Dream Yacht Charter Clone App - White-Label Yacht Charter Booking Platform
Vessel Catalog, Date-Based Booking, Owner App and Admin in One Clone Script
A ready-made booking platform for yacht charter operators: a catalog of vessels with photos, specifications and rates per hour or per day, date-based booking against each yacht's availability, and a wallet that keeps every deposit and payment on record.
Three surfaces ship together from one codebase: a guest app and site for searching and booking, an owner app and vendor panel for listings, calendars and booking requests, and an admin panel where the operator manages yachts, users, commission, payouts and reports.

hourly and daily pricing on every listing

ready-made delivery, with store review handled separately
Commission Is a Setting
The platform commission and the owner payout timeline sit in the admin settings, so an operator decides how the business earns without asking a developer.
Owners Run Their Own Calendar
Owners choose their prices, seasonal rates, discounts and cancellation terms, maintain a calendar of free dates, and accept or refuse every booking request.

Hands On
Try the Dream Yacht Charter Clone as a Guest, an Owner or the Operator
Pick the seat you want: a guest booking a yacht, an owner running a listing, or the operator watching the whole fleet. All four demos below read the same sample data, so the yacht a guest opens is the one an owner edits.

Guest App - Find, Book & Pay
Find a yacht, open its page, choose dates and check the booking summary, then look at the wallet balance and the transaction list.
- 1Install the Android demo on a phone
- 2Log in with the guest account shown here
- 3Look at: Catalog, Yacht page, Booking, Wallet
user@demo.com | User_321

Owner App - Vessels & Requests
An owner adds a vessel with photos, rates and amenities, keeps its calendar current and replies to incoming booking requests.
- 1Install the Android demo on a phone
- 2Log in with the owner account shown here
- 3Look at: Vessels, Calendar, Requests, Rates
vendor@demo.com | Vendor_321

Web Panels - Guest Site & Vendor Panel
The browser versions: a responsive guest site, plus the vendor panel owners use to run the same listings from a desktop.
- 1Open the web demo in a new tab
- 2Move between the guest site and the vendor panel
- 3Look at: Search, Vessels, Calendar, Requests

Admin Panel - Fleet, Users & Revenue
What the operator sees: the dashboard, yacht and user records, approvals, site content, plus the revenue and booking reports.
- 1Open the admin panel in a new tab
- 2Check vessels, accounts, bookings and payments
- 3Look at: Vessels, Users, Revenue, Content

Dream Yacht Charter Clone App Screens - From Location Prompt to Wallet
These six screens come from the demo guest app, shown in the order a guest meets them: location prompt, home, catalog, yacht page, booking summary and wallet. Owners and operators use the vendor and admin panels instead.

The guest path runs location, catalog, yacht page, booking summary. Behind it the owner replies to the request and the operator tracks the payment and the payout in the admin panel.

Client Words
What Operators Who Launched on a Miracuves Base Say
Six clients talk about starting from a ready-made Miracuves base. Best Cabo Yacht Rentals is the one that ran charters on this booking base; the rest used sister bases for rentals, delivery, healthcare and logistics.
“Turo is the obvious reference, but the Caribbean specifics, from different insurance norms to different payment rails, meant we needed a real partner, not just a clone. Miracuves’s MXCar base covered the listing, the trip flow, and the host payouts. We launched in 6 working days and are live in three islands.”
“We were running it on phone calls and a paper calendar, and we were losing bookings to bigger OTAs. Miracuves’s GetmyBoat Clone base gave us the calendar, the booking flow, and the payment engine. Online bookings are up roughly 70% in the first six months, and the ops team finally has a live view of the fleet.”
“We were juggling spreadsheets, a third-party GPS provider, and a phone. We needed a single operations console. Miracuves’s MXLogistics base covered the trip lifecycle, the driver app, and the customer tracking page. We’ve cut operations admin time by about 40%.”
“The team was running it on a dispatcher and a Google Sheet, and we needed a real platform quickly, because we were about to onboard a major retail client. Miracuves’s Delivery Genie base gave us the rider app, the dispatch console, and live tracking. We launched in 6 weeks and cleared 4x the previous order volume in the first month.”
“Every HMS I tried was built for general physicians, with no lesion mapping, no before/after tracking, and no procedure-based billing. Their MXHealth base gave us the patient app, doctor app, EMR and video consult out of the box. Front-desk time on scheduling and follow-ups is down ~70%, and we went fully digital in 9 months, where a fully custom job would have been 18.”
“Building a compliant telehealth stack from scratch in three markets would have been a year-plus effort. Miracuves’s MXHealth base covered the patient and doctor apps, video consult, e-prescription and the pharmacy integrations. We launched in our first market in 9 weeks and rolled out to two more in the following six months.”

