Client Voices
ICO Launchpad Clone Client Reviews - Operators in Their Own Words
Real words from Miracuves clients. The first two come from Web3 and crypto builds; the other six describe other Miracuves platforms. None of them is a token-sale result, and all are shown exactly as their authors gave them.
“We needed seven Web3 products off one spine rather than five engineering teams. Shared auth, KYC and wallet came from their suite. Each product landed in weeks rather than quarters, and our ops cost per product is a fraction of a stand-alone build.”
“We needed a centralized exchange with KYC, wallets, and mobile apps before our token launch — every US quote came back at six figures and 9 months. Miracuves had a battle-tested exchange base that already covered matching, settlement and the trading UI. We reused that and layered our own branding, a custom USD on-ramp, and the ORCA reward token. Staging was up in 6 weeks, live users by week 14. Building from scratch would have burned 8–10 engineering months and roughly $400k in salaries alone. Six months in, we've processed three figures of millions in volume with zero settlement incidents.”
“Every HMS I tried was built for general physicians, with no lesion mapping, no before/after tracking, and no procedure-based billing. Their MXHealth base gave us the patient app, doctor app, EMR and video consult out of the box. Front-desk time on scheduling and follow-ups is down ~70%, and we went fully digital in 9 months, where a fully custom job would have been 18.”
“Turo is the obvious reference, but the Caribbean specifics, from different insurance norms to different payment rails, meant we needed a real partner, not just a clone. Miracuves’s MXCar base covered the listing, the trip flow, and the host payouts. We launched in 6 working days and are live in three islands.”
“The team was running it on a dispatcher and a Google Sheet, and we needed a real platform quickly, because we were about to onboard a major retail client. Miracuves’s Delivery Genie base gave us the rider app, the dispatch console, and live tracking. We launched in 6 weeks and cleared 4x the previous order volume in the first month.”
“We were running it on phone calls and a paper calendar, and we were losing bookings to bigger OTAs. Miracuves’s GetmyBoat Clone base gave us the calendar, the booking flow, and the payment engine. Online bookings are up roughly 70% in the first six months, and the ops team finally has a live view of the fleet.”
“Building a compliant telehealth stack from scratch in three markets would have been a year-plus effort. Miracuves’s MXHealth base covered the patient and doctor apps, video consult, e-prescription and the pharmacy integrations. We launched in our first market in 9 weeks and rolled out to two more in the following six months.”
“We were juggling spreadsheets, a third-party GPS provider, and a phone. We needed a single operations console. Miracuves’s MXLogistics base covered the trip lifecycle, the driver app, and the customer tracking page. We’ve cut operations admin time by about 40%.”
Proof You Can Check
ICO Launchpad Clone Case Study - What Is Published and What You Can Verify
A plain status report on proof for this product, and the ways you can test it yourself before you decide.
Miracuves has no named client launch of the ICO Launchpad Clone to publish, and this page will not borrow someone else's. Instead it sets out what you can verify in the demo and the release log, and states what we refuse to substitute for a case study.

- A token offer touches securities, consumer and anti-money-laundering rules that differ by country
- Investors need to see which stage is open, what it costs and what they hold
- Every contribution must trace back to an account, a wallet and a verification status
- Watch the whole investor journey before you pay anything
- Check how stages, KYC and wallets are configured in the admin settings
- Read the release log for what shipped and when it changed
- A live demo with a shared investor login
- The admin settings screens, walked through on a call
- Release notes for versions 1.3.2 to 1.8.0
- Complete source code at a fixed price
- A build window of 6 working days
We will not publish an invented client, a made-up quote or a raise nobody measured for this product. If a named token-sale deployment is ever published, it will sit here with its own case study.Miracuves · Our position on proof
03The product
The Basics
What the ICO Launchpad Clone App Does for Issuers and Investors
The ICO Launchpad Clone is a ready-made token-sale platform. An issuer sets up the token, the sale stages and the currencies buyers may pay with. Investors register, verify, save a receiving wallet and contribute, and an admin panel follows every transaction, KYC record and user.

