policies on read and write, and API token abilities mapped to permission slugs rather than a blanket scope.

### Payment Integrity

Card numbers are never written anywhere. Webhook signatures checked at the boundary, transactions made idempotent by gateway id, and refunds held behind a status machine so nothing settles twice.

### Built to the Controls

Argon2id password hashing, encrypted session cookies with HttpOnly and SameSite, CSRF tokens on every state-changing web route, and mass-assignment protection across models.

### Privacy and Location Data

Soft deletes on customer, seller and agent rows, a per-user JSON export, deletion with a grace period before personal data is purged, and an agent's live location visible only to that agent and the operator.

The honest position on certification: the controls below are built, and the platform is ready for a penetration test and for the evidence-gathering that ISO 27001 or SOC 2 require. Neither certificate is held, and neither is claimed. Several items are also deployment-layer responsibilities that we configure but you own after handover, and they are named as such below rather than folded into a compliance claim.

Advance Add-Ons

## Flipkart Clone Add-Ons: Search, Analytics, Integrations and Automation

The base build covers the marketplace. These are the extensions operators ask for once volume arrives, and on a cash-led book they arrive in a fairly predictable order: reconciliation tooling first, then accounting bridges, then search. Each is scoped and quoted rather than bundled.

### Cash Reconciliation Tooling

Deposit slips against collected balances, variance reporting per agent and per route, and escalation when a float ages past a threshold. The base build tracks the money; this is for operators running a fleet large enough that shortfalls need chasing systematically.

Marketability

## Marketability, Revenue Potential and Business Prospects

On a value-led marketplace the commission rate is under permanent pressure, so the business is usually won on the lines beside it: delivery margin, the cash handling fee, seller plans and placement. The scenarios below are illustrative arithmetic on operator-set inputs, not a forecast and not a promise.

### Cash Handling Pays for Itself

A fee on every COD order covers what it genuinely costs to collect money by hand, and it is a line card-first competitors have no mechanism to charge.

### Delivery Is Margin, Not Cost

Running your own fleet turns the shipping charge from a pass-through into a controllable margin, which matters most where basket values are small and commission alone will not carry the business.

### Sellers Are Recurring Revenue

Subscription tiers turn a one-time onboarding into a monthly line, and the tier itself becomes the upsell path as a seller grows.

### The Asset Is the Network

A seller roster, a customer database and a set of proven delivery routes are worth more than the software. The platform is what lets you own all three rather than rent access to them.

                Main Revenue Levers

- Commission per order, set globally, per category or per seller
- Delivery margin on the shipping charge
- A handling fee on every cash-on-delivery order
- Seller subscription plans with product limits and reduced rates
- Featured placement and sponsored positions sold to sellers
- Wallet float held between payout runs, with add-fund bonus tiers

                Long-Term Value

- An owned sales channel rather than a rented listing on another platform
- A customer database with phone numbers and order history attached
- Delivery routes and a seller roster that are assets in their own right
- A commission rate you set rather than one set for you
- The last mile, and the cash, under your brand rather than an aggregator
- Source code that can be extended, licensed or resold

Example Revenue Scenarios

**On these numbers:** each scenario is arithmetic on inputs an operator chooses, shown to make the levers concrete. They are not projections, and Miracuves does not guarantee any commercial outcome. The six days is our deployment window for the base platform, not your route to market.

Cash-led regional launch

30
Sellers onboarded in year one

An operator with existing stores adds thirty local sellers, takes commission on each order, and keeps the cash handling fee that a card-first competitor cannot charge.

Commission, delivery margin and the COD handling fee are all operator-set. The platform cost is one-time; what recurs is hosting, gateway fees and the team running it.

Opening beyond the metros

6
Working days to deployment

A marketplace expands town by town, enabling checkout only where a delivery route exists, so growth is bounded by fulfilment rather than by advertising spend.

