The agent portal and the corporate portal ship with the consumer app, so one platform sells to travelers, to the trade and to companies from the day it opens.

Your Margin, Set Without a Developer

Every category carries its own margin, flat fee and minimum, changed in the console the day your supplier rates move.

Live in Action

Live Demo - Traveler App, Agent & Vendor Portals, Operator Console

Open every side of the business yourself. Seven live logins sit on one demo, one for each person a travel portal serves: the traveler booking a trip, the agent booking for a client, the hotel managing its rooms, and the four operator roles behind them. Book as a traveler, then sign in as the operator and watch the booking, its payment and its margin appear on the other side.

TRAVELER

Traveler App - Search, Book & Manage Trips

What your travelers use. Search flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities and holiday packages, filter and sort, pick seats and rooms, pay with a wallet, promo code or gift card, then manage every booking, refund, loyalty tier and support ticket in one dashboard.

Agent Portal - Clients, Bookings & Commission

Where the trade books. Agents keep their own client records, book on a client's behalf, see commission calculated on every booking, draw on an agent wallet with a credit limit you set, and follow monthly settlements without a spreadsheet.

Watch It Work

Video Walkthrough - One Booking, Seen From Both Sides

One real booking followed from both sides, rather than a feature reel. It opens on the homepage, searches a flight, filters to non-stop morning departures, picks seats, fills passenger details from a saved traveler, applies a promo code and pays part of the fare from the wallet. Then it moves to the console, where the same booking carries its payment, its margin and its loyalty points, and closes with an agent booking a hotel for a client and the commission landing.

Every Surface

Every Screen - Traveler, Agent, Vendor & Operator

Screens from every side of the portal: the homepage with category tabs and offers, flight results with filters and a seat map, hotel results with a map and room types, bus and train seat selection, the checkout with wallet, promo and gift card, the traveler dashboard with trips, refunds and loyalty, the agent portal with clients and commission, the vendor extranet with rates and availability, and the console with inventory, bookings and revenue.

The Basics

What Is a White Label Travel Portal?

A white label travel portal is a finished online travel business you publish under your own name. Travelers search and book flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities, holiday packages and homestays in one place, pay once and manage every trip afterwards in one dashboard. Behind that sit the parts that make it a business: supplier connections, a margin engine, refunds and cancellations, a portal for travel agents, a portal for corporate travel, a vendor extranet and an operator console. What separates this from a rented portal is ownership: the source code is yours, the database is yours, and the supplier contracts are in your name.

MakeMyTrip Clone cross-platform travel booking solution with customer website, mobile app, and booking management admin dashboard.

Android, iOS and Web

One portal reaching travelers on the web and in native mobile apps, with the same trips, wallet and loyalty on every surface.

Owned, Not Rented

Your name, logo, colors, domain and margins. No Miracuves branding anywhere a traveler, an agent or a supplier can see it.

Eight Categories From Day One

Flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities, holidays and homestays ship together, switched on or off per market from the console.

The Engine

What Runs Underneath It

Underneath sits the source code you receive: the booking engine for every category, the pay-then-book checkout, the wallet and loyalty system, the partner portals, the operator console and the connectors for flight, hotel, bus, rail, activity and payment suppliers. Renting a portal gives you a branded window onto somebody else’s platform; owning this one means the engine, the data and the roadmap are yours.

  • With the Miracuves MakeMyTrip clone script, you:
  • Own 100% of the source code
  • Launch in 6 days instead of waiting months
  • Avoid long-term vendor lock-in and revenue share
  • Add suppliers, categories and workflows as you grow
MakeMyTrip Clone desktop hotel search showing destination, dates, guests, filters, sorting and property cards.

Put plainly: this is a complete travel business – consumer apps, an agent channel, corporate travel and a supplier extranet – that you brand, control and own, instead of paying a platform a share of every trip your customers take.