A Los Cabos Charter Business That Launched on This Base
Book Boats Now built on the platform described here. Each number below is taken from its own portfolio page.
Book Boats Now runs charters out of Los Cabos. It started from the same Miracuves base this page sells, took 17 of the 21 platform blocks as they were and had four built around its own business.

- A vessel has capacity, licensing and sea-state limits that a hotel room never faces
- Liability concentrates at the handover: skipper, deposit and a check of the boat
- Demand moves sharply with the season, so rate and availability rules decide the margin
- Launch without redoing sign-in, payments, admin screens and permissions
- Put the work into vessel types, territories, rates, deposits and branding
- Stay inside a six-working-day build
- A guest booking flow, an owner fleet calendar and an operator console
- Rate rules by season and length of hire, with deposits and owner splits
- Skipper and crew assignment, plus cancellation and refund rules
- Code, schema and deployment notes handed to the client
“We were running charters off a paper calendar and losing bookings to the OTAs. Calendar, booking flow and payments came off the shelf; they added boat listings with availability windows, crew management and a multilingual guest portal. The ops team finally has a live view of the fleet.”Tiffany Dandrea · Operations Director, Best Cabo Yacht Rentals
03Inside the platform
What It Is
Dream Yacht Charter Clone - A Booking Engine Built Around the Charter Calendar
This is a finished booking platform for companies that charter out yachts and boats. The operator publishes vessels with photos, specs and rates, guests look for a free date and book it, owners answer from their own app, and one admin panel holds listings, payments and reports.

More Than a Brochure Site
The substance sits behind the catalog: availability calendars, booking requests, deposits, wallet entries and owner payouts, each on its own screen.
Not a Rented Tool
The full source code reaches you unencrypted. Nothing is billed per seat, and nobody else's roadmap decides when a flow may change.
Clear About Scope
The base build publishes and books vessels. Suggestions for destinations, an itinerary planner for whole trips, crew booking and live support chat cost extra, and the payment gateway accounts are ones you open yourself.
Three Surfaces, One Codebase
What Does a Charter Booking Script Cover?
A charter company does not struggle with its brochure pages. It struggles to keep one honest calendar per vessel, to collect a deposit and pay the owner correctly, and to let owners accept or refuse a request without a phone call. Those workflows are finished and visible in the demo.

- 01Vessel pages with photos, specs and rates
- 02Booking by date against live availability
- 03An owner app and a vendor panel
- 04A wallet and payment history
- 05An admin panel with reports and commission settings
You get a guest app and responsive site, an owner app with a vendor panel and an admin panel, running on PHP, Laravel and MySQL with Flutter mobile apps.

- reCAPTCHA v3 on forms and plan checkout

Who Runs It
Which Businesses Put Their Fleet on a Platform Like This?
It fits any business that hires out a vessel by the date and wants to keep the booking relationship, whether it sails its own fleet, lists yachts owned by others or adds charters to a travel product.
Companies with their own fleet who want bookings, availability and deposits online instead of on phone calls and a paper diary.
Owners who list through an operator and want to set rates, seasonal pricing and cancellation terms, and approve each request from an app.
Agencies that add yacht and boat charters to a travel offer with a branded booking site and a payment record for each trip.
Founders launching a regional boat-rental brand who want a finished booking engine rather than a build measured in months.
Marinas and resorts that rent boats to guests and need availability, payments and reviews in one place.
Agencies that put their own name on the platform and license it on to other operators, with the platform fee as their revenue line.
When income depends on filling vessel-days, a platform you own keeps the calendar, the guest records and the payment trail with you instead of with a listing site.