Six days is our side of it. Building routes, signing sellers and getting a town to notice you is your side, and that is what actually sets the calendar.

Agency running white-label deployments

1
Codebase, many branded marketplaces

A studio stands up the same platform per client or per state, each fully branded, from a single codebase its team already knows.

Licensing per deployment is a conversation rather than a number on a page. What makes repeat deployment practical is the branding depth and the module toggles.

Why Miracuves

## Miracuves vs Other Flipkart Clone Developers

There are many ways to get a marketplace: generic commerce scripts, freelancers, agencies, or owning the platform outright.

##### Why Founders Choose Miracuves

### Cash Is in the Codebase

The OTP, the agent float, the handling fee and the settlement path are built here. Most scripts stop at checkout, mark a cash order unpaid, and leave the accounting for you to invent.

### Commerce and Logistics Together

Handing delivery to an aggregator hands over the handover, the packaging and the money. The fleet is in this codebase rather than behind an integration you also have to pay for.

### Fixed Price, Not a Range

The number is $2,799 rather than "starting at". Scope is written down before anything is built, and changes to it are quoted rather than absorbed silently.

### Source Code on Handover

Backend and all three Flutter projects land in your repository. Nothing obfuscated, no licence server phoning home, and no reason to keep us on retainer.

### Six Working Days

Installed on your servers with queue, scheduler and storage running. Nothing is being invented here, so the week is branding and configuration rather than build.

### Honest Readiness Labels

Configuration-required and integration-required items are marked as such throughout. GST is modelled through tax classes and not filed for you, and that is said here rather than discovered later.

### Compare & Discover Why Operators Choose Us for Multi-Vendor Commerce

| Criteria | Miracuves Flipkart Clone | Generic Clone Script | Custom Dev Agency |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Time to Launch | 6 days (Production) | Unknown / DIY | 6-9+ months |
| Source-Code Ownership | ✔ Full | Often limited / encrypted | Usually yes |
| Feature Depth (Flipkart-like) | High (catalog, payouts, fleet) | Basic (single-vendor storefront) | Depends on budget |
| Security & Compliance | Strong (built to the controls, GDPR-ready) | Minimal | Varies widely |
| Scalability & Performance | Cloud & CDN-optimized | Rarely considered | Depends on architecture |
| Monetization Options | Multiple (commission, plans, delivery) | Usually commission only | Custom (more time & cost) |
| Admin & Analytics | Full-fledged dashboard | Very basic or missing | Custom build (extra cost) |
| Cost vs Speed vs Quality | Balanced | Cheap but risky | High cost, slow |
| Ongoing Support & Updates | Available with clear plans | Usually none | Depends on contract |

The comparison that matters is not a feature count. It is whether the platform can actually run the way your market buys, and cash is where most of them quietly fail: the order is placed but not settled, and the reconciliation becomes somebody’s spreadsheet.

Industries

## Industries We Serve

The Flipkart Clone fits operators whose buyers pay at the door, shop in their own language, or live where the incumbents do not reliably deliver. Grocery and daily essentials run on fast stock movement, restock alerts and a delivery rhythm that suits cash. Fashion leans on the SKU-level variant matrix and on reviews with photographs, which is what keeps return rates survivable. Electronics need the audit trail and server-verified handover on high-value orders. Pharmacy uses moderation and controlled catalog access. Distributors going direct use seller onboarding and commission. Franchise networks run per-location inventory under one console, and agencies deploy the whole thing per client or per territory.

Miracuves Flipkart Clone is built as a marketplace-first commerce platform for cash-led markets: sold through multiple sellers, priced by your own rules, taxed by zone, delivered by your own fleet, and white-labelled entirely under your brand.

FAQ

## Flipkart Clone FAQ: Pricing, Features, Payments and Deployment

Everything you need to know about the Miracuves Flipkart Clone App.

What is a Flipkart Clone App?