Features

  • Room types, meal plans and cancellation terms

  • Hatchback, sedan, SUV and luxury classes

  • Homestays with a wishlist and host reviews

One Checkout for Everything

  • Wallet, promo codes and gift cards in one step
  • Cards, UPI, net banking, pay later and cash
  • Automatic refund when a supplier fails to confirm

Wallet & Gift Cards

  • Wallet top-up, balance and transaction history
  • Cashback credited straight to the wallet
  • Gift cards bought, redeemed and part-used
  • Refunds returned to the wallet

Loyalty Program

Reward repeat travelers across every category with five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, up to 2.5x points, member discounts of up to 20%, free cancellation, lounge access and room upgrades at the top.

  • Points on every booking in every category
  • Up to 2.5x points and 20% member discounts

  • Forex rates and currency orders
  • Travel insurance plans and policies
  • Sold inside the same checkout

AI Trip Planner

Let a traveler describe a trip and get a day-by-day plan with hotel, activity and restaurant suggestions they can accept and book in a tap, which turns browsing into bookings.

  • Choose a destination, dates and travel style
  • A day-by-day plan generated for them
  • Hotel, activity and restaurant suggestions
  • Booked straight from the itinerary

My Trips Dashboard

Give travelers every booking in one place with status tracking, cancellations that show the refund before they confirm, support tickets tied to the trip, and reviews once they are home.

  • Every booking, every category, one list
  • Cancellation with the refund calculated first
  • Support tickets and disputes tied to the trip
  • Reviews after the stay or the trip

Smart Notifications

Keep travelers informed by email, SMS, push and in-app message for confirmations, payments, refunds and reminders, and bring them back with offers that respect their channel preferences.

  • Email, SMS, push and in-app messages
  • Booking, payment and refund confirmations
  • Trip reminders and offer campaigns
  • Channel preferences held per traveler

Note for buyers: every feature here is white-label and can be switched on or off per market from the console. Launch with the categories your supplier contracts already cover, and turn on the rest when those accounts are approved, with no new release.

Revenue Engine

Revenue Models - Margins, Commissions, Add-Ons & Corporate Plans

A travel portal earns on every booking only when the margins, commissions and add-ons belong to the operator rather than to a vendor. This platform gives you six ways to make money, every one of them set in the console.

Booking Margins per Category

Add your margin on top of the rate your supplier gives you, per category, as a percentage, a flat fee or both, with a minimum per booking.

Travel Agent Commission

Grow through agents who sell what you have contracted, with commission calculated on every booking and settled monthly.

Vendor Commission

Earn commission from the hotels, homestay hosts and activity operators who list directly on your portal through the vendor extranet.

Visa, Forex & Insurance Fees

Add service fees to visa, forex and insurance sold in the same checkout, which lifts the value of trips travelers have already booked.

Corporate Travel Plans

Sell Starter, Business and Enterprise plans to companies that manage employee travel, on top of the margin on every trip they book.

Payment Fees & Wallet Float

Recover payment costs with a fee per method, and hold prepaid wallet balances and unused gift card value on your own platform.

Want a revenue model built around your own market, agent network or corporate accounts?

Control Center

Operator Console - Inventory, Margins, Suppliers & Revenue

A travel portal only becomes a business when it is easy to run. The operator console gives your team inventory, bookings, pricing, suppliers, partners and money in one browser, with roles deciding exactly who can touch what.

What the Console Covers

Inventory in Every Category

Create and edit flights, hotels and rooms, bus and train routes, cabs, activities, holiday packages and homestays from one inventory manager.

Bookings & Refunds

Search every booking across categories, cancel or amend on a traveler's behalf, and work the refund queue with approval before any money moves.

Users, Team & Permissions

Find and manage any traveler, suspend accounts, export user lists, and give each staff member exactly the permissions their job needs.

Vendor Approval Queue

Review supplier applications with their business documents, approve or reject them, and see every vendor's properties and performance.

Offers, Promo Codes & Banners

Create promo codes with usage limits and validity dates, and schedule homepage banners by category, position and audience.

Revenue & Analytics

Watch bookings, gross booking value, revenue and margin by category and over time, with reports your finance team can export.

CRM & Customer Segments

See a full customer history, group travelers by tier, spend and category, and export segments for campaigns and retention.

Support, Chat & Reviews

Oversee support tickets and escalations, monitor AI and human chat, and moderate reviews before they appear on your site.

Platform Control

The owner's control plane: brand, categories, features, margins, payment methods and supplier routing, all changed without a release.