More Than a Buy Button
Stages, a KYC queue, receiving wallets, referral tokens, an activity log and an admin that follows each transaction all sit around the purchase itself.
Not a Locked Box
The complete source code arrives with no encryption, so your team can change flows and screens as your sale evolves, with no license to renew just to keep it running.
Plain About What Is Extra
An analytics dashboard, a decentralized oracle, DEX connections and community funding are add-ons priced on their own. They are never counted as base features.
Investor Panel & Admin Console
What Is an ICO Launchpad Clone Script?
The buy button is the easy part of a token sale. The work sits around it: stage rules, a KYC queue, wallet addresses, referral bonuses and a transaction trail the operator has to reconcile later. Those parts ship working, on a Laravel codebase you own.

- 01Sale stages with prices, timing and status
- 02Investor panel: balance, stage card, My Token page
- 03KYC submission, a KYC list and review
- 04Receiving wallets, referral bonuses and invite codes
- 05Admin panel: transactions, users and settings
You receive the investor panel, which also opens on phones, an admin panel with six menus and the complete source code, white-labeled to your brand.

Before you buy, note this: We rebrand the platform to your identity and deploy it on hosting you provide. Your side of the checklist is hosting and a domain, your branding and business details, the wallets and payment accounts that will receive contributions, and keys for any third-party service. Whether a sale is lawful for investors in a given country is a question for your own advisers, and Miracuves gives no legal advice.

Who Is This ICO Launchpad Clone App For?
It suits teams that want to run a token sale under their own name instead of renting a slot on someone else’s platform, and that are ready to settle the legal side with their own advisers.
Teams raising for a protocol or an app who need stages, KYC and a contributor dashboard of their own.
Communities selling a utility or governance token in rounds, with referral bonuses to widen the circle of buyers.
Studios that run sales for several clients and want one proven base to deploy as a branded copy for each of them.
Exchanges that want a branded sale page for new tokens next to the products they already run.
Teams that sell to a chosen circle first, using invite codes and invite-only registration.
Consultancies that prepare token sales for clients and need a platform they can brand and hand over.
If you plan to sell your own token, a branded sale site keeps the investor list, the KYC records and the referral data on your side of the table, with the source code to prove it.

ICO Launchpad Clone Use Cases - Private Rounds, Pre-Sales, Public Sales & Referral Drives
Teams use different parts of the same product. A private round leans on invite codes, a public sale on the stage card and progress bar, and a referral drive on bonus tokens. You set the emphasis in configuration.
Swipe · 6
Open registration by invite code only, let chosen buyers in first and keep everyone else out until a public stage begins.

Run a first stage ahead of launch with its own price, its own timing and a minimum and maximum per transaction.

Open the last stage to verified investors, with the stage card, a progress bar and a countdown on every dashboard.

Require KYC before a purchase, review applications in the KYC list and let applicants hear by email.

Give new sign-ups a bonus and track referral tokens per investor, with a referral ID required at registration if you choose.

Archive a finished stage and add the next, so a project can run another round on the site and the investor list it already built.

One product, six ways to use it. All six share the investor panel and the admin console. What changes is how many stages you run, who is invited, which checks are switched on and how the site is branded, so there is one codebase to look after.

