In short

Miracuves is a custom web app development company. We build SPAs, SaaS dashboards, customer portals and admin panels on React, Vue or Angular with TypeScript, for founders and B2B teams whose users work in a browser. A ready-made platform with its admin panel ships in 6 working days; a custom web app takes 2-8 weeks, with complex work quoted in writing. You own 100% of the source code.

Our Web App Approach

How Miracuves delivers Web app products - from 9,000+ projects of real experience

Across 9,000+ projects and 3,900+ published apps, Miracuves has settled on one way to build custom web apps, whichever framework sits on top. We do not open an empty repository and start on the login screen. We start from admin panel and dashboard modules that already run in production - sign-in, roles and permissions, analytics, payments and live data are wired in - and spend your budget on the screens and rules only your product has.

A custom web app reaches users through a URL, not an install: the same TypeScript codebase serves the dashboard on a manager's desktop, the customer portal on a tablet and the internal tool on a warehouse phone, in any modern browser. When a product also needs phone apps, Miracuves builds them in Flutter or React Native against the same API as the web admin. You receive the full source code for every part at handoff.

Who this service is built for: SaaS founders who need a multi-tenant product in the browser, B2B teams replacing spreadsheets with a customer portal or internal tool, and marketplace operators who need vendor and admin dashboards - products people use at a desk or in a browser tab, not app-store-first mobile products. Miracuves custom web app development fits when you want one company to own the whole web build, at published prices, with the full IP transferred to you - not freelancers or staff billed by the hour. If your primary need is iOS/Android clone apps without a web admin, we recommend our Flutter or React Native services instead.

  • TypeScript strict mode on every front end, React, Vue or Angular: typed components, API clients and shared contracts from day one
  • One cached data layer for server state + a small store for UI state: Zustand on React, Pinia on Vue, signals on Angular
  • Role-based access and audit logs on every admin route: checked on the server, not just hidden in the menu, with responsive layouts for desktop and tablet
  • CI on GitHub Actions or Vercel from the first commit: every pull request gets its own preview URL to click through before it merges
  • Deployed to AWS, Vercel or the cloud you already use: SSL, environment secrets and monitoring set up before your users arrive

Example engagement: US fintech SaaS analytics dashboard, 5 weeks
"The brief was a multi-tenant analytics dashboard: each tenant's data kept apart, KPI views per role, a GDPR-aware export and live KPI widgets, all scoped to five weeks. We built it on React 19, TanStack Query, Recharts and Zustand, with TypeScript types shared with their Node API, and handed it over in week 5, in time for their Series A data room."

Honest noteMiracuves builds web admin panels, customer portals and standalone SaaS dashboards on React, Vue or Angular, matched to the product and the team that will maintain it. The consumer apps in our ready-made catalog are mobile builds on Flutter or React Native. When a product needs both, we pair the web admin with those mobile apps and confirm which stack fits before kickoff.

Technology Comparison

Web App vs Native Mobile vs React Native - which is right for your project?

The first decision in a custom build is not React or Vue - it is whether the product belongs in the browser, in the app stores, or both. Miracuves builds all three routes, so we can answer that plainly: the choice sets your long-term cost, performance and maintenance load.

Web app guide

What to know before you hire a custom web app development company

The questions founders and product leads ask most before a custom web application is scoped - answered for products that live in the browser, not in the app stores.

What does a custom web app development company actually deliver?

A working application, not a brochure site. A custom web app is software people sign in to and do work in - approve orders, manage tenants, run reports - so the build covers far more than pages. From Miracuves you receive the front end, the API and database behind it, an admin panel, a CI/CD pipeline and a production deployment, plus the full repository and documentation at handoff.

If your product is mostly pages that a marketing team edits, a WordPress or Webflow site will be cheaper and quicker. A custom web application earns its cost when users have accounts, roles and data of their own.

Should you build a web app, a mobile app or both?

Build for the browser first when your users sit at a desk or arrive from a search result: B2B dashboards, customer portals, booking and back-office tools. A web app needs no store review, every user gets a fix on the next deploy, and its public pages can be indexed by Google.

Build mobile first when the product depends on the phone itself - background location, offline use, frequent push notifications or app-store discovery. Browsers still restrict these, most of all on iOS. Many products end up needing both: a web admin and customer portal, plus Flutter or React Native apps that call the same API.