Six Ways Operators Run Charters on the Dream Yacht Charter Clone
One build suits several kinds of operator, depending on which side leads. A fleet company leans on the calendar and the deposit flow, an owner network on approvals and plans, an agency on destinations and payment records, and none of them needs a separate fork.
Swipe · 6
Take a charter fleet from phone calls and spreadsheets to date-based online booking, with availability, deposits and one live view of every vessel.

Let yacht owners list their own vessels, set rates and approve requests while you keep the commission, the payouts and the quality bar.

Add a branded yacht and boat charter product to an existing travel business, with destination browsing, bookings and payment records.

Launch a local brand for one coast or lake district with your own catalog, seasonal rates and cancellation terms.

Price high and low season differently, discount longer stays and let owners choose which days of the week a vessel is available.

License the same build to other operators under their own names, each with a branded site and apps, and keep the platform fee as a revenue line.

One platform, many operating models. The six cases above share listings, calendars and payment records. Only your rate card, approval rules, policies and branding differ, so there is no second codebase to keep up.

Industries That Rent Vessels by Date
Any company that hires out a vessel by the day or the hour can use this platform. Charter operators and boat-rental firms run fleets and owners through it, travel agencies and tour operators bolt a charter line onto their offer, and marinas and resorts hire boats to guests. Fishing, diving, water-sports and event-boat companies price by time, brokers list vessels for owners, and destination marketplaces collect several operators in one catalog.