  • Your brand name, logo and colors
  • Each travel category switched on or off
  • Margin, flat fee and minimum per category
  • Which payment methods appear at checkout

Agent & Corporate Oversight

Manage agent accounts, commissions and settlements, and corporate accounts with their policies, approvals and expense claims.

  • Nine roles, from traveler to owner
  • Twenty-four permissions assigned per person
  • Staff invited and changed in a click
  • Every action written to the audit log

Need region-specific rules, an extra approval step for your operations team or a report your finance department asks for? We scope those with you and add them to your platform.

Pricing

What Does a White Label Travel Portal Cost in 2026?

There are three ways to put a travel portal online, and they cost very differently. Renting a white-label portal runs from about 20,000 to 60,000 rupees, roughly $230 to $690, but it runs on the provider’s inventory, the margin is capped by them and nothing is yours once you stop paying. Commissioning a custom portal is quoted at $8,000 to $40,000 and takes months. This platform is $3,999, one fixed price, for the consumer apps and website, every partner portal, the operator console, the booking engine and the full source code, with customizations quoted separately on top.

Right Fit

Who Is a White Label Travel Portal For?

This is built for operators who already hold travel supplier contracts, or can get them: agencies going direct, tour operators, consolidators, corporate travel companies and regional travel brands that would rather own the platform than rent a branded window onto somebody else’s inventory.

If you already sell trips, holidays or travel services, owning the portal is how you keep the customer relationship and the full margin on every booking, instead of leaving both with a provider.

Use Cases

Use Cases - Direct Seller, Agent Network, Corporate Travel & Holidays

Sell direct under your own name, with travelers booking flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities and holidays in one place. Wallet, loyalty tiers and promo codes bring them back, while per-category margins and services like visa, forex and insurance lift the value of every trip.

Direct-to-Traveler Portal

Bring a network of agents onto one platform. Each agent keeps client records, books on a client’s behalf, sees commission calculated automatically and draws on an agent wallet with a credit limit you set, while monthly settlements replace spreadsheets and phone calls.

Agent Distribution Network

Sell managed business travel. Policies set spend limits and class rules, bookings above the limit route through manager and finance approval, expense claims generate after each trip, and company admins see spend by department. Starter, Business and Enterprise plans add a recurring fee.

Corporate Travel Management Platform

Put your packages online with day-by-day itineraries, meal plans and group pricing, and sell the flights, hotels, transfers and activities around them in the same checkout. Travelers can assemble a trip with the AI planner and book it without calling your team.

Holiday Packages & Tour Operator App

Serve a state, region or language that national portals underserve. Promote local bus operators, homestays, activities and packages, set margins that suit local prices, and use location rules in the console to decide where each service is offered.

Regional & State Travel Platform

Run a supply-led portal where hotels, homestay hosts and activity operators onboard with their documents, set their own rates and availability and receive transparent payouts, while you earn commission on every booking they take.

Hotel & Homestay Supply Marketplace

Travelers expect one app for the whole journey and a reason to come back for the next one. A portal that holds booking, payment, loyalty and after-trip support together is how an operator keeps both the customer and the margin.

If your model mixes several of these, so does the platform: one deployment serves travelers, agents, companies and suppliers at the same time.

The Timing

Why Own Your Travel Portal in 2026?

Travelers book on their phones and expect one app to carry the whole journey: the flight, the hotel, the transfer, the activity and the refund when plans change. The operators who win own that relationship, and every booking sent through a rented portal hands it to somebody else.

Own the Customer, Not Just the Booking

Own the customer data, the offers, the loyalty program and the follow-up, instead of renting access to travelers from a platform that also sells to your competitors.

Earn on Every Category, Not One

A traveler who books a flight also needs a hotel, a transfer and an activity. Selling all of them in one checkout, each with your margin, multiplies the revenue from a single trip.

Launch Faster on a Proven Platform

Skip the long build of a booking engine, checkout, refunds and partner portals. Launch in days and spend the budget on supplier deals and marketing rather than engineering.

Bring Agents and Companies Online

Plenty of travel still sells through local agents and company travel desks. A portal with an agent channel and a corporate channel captures that alongside direct bookings.