Which framework will Miracuves use for a custom web application?

The one your future team can maintain. The framework does not change our process, so the choice follows the product and the people who will own the code after handoff:

  • React - our default for admin panels and SaaS dashboards: the deepest component ecosystem and the largest hiring pool.
  • Vue - when interactivity is added to an existing site step by step, or your team already runs Nuxt.
  • Angular - for organizations that already standardize on it and want one opinionated structure across many teams.
  • Next.js or Nuxt - when public pages must rank in search or load fast on the first visit.
  • Svelte - for small interfaces where bundle size matters most.

How do you keep a multi-tenant SaaS web app secure?

In a multi-tenant web app the costly mistakes are data leaking between customers and permission checks that exist only in the browser. Miracuves closes both on the server:

  • Every query is scoped to a tenant ID, with PostgreSQL row-level security as a second line when you run Postgres.
  • Roles are checked on every API call, not just hidden in the menu.
  • Admin actions are written to an audit log.
  • Secrets stay in server-side environment config, never in the browser bundle.
  • Forms and APIs are tested against the OWASP Top 10, including cross-site scripting, CSRF and broken access control.
  • For SOC 2, HIPAA or GDPR, we build to the controls those frameworks require; certification itself stays with your auditor.

What does a web app cost to run after launch?

Running costs grow with usage rather than with time, and they fall into three groups: hosting and database on Vercel, AWS or your own cloud; the paid services the app calls, such as email, maps, payments and Sentry error tracking; and maintenance.

A web app takes payment through your own processor, such as Stripe, so there is no app-store commission on digital sales - only the processor's fee. Maintenance is the line people forget: framework and dependency upgrades, security patches and browser changes. At Miracuves the first 60 days after launch are covered; after that, an ongoing retainer starts from $2,299/month.

In-house team, freelancers or a web application development firm?

An in-house team gives you the most control, but a web app needs front-end, back-end, QA and DevOps skills at once, and hiring all four can take months before the first commit. Freelancers suit a single feature, yet nobody owns the architecture, the tests or the deployment once they move on.

A web application development firm brings the whole team for a fixed scope and price. The risk is lock-in, so ask who owns the repository and the cloud accounts. At Miracuves an NDA is signed the same day, an IP assignment at project start, and you receive 100% of the source code, so your own developers can take over at any point.

Can Miracuves take over or rebuild an existing web app?

Yes. We start by auditing the codebase: framework versions, test coverage, how data is fetched and where permissions are checked. That tells you whether fixing the app or rebuilding it costs less.

A rebuild does not have to be big-bang. A legacy web app can be replaced route by route - new screens go live on the same domain while the old ones keep working - with the data migrated in rehearsed steps. Public URLs keep their paths or get 301 redirects, so search rankings survive the move. The takeover is quoted in writing like any custom build: 2-8 weeks, or longer for complex work, stated before you pay.

Technical Architecture

How Miracuves engineers structure Web app projects for production

Whatever framework a web app uses, the same few structural decisions decide whether its admin panel can take a tenth module cleanly or turns into a tangle of shared state that has to be rewritten. These are the ones our engineering team makes on every project, before the first screen is built.

  • 01

Architecture - Feature Folders + Shared Core

Each feature gets its own folder - src/features/* keeps that feature's screens, components and data hooks together - while src/core carries the API client and auth, and src/shared the UI primitives every screen uses. The layout works the same in React, Vue or Angular, which is how Miracuves adds a payouts, analytics or content module in days without breaking existing routes.

  • 02

State - Query Cache + Small UI Store

Server data lives in one query cache - TanStack Query on React, Vue or Svelte, services with signals on Angular - and UI-only state sits in a small store: Zustand on React, Pinia on Vue. We ban components that fetch their own data with no cache key, the pattern we most often inherit from rushed agency builds and fix on day one.

  • 03

Performance - Memoization, Code Splitting, and Bundle Budgets

Every route loads only its own code, table rows are memoized, and chart libraries load only when a chart is on screen. We measure the production bundle with Lighthouse and the browser's performance profiler - how the app feels in development mode is never accepted as the final number.