06How it runs
Step by Step
A Charter Booking, Screen by Screen: Search, Compare, Reserve, Pay & Confirm
On a phone a charter booking looks effortless, yet it rests on a strict sequence: location, catalog, yacht page, dates, payment, confirmation. Below is that route screen by screen, followed by the design that carries it.
The Guest Path From First Search to a Confirmed Charter
Swipe · 6
- 1Set the Location
A guest opens the app and is asked for a location, or sets one by hand, so the catalog starts from vessels near them.
- Location prompt on first launch
- Use the current location or set one manually
- Top destinations on the home screen
- Sign-up and login available along the way
- 2Browse Destinations
The home screen puts top destinations and priced boat listings first, with a tab bar for exploring, orders, favorites, chats and the account.
- Top destinations carousel
- Boat listings with a price per day
- Latest articles from the blog
- Tabs for Explore, Orders, Favorite, Chats, Account
- 3Compare Yachts
The catalog lays vessels side by side with the featured badge, the rate, the capacity and the rating, with map and filter controls above.
- Featured badge and photos on each card
- From-price, cabins, length and captained label
- Star rating and guest capacity
- Map and filter controls above the list
- 4Open a Listing
A listing shows photos, the owner, a description, specifications and amenities, and the price per hour and per day.
- Photos, name, location and rating
- Tabs for description, specifications and amenities
- The owner named on the page
- Hourly and daily rates
- 5Review the Booking
Before anything is paid the guest sees dates, duration, guests and the boat specifications on one screen.
- Check-in and check-out with times
- Duration and guest count
- Boat specifications
- Customer information and booking status
- 6Pay & Confirm
Payment follows the owner's policy, a deposit or the full amount, and the wallet keeps the credit and the transactions.
- Deposit or full payment per owner policy
- Wallet credit and pending credit
- Transaction list by gateway and status
- Booking confirmation after payment
Under the Screens
How the Platform Is Put Together and How a Booking Moves Through It
- 01Level 01
One Calendar per Vessel
Availability sits on the yacht itself, so every guest, owner and admin view reads the same dates.
- 02Level 02
Three Surfaces, One Backend
The guest app and site, the owner app and panel, and the admin panel all work on the same listings, bookings and payment records.
- 03Level 03
Request, Then Decision
A booking request reaches the owner as a notification, and the owner approves or declines it against their own schedule.
- 04Level 04
Payments Leave a Trail
Deposits, wallet credits, withdrawals and gateway payments are listed as transactions with a type, an amount and a status.
- 05Level 05
Settings, Not Code
Commission, payout timing and platform policies are admin settings, so a rate change does not need a developer.
- 06Level 06
Mobile and Web in Step
The Flutter apps and the responsive site draw on the same listings, so a vessel published once shows up everywhere.
The Stack
What the Dream Yacht Charter Clone Is Built On: Laravel, MySQL & Flutter
A charter platform needs a calendar that resists double bookings, a payment record and apps owners will open every day. These are the layers that supply them, listed as delivered.
Guest Site & Vendor Panel
PHP · Laravel · Bootstrap- A guest site that adapts to any screen
- A vendor panel for owners
- Page templates in several languages
- Mega menu and sticky menu options
Mobile Apps
Android · iOS · Flutter- One Flutter codebase for guest and owner apps
- Android and iOS builds included
- Published through your developer accounts
- An Android demo you can install
Booking Data
MySQL- Listings, calendars and bookings
- Wallet and transaction records
- Reviews, enquiries and owner plans
- Booking and vendor report filters
Payments & Wallet
Gateways · Paystack · Wallet- Gateways from your own merchant accounts
- Paystack payments supported
- Offline payment option in the wallet
- Captcha on plan checkout
Notifications & Chat
Twilio · Live chat · reCAPTCHA- Twilio messaging hook
- Live chat and in-app messaging
- reCAPTCHA v3 on forms
- Booking request notifications for owners
Maps & Search
Map provider · Filters- Interactive maps in the app
- Map view beside the catalog
- Search by location, size, price and amenities
- Day-of-week selection in the calendar
Gateways run on merchant accounts and keys that belong to you, and the app stores are reached through your own developer accounts. All of these layers are mainstream and easy to hire for, so extending the platform is routine work on unencrypted source.
Build to Scale
Built to Grow - More Vessels, More Owners & More Destinations
A charter platform grows in three directions at once: more vessels, more owners and more places. The build treats each as records and settings, so growth is configuration first and development second.
Vessels Are Records. Every yacht is a listing with specifications, rates and a calendar, so a larger fleet uses the same screens as a small one.
Owners Work in Their Own Scope. Each owner manages only their own listings, requests and reports, while the operator sees the whole catalog.
Payments Stay Reconcilable. Deposits, wallet credit and payouts are rows with a type, an amount and a status, which is what keeps a busy season auditable.
Hosting Is Yours. The platform runs on the hosting you choose, so capacity follows your season and your budget, with our guidance at rollout.
Fleet Growth
Adding vessels, owners and destinations is data entry on listings and calendars, not development.
Many Owners, One Catalog
Each owner works inside a vendor scope while the admin sees every vessel, so adding owners does not add admin screens.
- Owner-scoped vendor panel
- Admin view across all vessels
- Approval before a listing goes live
- Owner reports filtered by vendor
More Destinations
Top destinations and location search let one catalog span coasts and countries, with multi-language page templates for each market.
- Top destinations on the home screen
- Location search and map
- Multi-language page templates
- Filters by location, size and price
Peak-Season Capacity
Because the platform is deployed on your own hosting, you size it for your season and we advise at rollout.
- Deployed on hosting you choose
- Sized to your season with our guidance
- 60 days of platform guidance after launch
- 12 months of product updates
Payment Volume
Every deposit, credit and payout is a transaction row with a status, so growing volume stays reconcilable.
- Type, amount, gateway and status per row
- Pending and confirmed states
- Revenue tracking in the admin
- Exportable financial data
Growing Past the Base
A need that the base build does not cover is described and priced in writing before anyone starts.
Made to Be Changed as You Grow. Sooner or later every operator wants something shaped to their own coast or fleet. The web layer is PHP and MySQL, the apps are Flutter and the source is unencrypted, so a developer you hire, or we under a quoted change, can extend it without surprises.
Starting small? Open with the base build and add only what you need. Destination suggestions, a trip itinerary planner, crew booking and live support chat can be added later, as paid extras, once the fleet or the audience justifies them.