A ready-made multi-vendor marketplace built for markets where cash still closes a large share of orders. Customers browse and buy, independent sellers list products and receive payouts, your own delivery agents complete the last mile and collect the money, and you take commission on every transaction. It ships with a web storefront, a seller panel, an operator console of role-scoped modules, and three Flutter Android apps for customers, sellers and delivery agents, all against one versioned REST API.

How is this different from your Amazon Clone?

Same platform, different operating model on the page. The Amazon Clone is written for the general multi-vendor marketplace: catalog, checkout, fulfilment and payouts. This page is written for the way India actually buys, so it leads on cash on delivery as a full accounting path, zip-level serviceability into tier-2 and tier-3 towns, tax modelled per zone, and a regional-language storefront. The delivered system is the same product at the same price. Choose by which description matches your market.

How do UPI and GST work here?

Both are supported in the way a platform honestly can, and neither is bundled. UPI arrives through a gateway you hold an account with: PhonePe, Paytm and Razorpay are among the eleven pre-integrated, and each can present UPI, but the merchant credentials are yours. GST runs through the tax-class system, with classes bound per zone, per-product rules attached through a polymorphic binding, inclusive or exclusive display, and a tax line on every order. Your rates are configured at deployment. What does not ship is a filing or return-generation integration, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

Is cash on delivery properly handled?

Yes, and it is the main reason to start from this page rather than a general commerce script. The code is verified server side at handover, the cash is written to that agent’s own balance, an operator-set handling fee is applied to the order, and settlement reconciles into the operator wallet through a dedicated transaction table. Cash is a settlement path here, not an order somebody forgot to close.

Can I control which pin codes I deliver to?

Yes. Delivery countries, zone definitions and zip allowlists decide where checkout is offered at all, and shipping methods carry per-category cost overrides so a dense city route and a town two hours away need not share economics. That is what lets you open a new area only once a route genuinely exists.

Can the storefront run in regional languages?

Yes. A polymorphic translation store holds interface and content strings, and languages and currencies are operator configuration across the web storefront and all three apps. Adding a language is an admin action rather than a second deployment to keep in step.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

The white-label platform is $2,799 as a one-time purchase, deployed in six working days on your infrastructure with your branding. Custom modules and deeper changes are scoped and quoted separately, typically two to eight weeks depending on what you need.

Do I get the source code?

Yes. Backend and all three Flutter projects arrive in your repository at handover. No obfuscated files, no licence server checking in, and nothing that requires us to stay involved for the platform to keep running.

How does the delivery fleet work?

Delivery agents are a first-class identity with KYC and operator approval rather than a flag on a customer account. They get an assignment feed with accept and reject, navigation to seller and customer, live location, status checkpoints, one-time-code verification at the door, and a wallet carrying earnings, collected cash and a withdrawal flow.

                How is commission calculated?

A percentage set globally, per category, per seller or per product, deducted from the seller wallet when the order completes and reversed automatically on refund. Per-category bands matter here, because electronics and apparel rarely tolerate the same rate. Seller subscription tiers can carry reduced rates as a paid benefit.

                Are iOS apps included?

No, and in a market this heavily Android that is rarely the constraint people expect. The Flutter projects do compile for iOS; App Store builds, signing and submission are quoted separately because the developer account and the review cycle are their own piece of work.

Is the platform secure and is it certified?

The controls are built: Argon2id hashing, CSRF protection, parameterized queries, HTML sanitization, tenant scoping, webhook signature verification and append-only audit ledgers covering the cash trail. The platform will stand up to a penetration test and to the evidence gathering ISO 27001 or SOC 2 require. We hold neither certificate and claim neither.

What is not included in the six days?

Anything that is properly yours: gateway or UPI merchant approval, an SMS and email provider, a Firebase project, an OpenAI key, your catalog data, your seller recruitment, the GST rates you configure, and app store review. Six days is our deployment window for the base platform, not your route to market.