06Under the hood
End to End
How the ICO Launchpad Clone Works - Register, Verify, Add a Wallet, Buy & Track
To an investor a token sale is a few screens. Underneath it is a strict chain of identity, stage, payment and allocation. Below is that chain from sign-up to tokens in the account, followed by the architecture that carries it.
Investor Journey - From Sign-Up to Tokens in the Account
Swipe · 5
1Register & Secure the AccountAn investor signs up with email or a social login, verifies the address and can switch on two-factor verification from the profile settings.
- Registration, with a referral ID if you require one
- Email verification, or verify later if you allow it
- Two-factor verification under Profile and Settings
2Verify Identity & Add a WalletThe dashboard shows account status chips and a receiving wallet row. KYC is submitted from here, and the settings can require both before any purchase.
- Email Verified and Submit KYC chips
- Add Your Wallet Address row
- Banner asking for a wallet before buying
3Choose the Open StageStage cards show a name, a price and a status such as Completed or Expired, and a Buy Token Now button on the stage that takes contributions.
- Stage name, price and status label
- Price shown in USD and ETH
- Buy Token Now on the stage that is open
4Contribute & Track TokensThe contribution is paid in an enabled currency and listed as a transaction. My Token then shows the balance with its USD equivalent and the purchased, referral and bonus tokens.
- Currency picked from the enabled list
- Balance with a USD equivalent
- Purchased, referral and bonus tokens split out
5Review Account ActivityThe activity log lists each sign-in with its date, device, browser and IP, and the investor can delete entries or clear the log.
- Date, device, browser and IP per entry
- Delete one entry or Clear All
- Email alert on unusual activity
How It's Built
ICO Launchpad Clone Platform Architecture & Sale Flow
- 01Part 01
Two Panels, Separate Logins
The investor panel and the admin console are separate areas with their own sign-ins, so an investor never reaches the operator menus.
- 02Part 02
Stage Lifecycle
A stage is added, goes live, then shows as completed or expired, and the admin can archive or delete it, which is why the dashboard can label each one at a glance.
- 03Part 03
Price & Currency Rules
Each stage carries a token price with up to eight decimals, and live exchange rates convert a contribution into the currency the investor sees.
- 04Part 04
Contributions & Approval
Payments are recorded as transactions with a minimum and maximum per purchase, and the admin has a manual approval step for the ones that need review.
- 05Part 05
Checks Before a Purchase
KYC, a saved receiving wallet and an invite code can each be switched on as a condition for buying.
- 06Part 06
Email & Countdown Events
Sign-up, KYC and wallet-change emails go out through the mail driver you choose, while a countdown follows the start and end of each stage.
Under the Hood
ICO Launchpad Clone Tech Stack - Laravel, PHP 8.1+, MySQL & Mail Drivers