Security in the Dream Yacht Charter Clone: Payments, Roles, Forms & Code

Where the Software Stops and the Operator's Duties Begin
A charter platform supplies the booking machinery, not the permission to run charters. Miracuves builds the listings, calendars, payment records and approvals; the rules for operating boats and carrying guests in your waters remain yours.
In this section, ready means a feature exists in the code and opens in the demo. It does not claim that the platform or Miracuves carries any chartering license, registration or approval, and Miracuves offers no legal advice.
Built Into the Software
Vessel listings with photos, specifications and amenities; availability calendars; date-based booking with a booking details screen; owner approval of requests; deposits, wallet credit and transaction records; reviews and ratings; and admin approval of listings with dispute handling.
Left to the Operator
Your cancellation, refund and deposit rules, your terms of service and privacy policy, the merchant accounts and identity checks your payment provider requires, tax and invoicing in your market, and the people who answer guests and owners.
Vessels, Skippers & Insurance
Rules for who may charter a vessel, which boats need a licensed skipper, the safety equipment and the insurance cover a charter needs differ by country, coast and vessel type. The platform shows a captained label and stores what an owner enters; checking certificates and policies stays with you.
Where Your Guests Are
Data protection, consumer rights and package-travel rules apply to where your guests live and where the vessel sails. Booking records and reviews give your team the paper trail such duties draw on. Meeting them is the operator's job, ideally with advice from qualified counsel in each market.

Where the Money Comes From
How a Charter Operator Earns With the Dream Yacht Charter Clone
Income on a charter platform arrives from several directions. Each is kept as its own line here, so changing the commission leaves plans, placements and fees alone.
Commission rises with bookings; plans and featured spots rise with the number of owners and vessels you attract.
- 01
Commission on Every Booking
Take a share of each confirmed charter before the owner is paid. The commission and the payout timeline are set in the admin settings.
- 02
Owner Subscription Plans
Sell plan access to yacht owners and charter companies through the plan pages and the plan manager that the release log already carries.
- 03
Premium & Featured Listings
Promote selected vessels with the Featured badge shown in the catalog, as a paid placement that sits beside the commission.
- 04
Transaction Fees on Payments
Recover or earn on payment handling, including the deposits and the wallet top-ups that guests make before they book.
- 05
Charter Packages & Experiences
Bundle amenities, activities and custom packages around a charter and price each as its own line.
- 06
Advertising & Partnerships
Sell promotional space and partner placements on the site, using the content tools for banners and promotions.
| Revenue line | How the fee is charged | Take rateTypical rate | What caps it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commission on Every Booking | A share of each confirmed charter, kept by the platform before the owner payout is released. | Boatsetter owners earn 65% to 88.5% of list price, so the platform keeps 11.5% to 35%. | Our arithmetic on the payout range, which moves with the boat and the insurance plan. Click&Boat and Borrow A Boat publish no percentage and tie it to each owner contract. |
| Transaction Fees on Payments | A processor fee on each card or wallet payment, passed to the guest, absorbed, or netted from the owner payout. | Stripe US: 2.9% plus 30 cents per domestic card payment; Borrow A Boat deducts 2%. | A booking is a real-world service, so store billing does not apply. Digital items sold in the app, such as owner plans, would face Apple 15% or 30% and Google Play in the US 10% to 25% plus 5%. |
| Deposits and Extra Payments | Security deposits and extra charges such as fuel, collected through the platform instead of in cash at the dock. | Boatsetter charges 3.0% plus $0.15 per additional charge and holds at least $500 as a deposit. | Deposit size is the owner's call above that floor. Boatsetter also charges a $15 chargeback fee to renter and owner, so a dispute rule matters as much as the rate. |
| Charter Packages and Extras | Crew, provisioning or activity extras sold with the charter, priced as separate lines from the vessel hire. | Borrow A Boat takes 10% on extra services sold through its platform. | The same terms leave the base commission to the contract, so extras are the one line with a stated rate. Your catalog of extras sets the volume. |
How to read this. The commission range is our arithmetic on Boatsetter’s fee policy, which pays owners 65% to 88.5% of list price; Click&Boat publishes no percentage and ties it to each owner contract. The card figure is the US example in Stripe’s Connect help article, extra-service and transaction fees come from Borrow A Boat’s terms, and store fees from Apple and Google Play. The real-world-service exemption is in Apple’s guideline 3.1.3(e) and Google Play’s payments policy. These are observed market prices, not quotes. Use them as modeling inputs for your own rate card, not as a projection of what any platform earns.

