How It Works, End to End
Freight is a chain of custody with money attached. Here is the path from a verified partner to a settled invoice, and the point in each stage where things actually go wrong.
Onboarding and KYC
Nobody transacts before they are verified. Partners arrive by invitation or self-registration and progress through a structured verification workflow before they can post or bid - which is the only defensible position in a marketplace moving other people's goods.
Load posting and matching
A buyer posts a load with commodity, weight, pickup and delivery. Transporters discover it, and the matching engine scores candidates rather than leaving it to whoever calls first.
Dispatch and route planning