Earlier product pages also mentioned Node.js, MongoDB, Flutter apps and services such as Google Maps, Twilio and Firebase. The demo and the release log do not show them, so this page does not promise them. Any third-party service you want connected needs your own account and keys. Laravel and PHP are mainstream and easy to hire for.
Build to Scale
Built to Scale - One Codebase, Stage Rules & Room to Grow
The sale runs as one Laravel application with two panels around a shared database, so adding investors, stages and transactions is a matter of capacity and configuration rather than a rewrite.
One Application, Two Panels. The investor panel and the admin console share one codebase and database, so a change to a rule shows up in both at once.
Stage Rules That Hold Up. Price, timing, status and a countdown give buyers and staff one answer to the question of what is open right now.
A Framework Kept Current. The release log walks the application from Laravel 5.7 through 8, 9, 10 and 11, updating the PHP packages each time.
Transaction Records That Reconcile. Contributions are stored with their network, amount and status, so what the dashboard reports can be checked against the list.
One Codebase, Two Panels
The investor panel and the admin console are one Laravel application over one database, with separate sign-ins for each side.
Stage Rules That Hold Up
Each stage carries a price, timing and status, with a countdown, so everyone sees the same answer about what is open.
- Add, edit, delete or archive a stage
- Countdown on stage start and end
- Minimum and maximum per transaction
- Status label on every stage
Framework Kept Current
The release log moves Laravel from 5.7 to 8, then to 9, 10 and 11, with package updates alongside each step.
- Laravel 8 in release 1.5.0
- Laravel 9 in 1.6.0 and 10 in 1.7.0
- Laravel 11 in release 1.8.0
- PHP packages updated each time
Access Controls
Separate sign-ins, two-factor verification, invite-only registration and optional manual email verification keep the right people in the right panel.
- Separate investor and admin sign-ins
- Two-factor verification
- Invite-only registration switch
- Unverified users with no activity can be deleted
Recorded Transactions
Every contribution is stored with its network, amount and status, and amounts and decimals are validated before they are saved.
- Network selection for manual crypto payments
- Minimum and maximum per transaction
- Token price to 8 decimals
- Large-number display fixes in release 1.4.0
Documented Hand-Over
Source, schema, release notes and deployment configuration are handed over so another team can run the platform unaided.
Room to Change and Grow. Every sale ends up needing something particular to its token or its buyers. With the complete source code and a conventional stack, adding a screen, a rule or an integration is ordinary development work that your team or ours can carry out.
If you are planning a sale: Start with the stages and the buyers you can bring and run them on the one deployment you already have. As traffic rises, capacity is a hosting and configuration decision, and anything beyond the base is scoped and quoted on its own.
07Security and trust
Built to Be Checked
ICO Launchpad Clone Security - Investor Account Controls, KYC Gates & Honest Limits
A token-sale site holds identities, wallet addresses and the record of who contributed what, so the controls that matter most are who can sign in, which checks stand in front of a purchase and what is still your work before launch. This section says what the platform shows and what it does not.
- 01 · RolesRole Separation
Investor and admin areas are separate sign-ins, so an investor cannot open the operator menus.
- 02 · AccountAccount Protection
Investors can switch on two-factor verification, keep an activity log of every sign-in and receive an email on unusual activity.
- Two-Factor Is Opt-In: Two-factor verification is offered in each investor's profile settings and starts disabled. Whether to push investors toward it is your decision.
- 03 · KYCIdentity & KYC Gates
A KYC application, an admin KYC list and a setting that requires KYC before purchase put a gate in front of every contribution.
- KYC Review Is Manual: The demo shows an application form and an admin KYC list. Which documents you accept and who reviews them is your own policy.
- 04 · WalletWallet & Registration Controls
You can require a wallet address before purchase, require a referral ID, set invite-only registration and verify emails by hand.
- 05 · ReviewTransaction Review
Contributions are recorded with their network and amount, and a manual approval step lets staff review one before it is accepted.
- No Custody Features Shown: Balances in the investor panel are records of what a buyer purchased. How funds are held and how tokens reach a wallet are decisions that stay with you.
- 06 · PackagesMaintained Dependencies
The release log shows PHP packages updated with each Laravel upgrade, including a package update made to improve security in release 1.4.0.
- No Audit Claimed: The release log lists no smart-contract audit, so none is claimed. If your sale involves a deployed contract, arrange an independent audit yourself.
- No Liquidity Lock Claimed: Nothing in the demo or the log locks liquidity or vests tokens, so the page makes no such promise to investors or to you.
- Named Launch Tasks: Penetration testing, secret rotation, a restore drill and a review of your payment settings are listed as pre-launch work, not assumed to be done.
The platform is not certified under any security framework, and Miracuves does not claim ISO 27001: the base is built to the controls those frameworks expect. No smart-contract audit, liquidity lock or protection against an issuer abandoning a project appears in the release log, so none is claimed here. Penetration testing, an independent review of any contract you deploy and a restore test are launch tasks we plan with you.
Discuss Security Before LaunchRegulatory Clarification
ICO Launchpad Clone Operator Readiness - Software Scope, Securities Rules & Your Compliance Programme
The ICO Launchpad Clone is software, not a licence, an approval or an audit. Miracuves builds and hands over the sale tooling: stages, an investor panel, a KYC application and review list, receiving wallets, referral tools and an admin console. Offering tokens to the public is regulated in most countries, and the permission to do it sits with you as the issuer and with the advisers, KYC providers and payment partners you choose.
The base has separate logins, two-factor verification, an activity log, KYC and wallet gates and a transaction trail, so a review of your own program starts from working tools instead of a blank page. Miracuves holds no ISO 27001, SOC 2 or PCI-DSS certificate on your behalf, and the release log shows no smart-contract audit, liquidity lock or investor-protection scheme, so none is claimed. Any registration, exemption or audit is granted to the operating entity, against its own records.
What the Software Delivers
Sale stages with prices and status, private-sale invitations, an investor dashboard and My Token page, KYC submission and an admin KYC list, receiving wallets, referral bonuses, manual transaction approval and a transactions list, as source code you own.
What Only a Legal Route Delivers
The right to offer tokens to the public in a given country, to describe them as you do and to take money from buyers there. That comes from your own exemptions, registrations or legal opinions, not from software and not from Miracuves.
Policies and Providers Stay Yours
Your KYC and AML policy, the sanctions screening you use, which buyers you refuse, your white paper and terms, and the wallets or payment accounts that receive funds are yours to choose and answer for. We connect what you pick; we do not apply on your behalf.
Jurisdiction Decides the Route
In the US, whether a token is a security is a live question, and the SEC proposed new offering exemptions in August 2026 that are not final. In the EU, MiCA sets white paper rules with exemptions by value and by number of persons. Other countries differ again. Confirm your route with specialist counsel; Miracuves does not provide legal, licensing or investment advice.