Yacht & Boat Market Benchmarks - Independent 2025-2026 Data
The revenue models above are ours. The figures below are not. They are published numbers from the National Marine Manufacturers Association, MarineMax and the Croatian Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, reproduced as published. A yacht marketplace earns on both sales listings and charter bookings, so the set pairs US boat sales data with an official national count of charter guests, companies and rentals.
$54bn of US Recreational Marine Spending in 2025
The National Marine Manufacturers Association reports that US recreational marine retail spending totaled $54 billion in 2025. New boats made up 20.3 percent of boat unit sales and pre-owned boats 79.7 percent. Pre-owned sales reached 867,059 units with a market value of $10.8 billion, according to NMMA's separate 2025 pre-owned report.
13.3% of MarineMax Revenue From Used Boats
In its annual report for the fiscal year ended 30 September 2025, MarineMax states that used boat sales accounted for 13.3 percent, or approximately $307.7 million, of its revenue, against new boats at 60.9 percent, or $1.407 billion. The company reports over 70 retail dealership locations and over 65 marina and storage locations worldwide.
586,911 Charter Guests Arrived in Croatia in 2025
Croatia's Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure records 586,911 charter guest arrivals and 3,779,015 charter guest nights in 2025, across Croatian and foreign-flag boats, yachts and ships. The 2024 report shows 584,381 arrivals and 3,765,492 nights, so 2025 was up about 0.4 percent on both, and a stay averaged about 6.4 nights (our arithmetic on reported figures).
1,080 Active Charter Companies in Croatia, 2025
The same ministry reports 1,080 active charter companies in 2025, out of 3,063 registered, and 86,487 charter rentals over the year, against 1,047 active companies and 86,993 rentals in 2024. Active vessels numbered 4,850 (4,133 boats, 37 motor yachts and 680 sailing yachts) of 7,776 registered (our arithmetic on reported figures).

The Croatian charter figures are the ministry’s registry counts for one national market, and the average stay, the year-on-year change and the vessel totals are our arithmetic on reported figures. They describe the market, not the performance of any platform Miracuves builds, and nothing here is a revenue projection for your business.
Why Now
Why Launch a Yacht Charter Platform in 2026?
Charter demand is seasonal and the booking window can be short. A platform that shows availability and takes a deposit at any hour lets an operator answer enquiries that arrive outside office time.
01Your Calendar Is the Product
A vessel can only be at one dock on one day. One availability calendar per yacht keeps every guest, owner and admin looking at the same dates.
02Owners Want to Decide
Letting owners approve or decline each request keeps vessels and crews under their control, which is what persuades owners to list with you.
03Seasonality Needs Rate Control
Seasonal rates and length-of-stay discounts let pricing follow demand instead of sitting on one flat tariff.
04Payments Need a Record
Deposits, wallet credit and payouts each leave a transaction row, so settlement stops living in a spreadsheet.
05You Keep the Guest Relationship
Running your own platform keeps guest accounts, reviews and repeat bookings with you rather than with a listing site.
06Buying Beats Building
A ready-made platform is live on your hosting in 6 days. A build from scratch first has to recreate calendars, payments and owner tools.
Platform by the Numbers