Win Regional and Niche Markets

National portals are built for the biggest routes and the widest audience. A platform focused on one region, language, holiday type or community can serve it better and keep its loyalty.

Retain Travelers With Wallet and Loyalty

Cashback, refunds to the wallet, gift cards and five loyalty tiers give travelers a reason to book the next trip with you, which lowers what you pay to win the same customer twice.

Platform by the Numbers

Travel is one of the few categories where a single customer books several times a year across several products. A portal that keeps them inside one wallet and one loyalty program turns a one-off booking into a long-term customer.

Technology

Tech Stack - React, NestJS, PostgreSQL & React Native

Underneath, a travel portal needs dependable supplier connections, a checkout that cannot charge twice, fast search across categories and strict control over who sees what. The platform is built on a modern, widely used TypeScript stack, so any competent team can run and extend it.

Web Applications

How It Works

How It Works - Search, Book, Pay, Travel & Return

A travel portal feels simple to the traveler, but every booking runs through search, supplier confirmation, payment, notifications and after-trip care. Here is the path a traveler takes, and what the platform does at each step.

Traveler Journey - From First Search to Next Trip

MakeMyTrip Clone mobile home screen with flight, hotel, homestay and bus tabs plus round-trip search controls.
Discover & Sign In

A traveler opens your app or website and sees deals across every category before they even search.

  • The homepage shows offers, banners and popular destinations you control from the admin panel
  • Travelers sign up with email, a one-time code or Google sign-in
  • Saved travelers and documents make every later booking faster
  • Recent searches are remembered so returning travelers pick up where they left off

Search & Compare

The traveler searches the category they need and narrows the results quickly.

  • Flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities, holidays and homestays each have their own search
  • Filters and sorting for price, time, stops, stars, amenities and ratings
  • Results come from your connected suppliers and your own listed inventory together
  • Maps show hotels by location and routes where it helps the decision

Select & Customize

The traveler chooses exactly what they want and sees exactly what it costs.

  • Seat maps for flights and buses, berth preference for trains, room types and meal plans for hotels
  • A fare breakdown with taxes and fees before payment
  • Travel insurance, visa help and forex offered alongside the booking
  • Passenger details filled from saved traveler profiles

Pay & Confirm

Payment and booking happen as one step, so a traveler is never charged for a trip that did not confirm.

  • Cards, UPI, net banking, pay later or cash, with wallet balance, promo codes and gift cards applied
  • The amount is locked on the server when the order is created and verified with the gateway
  • A repeated tap never charges twice, and a failed supplier confirmation refunds automatically
  • The PNR or voucher arrives instantly by email, SMS and in the app

Travel & Get Support

The trip lives in the traveler's dashboard from booking to return.

  • Every booking with its status, PNR, voucher and reminders in one place
  • Cancellations show the refund under your cancellation policy before the traveler confirms

Behind The Scenes

Platform Architecture & Booking Flow

Supplier Orchestration

Each category has a primary supplier, fallbacks and compare-only sources. Searches query them in parallel, a booking goes to exactly one supplier, and a fallback takes over when the primary fails.

Pay-Then-Book Checkout

The server creates the payment order with a locked amount, verifies the gateway signature, confirms with the supplier and only then issues the booking, refunding automatically if confirmation fails.

Margin & Pricing Engine

Supplier rates pass through the margin set for each category, as a percentage, a flat fee and a minimum, so the price a traveler sees always carries the margin you chose.

One Booking Record Across Categories

Every category feeds one booking hub, which powers the traveler dashboard, support, refunds, loyalty and revenue reporting.

Roles & Permissions

Nine roles and twenty-four permissions are checked on every request, so agents, vendors, corporate users, support, finance and operators each see only their own part of the portal.

Notifications, Audit & Monitoring

Booking events trigger email, SMS, push and in-app messages through a queue, while operator actions, supplier credential changes and location decisions are written to audit logs.

Built to Scale

Built to Scale - Peak Travel Seasons, Supplier Load & Multi-Region Growth

Travel demand is seasonal and spiky. Holiday weekends, festival seasons and flash sales multiply search traffic in hours, and every search fans out to several suppliers at once. If the portal slows down at those moments, travelers book elsewhere. This platform is built so the busiest days of your year are also the best-performing ones.