How Operators Earn
ICO Launchpad Clone Revenue Models - Sale Proceeds, Stage Pricing, Referral Bonuses & Hosted-Sale Fees
A token sale earns where contributions arrive, so most of the money questions are about how each stage is priced, who may buy and how large the offer is allowed to be.
The lines that usually move the numbers are the price of each stage and the reach of your referral program.
- 01
Token Sale Proceeds
Contributions made in each stage reach the issuer. The token price, the accepted currencies and the minimum and maximum per transaction are settings, so every stage can be priced on its own.
- 02
Stage Pricing
Early buyers can be offered one price and later buyers another, because each stage carries its own price, and the token price accepts up to eight decimals.
- 03
Referral Program
Signup bonuses and referral tokens turn existing buyers into a channel. The bonus is a cost to budget for, and the admin can open any user to see their referrals.
- 04
Private-Sale Allocation
Invite codes and invite-only registration let a round go to chosen buyers first, ahead of any public stage.
- 05
Hosted-Sale Fees
An operator who runs sales for other projects can charge a listing or success fee. That is a commercial arrangement around the software: the demo settings describe one token and show no fee module.
- 06
Follow-On Rounds & Listing
A finished stage can be archived and a new one added. Making the token tradable on a decentralized exchange afterwards is a separate add-on, and its rules need checking first.
| Revenue stream | How it is charged | Take rateTypical take rate | What sets the ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| Token Sale Proceeds | The issuer receives what buyers contribute in each stage. Any share an operator keeps is a term agreed with the issuer. | The demo shows no platform percentage. Coinbase says it is paid fees by token sellers but publishes no percentage. | How much the law lets you raise. The SEC proposed on 18 August 2026 an exemption for up to $75 million in each 12-month period and a one-time exemption for up to $5 million over four years. Both are proposals. |
| Private-Sale Allocation | An invite code, or invite-only registration, limits who can join the round. The demo shows no fee attached to it. | No fee shown. In the EU an offer to fewer than 150 persons per Member State is outside the white paper duty. | Who you may offer to. Article 4 of MiCA also requires those persons to be acting on their own account. |
| Stage Pricing | Each stage is priced per token, with a minimum and maximum purchase per transaction. | No fee shown. Under MiCA Article 4 an offer whose total stays within EUR 1,000,000 over 12 months is outside the white paper duty. | The size of the offer across all stages in 12 months. Add the stages together before you compare them with the threshold. |
| Follow-On Rounds & Listing | A new stage is added in the admin. A DEX connection, if you add one, is a separate module. | No fee shown. ESMA's Q&A of 21 May 2026 says listing crypto-assets on decentralized exchanges in the Union could amount to an offer to the public. | Whether a listing counts as a new offer in the countries you sell into. Take advice before you connect a DEX. |
How to read this. The US limits come from the SEC's press release 2026-76 and are a proposal, not a final rule. The EU thresholds are the text of MiCA Article 4, and the listing point is from ESMA's Q&A 2671. The seller-fee statement is Coinbase's own token sales page. We could not open a launchpad fee page that states a percentage, so none is quoted, and app-store commissions are left out because the demo takes contributions on the web. These are reference points for planning, not legal advice, not a quote and not a forecast of what any sale will raise.
Market Benchmarks
Token Launchpad Market Benchmarks - Independent 2025-2026 Data
The revenue models above are ours. The figures below are not. They come from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the European Securities and Markets Authority and Coinbase, reproduced as published. For a launchpad operator the regulatory ceilings on how much can be raised, and where a white paper is required, matter as much as sale volumes, so these figures start there.