Days to Launch
Days of Guidance
Most of the work in a charter platform is the part nobody sees: availability, deposits, payouts and owner approvals. Those are built, so your time goes into the fleet and the brand.
Why It Pays
Marketability, Revenue Potential & Business Prospects
A charter company sells something perishable: a vessel-day nobody booked is lost for good. A platform pays by selling more of those days at better rates while you keep the guest relationship.
- 01
Commission, Plans & Placement
Commission on bookings, owner plan access and featured placement are separate lines, so one can be tuned without touching the others.
- 02
Rate Control by Season
Hourly and daily rates, seasonal pricing and stay-length discounts let you price for demand instead of one flat tariff.
- 03
You Keep the Guest Relationship
Guest accounts, reviews and repeat bookings sit in your database, not a listing site's.
- 04
Own the Code, Choose Your Exit
The complete source is yours, with no encryption and no seat charges, so a later migration or sale does not depend on us.
- Commission on Every Booking
- Owner Subscription Plans
- Premium & Featured Listings
- Transaction Fees on Payments
- Charter Packages & Experiences
- Advertising & Partnerships
A lasting advantage comes from supply and reputation more than from features.
- 01Owners who list a vessel do not move casually
- 02A catalog of reviewed vessels takes time to copy
- 03Those assets accumulate in a database you own
- 04Reach and terms are not set by a listing site
Fleet sizes here are illustrative, not forecasts. The argument they illustrate is that in charter the asset is the calendar and the guest relationship, and both belong to whoever runs the platform.
Commission and deposits carry early revenue.
A small fleet on one coast, where commission and deposits fund operations while plans and featured placement stay switched off.
Commission, with plans and featured placement added.
An operator with outside owners listing, where plan access and the Featured badge become a second and third revenue line.
All revenue lines active across several markets.
A brand spanning several coasts and languages, where commission, plans, placement and extras all run side by side.

Why Us
Miracuves Next to Other Sources of Charter Booking Software
Charter software can come from an off-the-shelf script, a freelancer, a custom agency or a ready-made product that includes its code.
Why Founders Choose Miracuves
- 01
Owners Are Covered
A vendor app and panel, availability calendars, request approval and coupons come built in. Scripts differ a lot, so look for an owner side before buying any of them.
- 02
A Wallet and a Paper Trail
Credit, deposits and payouts appear as transactions with a status, both in the wallet and in the admin reports.
- 03
Booking by Date From Day One
Check-in, check-out, duration, guest count and status belong to the booking flow itself rather than a form bolted on afterwards.
- 04
You Own the Code
Web, admin and app source is yours, unencrypted and free of seat charges, so no supplier can rewrite the terms later.
- 05
Release Notes in Plain View
Each version and its fixes are listed on this page, so changes between releases are easy to follow.
- 06
Extras Labeled as Extras
Suggestions, an itinerary planner, crew booking and live support chat are named add-ons rather than buried in the base price.