Supplier Search That Holds Up Under Load

Every search queries your connected suppliers in parallel, and anything you list yourself is served from your own database alongside them. Primary and fallback routing means one slow or failing supplier does not take a category down, and supplier health is visible to your team.

  • Parallel queries across primary and fallback suppliers
  • Demo inventory keeps the portal usable while your supplier accounts are approved
  • Supplier switching from the console, with no release

A Checkout That Stays Correct at Peak

Peak traffic is exactly when duplicate taps, gateway retries and supplier timeouts happen. Payment orders lock the amount on the server, every gateway payment is processed once, and a booking that fails to confirm refunds automatically, so a busy day never turns into double charges or lost money.

  • Server-side amount locking on every payment order
  • Idempotent payment processing on retries
  • Automatic refund when supplier confirmation fails

Stateless Servers That Scale Horizontally

The API servers hold no session state, so capacity is added by adding servers behind a load balancer. Redis handles caching, rate limiting and background queues across all of them, and PostgreSQL scales with connection pooling and read replicas for heavy reporting.

  • Horizontal API scaling behind a load balancer
  • Redis-backed caching, rate limits and job queues
  • Read replicas for dashboards and reports

Ready for New Regions and New Brands

Opening a new country or a second brand is configuration, not a rebuild. Each deployment carries its own brand, categories, currencies, payment methods, supplier stack and location rules, so a regional operator can open a market with its own settings from day one.

  • India and global supplier stacks side by side
  • INR by default, international currencies through Stripe
  • Location rules deciding where each service is offered

Built for Seasonal Peaks

Stateless API servers scale out behind a load balancer for holiday weekends, festival seasons and flash sales, then scale back when traffic settles.

Parallel Supplier Search

Searches query your connected suppliers at the same time and merge the results with your own inventory, so one slow supplier does not slow every result.

Automatic Supplier Fallback

If the primary supplier for a category fails, the booking moves to the next in line, keeping the category bookable instead of showing errors.

Payments That Never Double-Charge

Locked amounts, gateway signature checks and one-time processing of every payment keep checkout correct even when travelers tap twice or gateways retry.

Caching, Queues & Rate Limits

Redis powers caching, notification queues and rate limits across every server, protecting search and sign-in from spikes and abuse.

Multi-Region & Multi-Brand Ready

Run separate brands or markets with their own categories, currencies, payment methods, suppliers and location rules from the same platform.

Built for your market and for growth. Every travel business sells a different mix of categories to a different mix of customers, so categories, suppliers, margins, payment methods, loyalty rules and portals are all configuration. Start with the categories your contracts cover and switch on the rest later; lead with the agent portal if the trade is your channel, or with policies and approvals if companies are. As you grow, your own developers extend the same TypeScript codebase instead of rebuilding what works.

Note for founders and CTOs: you can launch lean on a single server and still be ready for peak season. We size the first deployment with you and document which traffic level should trigger each scaling step.

Security

Security - Payments, Traveler Data & Role-Based Access

A travel portal handles passports, payment references, supplier credentials and money moving between travelers, agents and vendors. Security sits in every layer, from sign-in and permissions to payment verification and audit logs, and the build ships with a security and VAPT compliance reference for your technical team.

Built to Security Best Practice

Development follows the controls an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 assessment looks for: role-based access, audit logging, encrypted secrets and documented security configuration. No certification is claimed.

GDPR-Ready Data Handling

Consent flags at signup, per-channel notification preferences, traveler data export and account deletion, and sensitive fields that the API never returns.

Secure Payments

Card details stay with the payment gateway and are never stored. Amounts are locked on the server, and every gateway payment and webhook is signature-verified.

Secure Sign-In & Sessions

Short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens, bcrypt password hashing, one-time codes, Google sign-in, and two-factor sign-in for operator and finance roles.

Role-Based Access Control

Nine roles and twenty-four fine-grained permissions are enforced on every request, so each person reaches only the data and actions their role allows.

Abuse & Bot Protection

Rate limits on every endpoint, stricter ones on sign-in, strict input validation, security headers, and location rules that block access from regions you choose.