Up to $75m a Year Under a Proposed SEC Exemption
On 18 August 2026 the US Securities and Exchange Commission proposed Regulation Crypto Assets with two registration exemptions. The first would permit offerings of up to $5 million during a four-year period. The second would permit offerings of up to $75 million during each 12-month period. This is a proposal, not a final rule.
EUR 1m Cap Before a MiCA White Paper Applies
Article 4 of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation exempts an offer from the white paper duty if it goes to fewer than 150 persons per Member State, or if total consideration stays within EUR 1,000,000 over 12 months. ESMA's Q&A of 21 May 2026 adds that listing crypto-assets on decentralised exchanges in the Union could amount to an offer to the public.
$269m Committed in Coinbase's First Token Sale
Coinbase lists its Monad token sale of 17 November 2025 as drawing 85.8 thousand participants from 70 countries and $269 million committed. Coinbase says it uses a "filling up from the bottom" allocation algorithm and that unused funds are returned. Coinbase says token sales are again widely available to US users for the first time since 2018.
Five Token Categories in SEC's 2026 Taxonomy
In press release 2026-30 of 17 March 2026 the SEC set out a token taxonomy covering digital commodities, digital collectibles, digital tools, stablecoins and digital securities, and stated that most crypto assets are not themselves securities. Only digital securities are labelled as securities on the release page, which makes classification the first question for any launchpad listing.
US Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC Proposes New Regulation Crypto Assets, press release 2026-76, 18 August 2026 - sec.gov
European Securities and Markets Authority, MiCA interactive single rulebook, Article 4, accessed October 2026; and ESMA Q&A 2671, answer dated 21 May 2026 - esma.europa.eu
Coinbase, Token sales, Previous sales listing, sale dated 17 November 2025, accessed October 2026 - coinbase.com
US Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC Clarifies the Application of Federal Securities Laws to Crypto Assets, press release 2026-30, 17 March 2026 - sec.gov
All figures are the publishers’ own, reproduced as published. The SEC offering exemptions are a proposal and may change; the MiCA thresholds are regulation text, not an opinion on any token. The Coinbase figure is the company's own listing on its sale page. They describe regulators and one exchange, not any platform Miracuves builds, and nothing here is a revenue projection for your business.
Market Timing
Why Build a Token Sale Platform in 2026?
A token sale is a short, high-attention event, and the rules around it are moving. A platform of your own lets you change stages and checks as they do, instead of waiting for a launch partner's calendar.
01The Rulebooks Are Being Written
The SEC proposed offering exemptions in August 2026, and the EU already sets MiCA thresholds. Whichever route you pick, you want a platform that can show stages, KYC records and a transaction trail.
02A Sale Needs More Than a Contract
Investors expect a dashboard, a verification step and a clear stage card before they send anything. Those screens are what this base ships.
03Stages Let You Test Demand
Selling in separate stages, each with its own price, shows who responds to what before the public round opens.
04Referral Bonuses Turn Buyers Into a Channel
A signup bonus and a referral token line give early buyers a reason to bring others, and the admin can see who brought whom.
05Your Brand, Your Investor List
When the sale site carries your name, the accounts, the KYC records and the wallet addresses stay in your database for the next round.
06Buy Versus Build Is Quick to Settle
Stages, KYC, wallets, referrals and an admin console are most of a token-sale site. After 6 days of our build time, a white-label copy runs on your own hosting.