What most web app agencies get wrong

Giant bundle sizes. Components fetching their own data with no cache. No TypeScript strict mode. API keys shipped inside the client bundle. Admin routes hidden in the menu but never checked on the server. Miracuves has inherited all of these on web apps taken over from other vendors - starting correctly costs less than the cleanup.

useOrders.ts - TanStack Query hook
// Example from a React build: typed hook for admin order tables                // Feeds the order tables in vendor portals and dashboardsimport { useQuery } from '@tanstack/react-query';              import { api } from '@/core/api';              export function useOrders(vendorId: string) {              return useQuery({              queryKey: ['orders', vendorId],              queryFn: () => api.getOrders(vendorId),              staleTime: 30_000,              });              }
Server data is cached under typed query keys, so admin tables stay responsive and the same list is never requested twice. Taken from the React builds of our marketplace portals and SaaS dashboards; Vue builds use the same query-key pattern through @tanstack/vue-query.

Quality Standards

How Miracuves ensures every Web app delivery meets production standard

Before a web app is handed over, it passes the same quality gates as every other codebase Miracuves ships - browser testing, performance budgets and security checks included. They are a delivery standard we do not waive, not a checklist we skim.

  • Clean architecture - Presentation / Domain / Data separatedArchitecture
  • Cached, typed data layer - no components fetching without a cache keyState
  • Lighthouse performance budget on production buildsPerformance
  • Cross-browser QA - Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop, tablet and phoneQA
  • CI/CD pipeline - every push builds, type-checks and runs the test suite from day oneDevOps
  • No secrets in source or in the browser bundle - API keys stay in server-side environment configSecurity
  • Production-ready - domain, SSL, environment secrets and rollback configuredDelivery

Enforced QA Gates

Our 6 Continuous Delivery Gateways

Every line of code, static asset and production build of your web app must clear all six quality control gates before we hand over the repository.

01

Code Review on Every Pull Request

A senior Miracuves engineer reviews every pull request before it merges into your main branch, and each one gets a preview deploy to check in the browser. Code without tests does not reach your production environment under any circumstances.

02

Automated Test Coverage Required

Unit tests for business logic, component tests for UI, and end-to-end browser tests that click through critical user flows such as sign-up, checkout and role changes. A minimum coverage level is enforced before any production build is created.

03

Release Builds Profiled - Not Debug Builds

Miracuves runs Lighthouse and the browser's performance profiler against every production build of your web app. A development build carries extra checks and no minification, so its speed says little about what users experience and is never accepted as sufficient.

04

Handoff Package - Not Just a Repository

Source code, documentation, an environment setup guide, API documentation, deployment credentials, hosting and domain access, and a post-launch runbook - every web app handoff includes all of it.

05

Production Launch - Hosting, Domain and SSL Managed

Miracuves sets up hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, environment secrets, CDN caching and a rollback path, then runs the production cutover with you. If the product also has mobile apps, store submission is handled as part of that mobile build.

06

Post-Launch Monitoring - 60-Day Active Support

Sentry error tracking configured before launch. Miracuves watches error rates, failed API calls and page performance during the 60-day post-launch support window - proactive, not reactive.

Our Process

From brief to deployed Web app - what happens and when

Whether your web app starts from a readymade clone or a custom specification, it runs through the same five steps. At each one you can see what Miracuves is working on, what we need from you, and what you receive when the step closes. The timings below follow our standard clone sprint; custom builds are billed by milestone but pass the same checkpoints.

Why Miracuves publishes pricesFounders who know what a web app costs before kickoff make better scope decisions. If your project needs a larger budget, Miracuves will show you exactly which modules or integrations drive it - not simply charge more.

What affects Web app project cost at Miracuves

Readymade clone pricing does not move while your scope matches the base product. For custom web app builds, the price follows seven things: how many admin modules you need (users, analytics, payouts, content), whether dashboards update in real time, how fine-grained the role-based access is, whether pages need SSR through Next.js, which third-party systems connect (Stripe, CRM, ERP), whether the product is multi-tenant, and whether we extend an existing admin base or start greenfield.

Typical Web app budget ranges

  • Admin panel basefrom $3,6992-4 weeks
  • Custom SPA / SaaS dashboard$6,000-$22,0004-8 weeks depending on scope
  • Ongoing retainerfrom $2,299/month for feature work and maintenance

Each quote is written and agreed before any payment - no surprise invoices once work starts.