The platform4 questions
01What does the Dream Yacht Charter Clone consist of?
The Dream Yacht Charter Clone is a ready-made, white-label booking platform for yacht charters, made by Miracuves. It combines a yacht catalog with specs and rates, booking by date, an owner (vendor) app and panel, a wallet with payment records and an admin panel, so guests can search, book and pay while owners and the operator run the fleet.
02Is it lawful to start a charter platform modeled on Dream Yacht Charter?
Software with booking features like an existing charter brand's is generally lawful. The Miracuves Dream Yacht Charter Clone copies common booking patterns, contains none of its code, design or content, and launches under your own name, rules and prices. Your own brand must not borrow the Dream Yacht Charter name or logo. Chartering boats is regulated where you operate, so check licensing, insurance and consumer rules with qualified counsel; Miracuves gives no legal advice.
03What can I change: branding, flows, features?
Almost everything. Miracuves applies your logo, icons and colors to the web and the apps and installs them for you, and the complete unencrypted source code is yours, so branding, flows, gateways and extra features can all be changed. Bigger changes are described and priced in writing before work begins.
04Which features are paid add-ons?
The base Dream Yacht Charter Clone publishes and books vessels. Destination recommendations, a full itinerary builder, crew booking and management, and real-time chat with a support channel are Miracuves add-ons, each priced on its own and delivered as source code.
Booking & payments3 questions
05What steps does a guest go through to book a yacht?
A guest searches the catalog by location, size, price and amenities, opens a yacht page, picks dates and a party size, and checks the booking summary. Payment follows, either a deposit or the full fare depending on the owner's policy, and then a booking confirmation arrives.
06Do guests get apps for both Android and iPhone?
Yes. Miracuves supplies Flutter apps for Android and iOS plus a responsive website. The apps go to the stores through your own developer accounts, and store review runs separately from the 6-day build. The public demo is an Android build.
07Which ways of paying does the platform accept?
Payments run through gateways you connect using your own merchant accounts. PayPal, Stripe and major cards are typical examples, Paystack appears in the release notes, and the wallet also records offline payments. You complete gateway onboarding and KYC with the provider, and Miracuves wires in the keys during deployment.
Owners & operators6 questions
08How does an owner add a yacht and handle requests?
An owner signs up, creates a yacht page with pictures, rates, amenities and an availability calendar, and is alerted when a request arrives. Each request can be accepted or refused to suit the owner's schedule, in the owner app or in the vendor panel on the web.
09Do owners set their own rates and cancellation terms?
Yes. In the Dream Yacht Charter Clone every owner chooses their own prices, seasonal rates, discounts and cancellation policy on the dashboard of either the owner app or the vendor panel, and can issue coupons on their own vessels.
10How are owners paid out?
Money for confirmed bookings flows through the payment gateway you connect. Depending on your model, owners are paid after your platform commission is taken, and the payout timing can be set in the admin settings.
11What can the operator do from the admin panel?
The admin panel gives the operator oversight of users, vendors, yachts and financial reports. You can accept or reject newly submitted yachts, resolve disputes, set platform-wide policies and configure payment and commission settings.
12Can I follow revenue and commission and produce financial reports?
Yes. The admin side follows payments, transactions and financial reports, with reports for bookings, earnings, owner payouts and commissions in the Dream Yacht Charter Clone, and the data can be exported for your accountant.
13Can I run promotions or give discounts?
Yes. Coupons and discounts that scale with nights or days booked are supported for both owners and the operator, and content management covers promotional banners and text on the public site.
Pricing, delivery & Miracuves5 questions
14How long until my platform is live?
The ready-made Dream Yacht Charter Clone is delivered in 6 days, which is Miracuves' build time on your hosting. App store review and payment gateway onboarding are separate and follow Apple's, Google's and your provider's schedules. Work beyond the base build gets its own timeline.
15What is the price of the Dream Yacht Charter Clone?
The Miracuves Dream Yacht Charter Clone costs a fixed $2,499, paid once, for a white-label deployment that is ready to launch, delivered in 6 days with the complete source code and rebranding. It carries 60 days of platform guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of product updates. Add-ons and custom scope are priced separately before work starts.
16Why have Miracuves supply a charter platform?
Miracuves has delivered 9,000+ projects for 6,000+ clients since 2010 and offers 90+ ready-made solutions. For a charter platform that means a product you can open in the demo today, the full source code, 6-day delivery and three overlapping cover periods: 60 days of platform guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of product updates.
17How does a new charter platform reach its first revenue?
A practical start is commission on a small, well-photographed fleet: list the vessels you already work with, take a deposit at booking and let reviews build trust. Owner plans and featured placement make more sense once enough vessels compete for attention, and the plan pages and the Featured badge already exist in the build.
18Can a charter platform build a lasting advantage?
A lasting advantage comes from supply and reputation more than from features. Owners who have listed a vessel with photos, rates and a calendar do not move casually, and a catalog of reviewed vessels takes time to copy. The platform's part is making those assets accumulate in a database you own, so reach and terms are not set by a third-party listing site.