Note for serious operators: from traveler passports to supplier payouts, a travel business is only as trustworthy as its platform. Talk to us about your security review, penetration testing and compliance requirements before you launch.

Advanced Add-Ons

Add-Ons - Channel Manager, Dynamic Pricing & Multi-Brand

As delivered the portal is a complete travel business. When you want to go further – a particular supplier, a custom corporate workflow or a new line of business – these add-ons extend it around your market, quoted separately.

Two-Way Channel Manager

Sync rates and availability for the hotels you list with outside booking channels in both directions, so a vendor manages inventory once and sells everywhere.

Dynamic Pricing Rules

Adjust margins automatically by season, demand, route or booking window, instead of setting one margin per category by hand.

Enterprise Corporate Workflows

Custom approval chains, HR and ERP expense integrations, cost-center billing and single sign-on for large corporate clients.

Multi-Brand & Multi-Tenant Setup

Run several travel brands on a shared core, each with its own domain, branding, categories and margins.

Multi-Currency & Multi-Language

Additional currencies, local payment methods and translated interfaces for launching outside your home market.

Marketing Automation

Abandoned-search and abandoned-cart reminders, fare alerts and segmented campaigns driven by traveler history and loyalty tier.

B2B Holiday Package Builder

Let tour operators and agents assemble custom packages from flights, hotels, transfers and activities with their own markup.

Additional Supplier Integrations

Connect the specific airline, hotel wholesaler, bus operator, rail partner or local activity supplier your market depends on, once you hold that account.

Business Value

Marketability, Revenue Potential & Business Prospects

A travel portal is not just a booking app. It is a commerce business that earns on every trip, a distribution channel for agents and suppliers, and a customer relationship that lasts years. The operators who do well pick the travelers, categories and channels they can serve better than a national portal, then use margins, loyalty and add-ons to grow the value of each customer.

Mobile-First Travelers

Travelers plan and book on their phones and expect one app for the flight, the stay and everything in between.

Repeat, Multi-Product Customers

One traveler books several trips a year across several categories, which makes loyalty and wallet balances unusually valuable.

Several Channels to Market

Consumers, agents, companies and suppliers all bring bookings, so growth does not rest on paid ads alone.

High-Value Add-Ons

Holiday packages, activities, insurance, visa and forex raise the value of each trip well above the base booking.

Main Revenue Levers

Booking margins per category, travel agent commission, vendor commission, service fees on visa, forex and insurance, corporate plan fees, payment method fees, wallet float and gift card breakage.

A well-run portal becomes a regional travel brand, an agent distribution network, a corporate travel business and a supply marketplace at the same time, with travelers who come back each year because the wallet and the loyalty tier sit with you rather than with a platform you rent.

Example Revenue Scenarios

These are patterns travel operators follow, not promises. Real results depend on your market, your supplier rates, your marketing and your execution. Every scenario below uses capabilities that ship in the base platform.

Regional Direct Seller

8

Categories to Sell

One brand, every trip a regional traveler takes.

A regional operator selling flights, hotels, buses, trains and holiday packages under its own name on its own supplier contracts, with a margin set per category, loyalty tiers and wallet cashback bringing travelers back, and visa, forex and insurance adding a service fee to international trips.

Agent Network

5%

Default Agent Commission

Distribution without contracting more inventory.

A consolidator onboarding local agents who book for their own clients on your portal. Commission is calculated on every booking, agents draw on a wallet with a credit limit, and monthly settlements replace manual reconciliation, so the network grows without more back-office staff.

Corporate Travel Desk

3

Corporate Plan Tiers

Recurring plan revenue plus a margin on every trip.

A travel management company signing companies onto Starter, Business or Enterprise plans, with travel policies, manager and finance approvals and automatic expense claims, earning the plan fee and the margin on every booking employees make.

Why Miracuves

Rent a Portal, Buy a Script, or Own the Platform

There are three ways to get a travel portal: rent one on somebody else's inventory, buy a cheap script, or own the platform outright. Here is how they compare.

Why Founders Choose Miracuves

Eight Categories, Not One

Eight categories ship together, where a cheap script usually covers flights and hotels only and a rented portal gives you whatever its provider carries.

Agent & Corporate Portals Included

Sell through agents and to companies from day one, instead of paying for separate B2B tools later.