Days of Build Time
The unglamorous middle of a token sale is stage rules, KYC review, wallet records and reconciliation. Here it is already built.
The Commercial Case
Marketability, Revenue Potential & Business Prospects
A token sale earns when investors trust it enough to verify and contribute, and when the issuer can show where every contribution went. Everything that follows is about making those two decisions easier and keeping the investor relationship in your hands. None of it is investment advice.
- 01
Stage-by-Stage Revenue
Each stage has its own price and timing, so a sale can open with a private round, move through a pre-sale and close with a public stage, each earning on its own terms.
- 02
Referral Reach
Signup bonuses and referral tokens put your existing buyers to work, and the admin can see who brought whom.
- 03
An Investor List You Own
Accounts, KYC records and receiving wallets sit in your database, so the audience you build is yours for the next round.
- 04
Exit Optionality
You hold the complete source code and the schema, so a future change of host, team or direction needs no one's permission.
- Token Sale Proceeds
- Stage Pricing
- Referral Program
- Private-Sale Allocation
- Hosted-Sale Fees
- Follow-On Rounds & Listing
Defensibility comes from the investor list, the trust built across rounds and the quality of your checks, not from features a competitor can copy.
- 01The investor list belongs to you
- 02Trust builds across rounds
- 03KYC and wallet records stay in your database
- 04A transparent, well-run sale is hard to fake
These three cases differ only in how many investors take part, and each names the lever that leads at that size. They are examples for planning conversations, not predictions of what any sale will raise.
The private round carries the early proceeds.
A small sale where a few dozen invited buyers join by code and contribute in one stage. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
A pre-sale and a public stage add to the private round.
A sale with a private round, a pre-sale and a public stage, where KYC, referrals and stage pricing all matter. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
Follow-on rounds and referrals compound.
An operator running several rounds over time on the same investor list, with referral reach carrying much of the acquisition. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
10Why Miracuves
Why Miracuves
Miracuves Compared With Other ICO Launchpad Script Vendors
There are several ways to get a token-sale site: a generic buy-page script, a freelancer, an agency or a ready-made base from a team that has delivered it before.
Why Founders Choose Miracuves
- 01
Stages Ready to Configure
Stages with prices, timing and status labels arrive configured and visible in the demo, instead of something a developer has to design from nothing.
- 02
KYC and Wallet Gates
A KYC application, an admin KYC list and settings that require KYC and a wallet before purchase belong to the base.
- 03
Referral and Invite Tools
Referral signup bonuses, referral IDs and private-sale invite codes are in the release log, not on a roadmap.
- 04
Full Source Code Ownership
The whole codebase arrives unencrypted, with the schema and deployment notes, so nobody can reprice it or change the terms later.
- 05
A Real Release Log
Versions 1.3.2 to 1.8.0 are listed on this page, so you can see what changed and when the framework was upgraded.
- 06
Plain Readiness Language
This page says what is a base feature, what is an add-on and what you supply yourself, and it claims no audit, lock or certificate.