Frequently Asked

Questions about Web app development at Miracuves

Something not covered here? Ask on WhatsApp and you will usually have an answer within two hours.

Ask us directly
What is the difference between a web app and a mobile app at Miracuves?

A web app runs in the browser from one URL - SPAs, admin panels, SaaS dashboards and customer portals - and every user gets the new version on the next deploy. A mobile app is installed from the App Store or Google Play and is built with Flutter, React Native or native code. Many Miracuves products need both: a web admin and customer portal, paired with Flutter or React Native mobile apps on the same API. We recommend the split that fits your product before kickoff.

How much does web app development cost at Miracuves?

A ready-made platform from our catalogue starts from $2,199 and ships in 6 working days. An admin panel base, extended into your web app, starts from $3,699 and takes 2-4 weeks. A custom SPA or SaaS dashboard typically runs $6,000-$22,000 and takes 4-8 weeks, depending on scope; cost scales with the number of admin modules, real-time dashboards, role-based access complexity, SSR/Next.js requirements, third-party integrations such as Stripe, CRM or ERP, and multi-tenant scope. An ongoing retainer starts from $2,299/month for feature work and maintenance. Every quote is written before payment, with no surprise invoices after kickoff.

Does Miracuves deliver the full source code?

Yes - completely. Miracuves delivers the full web app codebase, the repository with complete commit history, CI/CD configuration, environment configuration, API documentation, and all deployment credentials. Zero lock-in: your own developers, or any other development company, can keep building the web app from the day after handoff.

How fast can a Web app project realistically be delivered?

Scoped admin panel bases on our standard web stack typically ship in 2-4 weeks. Custom web apps and SaaS dashboards run 4-8 weeks with milestone billing. You get the timeline in writing before we ask for any payment.

React vs Vue - which does Miracuves recommend?

For admin panels and SaaS dashboards Miracuves defaults to React, because its component ecosystem is the deepest and it is the easiest framework to hire for later. Vue is the better fit when interactivity is added to an existing site step by step, or your team already runs Nuxt; Angular suits organizations that already standardize on it. We recommend based on the team that will maintain the web app - not on whichever stack we prefer.

Does Miracuves build SSR or Next.js apps?

Yes. Logged-in dashboards and portals ship as client-rendered SPAs on Vite; public pages that must rank or load fast on the first visit use SSR or SSG - Next.js on React, Nuxt on Vue - and hybrid rendering where a product needs both. Whether a web app needs SSR is decided and priced in the quote, not added as a surprise after kickoff.

What is included in a Web app admin panel delivery?

A responsive web app with user management and role-based access, analytics dashboards, order or booking modules, content controls, payout settings and platform configuration. Clone admin bases ship with these standard modules; anything beyond them is scoped as an extra module in a custom quote.

Can Miracuves integrate Web app admin with our mobile apps?

Yes - it is standard at Miracuves. The web admin and the Flutter or React Native mobile apps talk to one API, and we share its contracts - plus TypeScript types where the mobile app is React Native - so an order or a user record behaves the same on web and on mobile.

How does Miracuves handle NDA, IP, and post-launch support?

A bilateral NDA is signed before you share any details. An IP assignment confirming 100% client ownership of the web app is signed when the project starts. Every delivery includes 60 days of post-launch support for bugs within the agreed scope; new features are quoted separately.

What is the difference between custom web application development and a ready-made clone?

A ready-made clone starts from one of our 90+ existing platforms and ships with its admin panel in 6 working days, from $2,199. Custom web application development starts from your own specification - your workflows, roles and integrations - and takes 2-8 weeks, with more complex work quoted in writing. Many projects combine the two: a ready-made base extended with custom modules. Either way you own 100% of the source code.

What should I prepare before contacting a web application development firm?

A short list is enough: who the users are and what roles they need, the three to five workflows the app must handle, the systems it has to connect to (payments, CRM, ERP), any existing data to migrate, and your deadline. Miracuves is based in Mumbai and works with clients worldwide, remotely. Send the list on WhatsApp and you will get a first response in under 2 hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00 IST, with an NDA signed the same day.