Margins You Control

Set margin, flat fee and minimum per category in the console, without asking a developer or a provider for every price change.

A Checkout That Never Double-Charges

Pay-then-book with locked amounts, verified payments and automatic refunds, built for real money rather than a demo.

Full Source-Code Ownership

Keep the complete TypeScript codebase with no licence fees and no revenue share, and extend it with any competent team.

Industries

Industries We Serve

The platform serves travel businesses of every shape across the industry.

It is built as a complete travel commerce platform for travel agencies moving online, tour operators and destination management companies, corporate travel companies, agent networks and consolidators, hotel groups and supply aggregators, regional and state tourism platforms, and travel-adjacent financial services selling visa, forex and insurance. Each uses a different mix of the same platform: a direct seller leads with the consumer app and loyalty, an agency with the agent portal, a corporate travel company with policies and approvals, and a supply business with the vendor extranet. In every case the operator keeps the customer, the margin and the code.

FAQ

White Label Travel Portal FAQ - Cost, Suppliers, Agents & Launch

Common questions about the white label travel portal, answered plainly.

What is a white label travel portal?

A complete online travel business you publish under your own name. Travelers search and book flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities, holiday packages and homestays in one place, pay once with a wallet, promo codes or gift cards, and manage every trip in one dashboard. Alongside the consumer apps you get a travel agent portal, a corporate travel portal, a vendor extranet for hotels and suppliers, visa, forex and insurance, five loyalty tiers, an AI trip planner and an operator console where you set every margin. The difference from a rented portal is ownership: the source code, the database and the supplier contracts are yours.

The platform is $3,999 as one fixed price: the Android and iOS apps, the consumer website, the agent, corporate and vendor portals, the operator console, the full source code, deployment support, 60 days of guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of updates. There is no licence fee and no revenue share on your bookings. Ongoing costs are your hosting and the accounts you hold: payment gateway, SMS and email providers, and your travel supplier agreements. For context, renting a white-label portal typically runs 20,000 to 60,000 rupees, about $230 to $690, and then keeps charging, while a custom portal build is usually quoted between $8,000 and $40,000.

No, and that is deliberate. The platform ships connectors for flight, hotel, bus, rail, cab and activity suppliers, plus payment, SMS, email and maps providers, and a demo inventory so every category works from day one. Live inventory is switched on with your own supplier accounts, such as a flight GDS or consolidator, a hotel wholesaler and bus or rail partners, because those agreements and their commercial terms belong to your business and stay in your name. We connect the accounts you hold during deployment. You can also list your own hotels, homestays, activities and holiday packages through the console and the vendor extranet with no outside supplier at all.

A rented portal gives you a branded window onto the provider’s inventory. Your margin is capped by their rate, your traveler data sits on their servers, the fee recurs, and everything stops the day you stop paying. Here you own the source code and the database, your supplier contracts are in your own name, there is no per-booking charge, and you can change the margin, the categories or the whole workflow without asking anyone. The trade is that you need supplier accounts of your own, which is why this suits operators who already hold them or can get them.

Yes, and that is one of the biggest differences from a basic booking site. Agents keep client records, book on a client’s behalf, see commission calculated on every booking, draw on an agent wallet with a credit limit and follow monthly settlements. Companies set travel policies with spend limits and class rules, route bookings above the limit through manager and finance approval, generate expense claims and see spend by department. Both run on the same platform and the same inventory as your consumer app. Two limits worth stating: agents cannot set their own markup on top of your price, and there is no sub-agent tier or agent-branded sub-site in the base build. Both are quotable custom work.

Six working days from kickoff for the standard platform with your branding, categories, margins and payment setup. Custom features and integrations are scoped separately, typically two to eight weeks. What usually decides the real date is on your side: app store developer accounts and review, payment gateway approval, SMS sender registration, and the approval of your travel supplier accounts. We list all of it at kickoff so you can start in parallel, and the demo inventory lets you test the whole portal while supplier accounts are pending.

What exactly gets rebranded?

