Company & Legitimacy
01Miracuves Solutions Private Limited is a Mumbai-based app development company. The founding team has been delivering software since 2010 — first as Sim Technology and Solutions, as Miracuves Solutions from 2022, and as a registered Private Limited company since July 2023.
We do two things: ready-made clone solutions — a catalog of 90+ pre-built, white-label platforms modeled on proven products like Uber, Netflix, and Airbnb, deployable in 6 working days — and custom app development for businesses that need something built from scratch. Both come with full source-code ownership.
Verified on the facts ledgerYes — and you don't have to take our word for it. We're registered under the Indian Companies Act, 2013:
- CIN: U62099MH2023PTC406639 — verifiable on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs registry
- GST: 27AARCM0726H1ZA
- DUNS: 959921093 — verifiable via Dun & Bradstreet
Our leadership is named and photographed with LinkedIn profiles on the leadership page, and independent client reviews are live on Clutch, GoodFirms, Google, Trustpilot, and DesignRush — all linked from our facts ledger, on platforms we don't control.
Our development and QA teams work from our headquarters at Enam Sambhav, C-20, G Block, BKC, Bandra (E), Mumbai 400051, with a client liaison presence in New York for North American clients.
All projects are managed centrally from Mumbai — one delivery process, one quality standard, and IP protection under a single jurisdiction.
Since 2010: 9,000+ projects delivered, 3,900+ apps published, and 6,000+ clients served across 35+ industries — fintech, OTT, ride-hailing, food delivery, healthcare, real estate, the creator economy, and more.
Unlike most agency stat bars, each of these figures has a public definition: what counts, what doesn't, and how it's tallied. You'll find every one on the facts ledger, re-audited quarterly, alongside a corrections log for anything we've ever gotten wrong.
FACT-001 · 002 · 003 · 009Clone Solutions
02A ready-made clone is a pre-built, fully functional platform modeled on a proven business — like Uber, Netflix, or Airbnb — stripped of all original branding and customized as your own product. Every solution includes:
- Complete source code — mobile apps, web, and admin panel
- The core feature set of the model platform (real-time tracking, payments, profiles, and so on)
- White-label setup: your logo, colors, and domain
- No recurring royalties or license fees — you own it after delivery
Think of it as a turnkey product: the architecture is already proven, so you skip a year of development and launch under your brand in days.
Yes — and you should. Every solution page carries a live demo of the actual running product: the user apps, the admin panel, the real flows. Not screenshots, not a video — the software itself, running right now.
We'd rather you spend twenty minutes clicking through a demo than take our word for anything. If a solution page interests you, open its demo, break things, and bring us your questions on a live walkthrough.
FACT-004 · live demo on every solution page| Aspect | Ready-Made Clone | Custom Development |
|---|---|---|
| Price | From $2,799, fixed quote — each solution page states its own price | Fixed quote after a free feasibility study |
| Timeline | 6 working days | 2–6+ weeks, scoped individually |
| Uniqueness | Proven architecture, your branding | Built to your spec from scratch |
| Source code | Included, full ownership | Included, full ownership |
| Best for | MVPs, fast market entry, tight budgets | Novel workflows, unique products |
Choose a clone when speed and cost matter; choose custom when your idea has no existing model. Many clients start with a clone, validate the market, then invest in custom features.
FACT-005 · 006Yes — source-code ownership transfers to you on delivery, on every ready-made and custom project. You receive the mobile app projects, web and admin panel code, database schemas, and deployment documentation.
There are no restrictions on hosting, user count, modifications, or scaling after handover. Your code, your rules.
FACT-006 · included in every quoteYes. Our solutions are independent recreations of a business model, not copies of anyone's code, assets, or brand. Business models — ride-hailing, streaming, marketplaces — aren't ownable; specific code, trademarks, and designs are, and we build our own.
- All code is written by our team — nothing copied from the original apps
- No trademarked names, logos, or assets ship in your product — it launches entirely under your brand
- Names like "Uber clone" are used descriptively, to explain the model with clarity — we have no affiliation with those companies
It's the same principle behind every industry with competing implementations of the same idea — the practice on which the entire white-label software market operates.
Yes, and we help you through it. Your app ships with your own branding, privacy policy and terms templates, and guideline-compliant builds, plus a submission guide covering listings, screenshots, and metadata.
One honest caveat: final review timelines and approval rest with Apple and Google, not with any developer — anyone promising guaranteed approval is overselling. What we can say is that published client apps are part of our verified track record: 3,900+ releases since 2010, with store listings linked from case studies where clients have approved disclosure.
FACT-002Process & Delivery
03Six working days, counted from kickoff — meaning your requirements and branding assets are in and payment is confirmed:
- Days 1–2: Branding and configuration — your logo, colors, domain, payment gateways, feature toggles
- Days 3–4: QA — functional testing, cross-device checks, payment sandbox — then your review window
- Days 5–6: Final adjustments, deployment, and handover of source code with documentation
The timeline covers a live, branded deployment of the ready-made solution. It doesn't include custom feature development, app-store review time (Apple and Google control that), or days spent waiting on client assets. And it's backed by a written guarantee in every ready-made contract: if we miss the timeline for reasons on our side, we work free until you launch.