ICO Launchpad Clone App: Newest Guides & Insights
Stay up to date with guides on how token-sale platforms earn, what their security needs and which features matter most.

The product4 questions
01What is an ICO Launchpad Script?
An ICO launchpad script is ready-made software for running a token sale. The Miracuves ICO Launchpad Clone gives an issuer an investor panel, an admin console, stage management, a KYC application and review list, receiving wallets and referral tools, so the sale infrastructure does not have to be written from scratch. It is delivered white-label with the complete source code.
02Why should I choose a clone script instead of building my own platform from scratch?
The stage rules, the KYC step, the wallet records and the admin console are slow to build and easy to get subtly wrong. The Miracuves base already has them, with a release log from version 1.3.2 to 1.8.0 that shows how they were maintained. You pay a fixed price, go live in 6 days of Miracuves build time and keep the full source code, so your team can still change anything later.
03How do I participate in an ICO on this launchpad?
An investor registers and verifies the email address, submits KYC if the sale requires it, saves a receiving wallet address, chooses the stage that is open and pays in one of the currencies the operator has enabled. The tokens then appear on the My Token page, split into purchased, referral and bonus tokens.
04How can I track my purchased tokens and their performance?
The investor dashboard shows a token balance with the stage on offer, and the My Token page lists the balance with a USD equivalent, purchased tokens, referral tokens, bonus tokens, the total contributed and a stage-wise overview. Transactions are listed in their own menu. The demo shows no market price charts for a token after the sale.
Sales, KYC & payments4 questions
05How do I manage and configure multiple ICOs or token sales?
In the admin panel the ICO/STO Stage menu lets you add a stage, edit it, and delete or archive it once it has finished, and the Settings screen holds the token name, symbol, decimals, price display and purchase currencies. The demo settings describe one token per installation, so a sale for a second project is a separate deployment or a custom scope.
06Is KYC mandatory for buying tokens on the platform?
That is your decision. The settings include a KYC Before Purchase switch, and the KYC application can also be hidden for a sale that does not need it. When it is on, investors submit an application from their dashboard and your staff work through the KYC List in the admin panel. Which documents you accept and what the law requires is for you and your advisers to decide.
07What payment methods and blockchain networks are supported?
The release log shows manual crypto wallet payments, with a network choice, and PayPal. The settings list a long run of fiat and crypto currencies a sale can accept, including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and BNB, and release 1.6.0 added AVAX, LUNA, MATIC, DOT and SHIB. Sending tokens to a particular chain is done from your own wallets; the demo does not show an on-chain contract.
08Can I run a private sale or a referral program?
Yes, both are in the release log. Release 1.8.0 added a private sale invitation system that people join with an invite code, an invite-only registration switch, a referral signup bonus and an option to make a referral ID mandatory. Referral tokens show on each investor's My Token page, and the admin can open a user to view their referrals.
Security, rules & revenue5 questions
09Is the ICO Launchpad Script secure and compliant with regulations?
The platform has separate investor and admin logins, two-factor verification, an activity log and email alerts on unusual activity, plus KYC and wallet gates you can switch on. It is not certified under any framework, and the release log lists no smart-contract audit or liquidity lock, so none is claimed. Compliance with securities and anti-money-laundering rules depends on your legal route, which software cannot supply.
10How do I ensure the platform remains secure for both admins and users?
Keep admin and investor access separate, encourage two-factor verification, review the activity log and the transactions list, and use the manual approval step for any contribution that needs a second look. Before launch plan penetration testing, an independent review of any contract you deploy, secret rotation and a restore test. Miracuves helps plan these tasks but does not claim they are already done.
11Can I launch a token sale legally?
Whether you may offer a token to the public depends on the token and on every country where buyers live. In the US the SEC proposed new offering exemptions in August 2026 that are not final, and in the EU MiCA sets white paper rules with exemptions by value and by number of persons. Use specialist counsel to choose your route. Miracuves sells software and gives no legal advice.
12What is the realistic path to first revenue?
For a token sale the first revenue is the contribution itself: once a stage is live and verified investors can buy, proceeds arrive in the currencies you enabled. Referral bonuses are a cost to budget for, not income, and any fee charged to other projects for hosting their sales is a commercial term you agree outside the software.
13How defensible is a token-sale platform?
Defensibility comes from the investor list, the trust built across rounds and the quality of your checks, not from features a competitor can copy. Keeping KYC records, wallets and referral history in your own database lets that value build from the first round, and a transparent, well-run sale is hard to fake.
Launch & Miracuves5 questions
14What is the timeline for deploying the solution?
Ready-made delivery takes 6 days of Miracuves build time, covering rebranding and deployment to the hosting you provide. Gateway or wallet onboarding, and any listing or approval process outside Miracuves, run on their own timelines. Custom changes are scoped separately.
15Do I get the source code?
Yes. You receive the complete Laravel source code with no encryption, plus the database schema and migrations, the deployment configuration and the release notes, with no per-seat fee for keeping it running.
16Is there a mobile app?
The investor panel is responsive and the demo shows it working in a phone browser, with the account menu, stage cards, security settings and activity log. The demo does not show native Android or iOS apps, so none is promised on this page. If you need store apps, ask us to scope them as custom work.
17Which materials must I hand over prior to going live?
Hosting and a domain, your branding and business details, the wallets and payment accounts that will receive contributions, and keys for any third-party service you want connected. Miracuves does not apply for payment accounts on your behalf and does not write your privacy policy, terms or white paper.
18Why choose Miracuves to build an ICO launchpad clone?
Because the stages, the KYC step, the wallets and the admin console arrive working, with a release log that you can read before you buy. Miracuves has been building software since 2010, with 9,000+ projects delivered for 6,000+ clients and 90+ ready-made solutions. The ICO Launchpad Clone is a fixed $2,799, goes live in 6 working days, and comes with 60 days of guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of product updates, with a first response in under 2 hours Monday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00 IST.