Everything anyone sees. The portal name, logo, colors and domain, the iOS and Android app names, icons, splash screens and store listings under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, the wording of every email, SMS and push message, which categories are live, the margin on each, which payment methods appear, loyalty tiers and promo codes. All of it is set in the operator console rather than in code, and no Miracuves name appears anywhere a traveler, agent or supplier can see. Deeper changes, such as a redesigned booking flow or new screens, are code and we quote them as customization.

Yes. Native iOS and Android apps are built from one React Native codebase, so both always carry the same features: tabs for home, flights, hotels, transport, trips and wallet, with search, booking, payment, loyalty and support in the app. The agent, vendor, corporate and operator surfaces are available on mobile as well. Apps are published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts with your name, icon and splash screen. You can install the Android build from the demo section above and sign in with the traveler login; iOS builds are shared on request.

Yes, and without a developer. Set a margin for each category as a percentage, a flat fee per booking and a minimum amount, so flights, hotels, buses, trains, cabs, activities and packages each carry the margin that suits your market and your supplier rate. You also set default commission for agents and vendors, the fee on each payment method, and which methods appear at checkout. Promo codes with usage limits, loyalty tier discounts and cashback are managed in the console. Every change applies without a release, so you can answer a season, a competitor or a supplier rate change the same day.

Checkout takes payment and confirms the booking as one step. Travelers pay by card, UPI, net banking, pay later or cash, through Razorpay in India and Stripe internationally, with wallet balance, promo codes and gift cards applied in the same step. The amount is locked on the server, every payment is verified and processed exactly once, and if a supplier fails to confirm, the payment refunds automatically. Cancellations follow the policy you set per category, so a traveler sees the refund before confirming, and refunds return to the original method or the wallet once your finance team approves them.

No. There is no back-office accounting, no double-entry ledger and no invoicing suite in the platform, and we would rather say so than let you find out after buying. What you do get is the operational money trail: every booking with its payment, margin, refund and cancellation, agent and vendor settlements with monthly statements, wallet and gift card balances, and revenue and margin reports your finance team can export into whatever accounting system you already use. An integration with that system is custom work, scoped and quoted separately.

Yes. You receive the complete source code for the web apps, the mobile apps and the API, with no licence fees, no revenue share and no conditions on how you use it. Brand, categories, features, margins and payment methods are set in the console without touching code. Because the platform is TypeScript end to end, your own developers, or any other team, can add categories, suppliers, workflows and screens later. We also take on that custom work ourselves if you would rather we built it.

What White Label Actually Means Here

Most white label travel software is rented by the month and runs on somebody else's inventory. Here is exactly where the line falls on this platform.

What carries your brand

The portal name, logo, colors and domain, the iOS and Android app names, icons, splash screens and store listings under your own developer accounts, and the wording of every email, SMS and push message. Which categories are live, the margin on each and the payment methods at checkout are console settings, so a rebrand is configuration rather than a release.

What you own outright

The TypeScript codebase end to end: the React web apps, the React Native mobile apps, the NestJS booking engine, the PostgreSQL schema, the partner portals and the operator console, plus product, API and security documentation. There is no licence fee, no revenue share and no per-booking charge, and no condition on changing, extending or redeploying it.

What white label does not mean

It is not a rented portal running on our inventory. No flight, hotel, bus, rail or activity inventory is supplied: supplier agreements are always in your own name, and we connect the accounts you hold. It does not include a mid-office or accounting module, an agent-set markup, a sub-agent tier or agent-branded sub-sites, all of which are quoted as custom work. Your gateway, SMS, email, maps and developer accounts stay yours.

Disclaimer

Miracuves is an independent software development company. We are not affiliated with, connected to, sponsored by, or endorsed by MakeMyTrip, or any other travel booking, online travel agency or travel portal service.

About this category

“White label travel portal” describes a category of product, not any one company. Brand names appear elsewhere on this site only to describe the kind of platform being built and the terms buyers search for.

Who built this

The entire design and codebase is built by our own team. The product contains no code, design, graphics, or content originating from any third-party travel booking website or application.

Suppliers, licensing and traveler protection are yours

No airline, hotel, bus, rail or activity inventory is supplied with the platform. Supplier agreements and their commercial terms, travel agency licensing and registrations, the accuracy of the fares and availability your suppliers return, and the consumer-protection, refund and tax rules of every market you sell in are your responsibility. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