FACT-005 · written guaranteeNo technical expertise — just decisions. We send a simple onboarding checklist at kickoff covering:
- Brand name, logo files, and primary colors
- Your domain or subdomain
- Payment gateway preference (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, and other major providers)
- Any feature toggles — for example, launching a delivery-only version of a multi-service platform
- Target stores: Apple, Google, or both
The 6-day clock starts once these are in — prompt responses on your side keep the schedule intact.
Your project stays yours:
- NDA before work begins — mutual agreements available on request
- Full IP transfer on delivery — we retain no rights to reuse, redistribute, or claim your customized product
- Portfolio mentions only with your permission, and only at the level of detail you approve
The underlying clone frameworks are our IP, which is what makes the pricing possible — but your branding, your customizations, your data, and your business are exclusively yours.
Deployment is included in every ready-made quote. We set the platform up live on your server or cloud account — you provide the hosting credentials, we do the deployment, and you receive a running product plus the source code and documentation.
Day to day, you don't need developers: the admin panel handles operations — users, orders, pricing, content, payouts — from a dashboard built for non-technical operators. You'll want development help only when you decide to add custom features or scale infrastructure, and at that point you can use us or any team you choose, because the code is yours.
FACT-006 · deployment includedThree routes, no lock-in:
- Do it yourself. You own clean, documented source code — your team or any developer can extend it
- Scoped work with us. New features, integrations, or redesigns quoted individually after a requirements review
- AMC agreement. Ongoing maintenance with defined SLAs, scoped per client, once your 60-day support window ends
Many clients launch on the base solution, validate the market, and come back to scale up — the credit of a proven codebase makes each step cheaper than starting over.
Pricing & Payments
04Ready-made solutions start at $2,799 — that's the entry price of our least expensive product; solutions price higher with complexity, and each solution page's stated price is authoritative for that product. Every quote is fixed and includes:
- Full source-code ownership on delivery
- Branding setup and deployment
- 60 days of post-launch support plus 12 months of free product updates
Custom development is quoted individually after a free feasibility study — fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly surprises.
FACT-006 · 007Because you're not paying for the same thing. An agency quoting $40,000–$100,000 for an Uber-style app is charging you to build the entire platform from zero — months of architecture, development, and testing, all billed to one client: you.
Our ready-made solutions invert that economics. The platform is already built, tested, and running in production — the engineering cost is amortized across every client who launches on it. What you pay for is your deployment: branding, configuration, QA on your build, and handover of the source code. That's why 6 days and $2,799 aren't too good to be true — they're just a different production model, the same way a tailored suit and an off-the-rack one differ in price without either being a scam.
The honest trade-off: a clone gives you a proven architecture, not a novel one. If your idea has no existing model, custom development is the right answer — and we'll tell you so in the feasibility study.
No hidden fees, no royalties, no per-user licensing. The quote you receive is the full price of the product and delivery. What's genuinely not ours to include — and what any honest developer will tell you to budget for:
- Hosting — your own server or cloud account (entry-level cloud hosting typically starts at a few dollars a month)
- Domain registration — paid annually to your registrar
- Third-party API usage — services like maps, SMS, or payment processing bill you directly based on your traffic
We flag every applicable external cost in your quote upfront, so nothing surprises you after launch.
Yes — the complete terms are published in our refund policy, so you can read exactly where you stand before paying anything.
Two protections worth knowing upfront: we validate feasibility before taking your payment rather than discovering problems after, and every ready-made contract carries a written delivery guarantee — if we miss the 6-day timeline for reasons on our side, we work free until you launch.
Support & Quality
05Every ready-made solution includes 60 days of post-launch support — fixes and assistance — plus 12 months of free product updates. That's the single, canonical support promise across our site.
Beyond that window, extended support runs under AMC agreements with defined SLAs, scoped to your needs. And because you own the source code, you're never dependent on us — support is a choice, not a leash.
FACT-007Updates to the core product your solution is built on, released during your 12-month window — improvements, fixes, and compatibility updates that keep the base platform current. When we improve the product line, your build is entitled to those improvements.
What it doesn't mean: custom feature development for your specific business, redesigns, or new integrations — those are scoped separately, because they're work done for you alone rather than updates to the shared product. The line is simple: product updates are free for 12 months; bespoke work is quoted.

FACT-008No software is bug-free, and we won't tell you ours is. Anyone who claims "99.9% bug-free" is selling you a number that can't be measured — we used to have that phrase on our site, retired it, and logged the correction publicly.
What we do claim, because we can back it: a disciplined QA process on every release, a security checklist before every deployment, and 60 days of support to fix anything that slips through — at no cost to you. That's a promise with teeth, not an adjective.
Corrections log · Jul 2026Yes. Solutions are built on cloud-ready architecture designed to deploy on AWS, Azure, GCP, or your own infrastructure, and to scale horizontally as demand grows. Because you own the source code, there's no artificial ceiling — no per-user fees, no forced upgrade tiers.
When your growth calls for custom features, performance work, or infrastructure changes, we scope that as extension work on your existing codebase — or your own team can take it forward independently.
