Swiggy Clone Client Reviews - Operators in Their Own Words
What clients say about building on Miracuves bases. Two of these come from delivery operators, one of them in grocery and food; the others come from other industries and are shown exactly as their authors gave them.
“Talokitoko is grocery and food delivery for the African diaspora market in Europe. The rider app, dispatch and the merchant console were already built, so we spent the engagement on our own local payment mix, the vendor onboarding flow and the regions we actually operate in. The platform was live inside a month, which was months faster than our internal estimate.”
“The team was running it on a dispatcher and a Google Sheet, and we needed a real platform quickly, because we were about to onboard a major retail client. Miracuves’s Delivery Genie base gave us the rider app, the dispatch console, and live tracking. We launched in 6 weeks and cleared 4x the previous order volume in the first month.”
“Floaters is a hyperlocal on-demand delivery service in Baltimore — same-day parcels, small-business drops, and a courier network. The team was running it on a dispatcher and a Google Sheet, and we needed a real platform — fast, because we were about to onboard a major retail client. Miracuves's Delivery Genie base gave us the rider app, the dispatch console, and live tracking. We added a multi-tenant layer for our B2B clients, our branded customer tracking page, and a custom COD/settlement module. We launched in 6 weeks. The retail client came on board, and we cleared 4x the previous order volume in the first month.”
“Every HMS I tried was built for general physicians, with no lesion mapping, no before/after tracking, and no procedure-based billing. Their MXHealth base gave us the patient app, doctor app, EMR and video consult out of the box. Front-desk time on scheduling and follow-ups is down ~70%, and we went fully digital in 9 months, where a fully custom job would have been 18.”
“Turo is the obvious reference, but the Caribbean specifics, from different insurance norms to different payment rails, meant we needed a real partner, not just a clone. Miracuves’s MXCar base covered the listing, the trip flow, and the host payouts. We launched in 6 working days and are live in three islands.”
“We were running it on phone calls and a paper calendar, and we were losing bookings to bigger OTAs. Miracuves’s GetmyBoat Clone base gave us the calendar, the booking flow, and the payment engine. Online bookings are up roughly 70% in the first six months, and the ops team finally has a live view of the fleet.”
“Building a compliant telehealth stack from scratch in three markets would have been a year-plus effort. Miracuves’s MXHealth base covered the patient and doctor apps, video consult, e-prescription and the pharmacy integrations. We launched in our first market in 9 weeks and rolled out to two more in the following six months.”
“We were juggling spreadsheets, a third-party GPS provider, and a phone. We needed a single operations console. Miracuves’s MXLogistics base covered the trip lifecycle, the driver app, and the customer tracking page. We’ve cut operations admin time by about 40%.”
Proof You Can Test
Swiggy Clone Reference Build - What the Public Demo Lets You Verify
No named operator has agreed to be published for this model, so this section says what you can check yourself instead of what we could claim.
Miracuves has not published a named client deployment of this product, and we will not invent one. What exists is the public MXiggy demo, which you can open and test before you decide.

- Open the customer, store and delivery apps with the demo logins
- Place an order and read its details page and delivery code
- Open the web storefront with the four service modules
- Ask for the admin and store panel logins on a call
- Read the order counters, the gross sale chart and the top lists
- Test the dispatch, wallet and promotion screens yourself
- Show only what the demo and the release log contain
- Keep add-ons labeled as add-ons, never as base features
- Quote custom changes in writing before work starts
We will not borrow another client's name, numbers or screenshots, and we will not present the demo as a past client's result. When a named deployment on this base is published, it will appear here.Miracuves product team · about this section
03The product
The Basics
What the Swiggy Clone App Does for Stores, Riders & Customers
A Swiggy Clone is a ready-made city delivery platform. Customers choose a service on the home screen, stores run their own menus and orders, delivery partners take the runs, and the operator watches it all from an admin dashboard that counts orders by stage.

More Than a Food App
Grocery, Food, Liquor and Parcel are four service modules under one brand, so a produce seller and a biryani kitchen share the same ordering flow.
Yours to Rework
The complete source code arrives unencrypted, so your own developers can change screens, rules and integrations later without asking us, and no per-seat fee applies.
Add-Ons Stay Add-Ons
A virtual chef class, local farm-fresh sourcing, a mystery meal box and eco-friendly packaging are separate modules priced on their own, never counted in the base.
Web, Android & iOS
What Is a Swiggy Clone Script?
The hard part of a delivery business is the coordination between three groups who never meet: the people ordering, the stores preparing and the riders carrying. The script already ties them together with order stages, a delivery verification code and a wallet, so your effort goes into your city, your stores and your brand.

- 01Grocery, food, liquor and parcel modules on one home screen
- 02Store pages with menus, ratings, delivery time and a cart bar
- 03Scheduled orders, delivery instructions and a handover code
- 04Wallet, coupons, loyalty points and refer and earn
- 05Admin, store and delivery-partner tools with zones and dispatch
You receive the customer, store and delivery apps, a web storefront, an admin panel and a store panel, with the complete source code. The mobile apps are Flutter, for Android and iOS.
Everything Included
Swiggy Clone Features - Four Services, Store Pages, Wallet, Delivery Runs & Promotions

- Featured stores listed under the tiles
- The same four modules on the web storefront

- Special Offer rows on the home screens

The same platform speaks several languages, sends alerts through push, SMS and email, and works with the analytics and ad pixels a marketing team normally wants.
- Language switcher with translation support
- Dynamic email templates
- Firebase push and SMS gateway alerts
- Google Tag Manager and Analytics compatibility
- Pixels for Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X and Pinterest
Before you buy, note this: You get the full platform, rebranded to your identity. What you bring: hosting and a domain, a verified developer account for the app stores, your branding and business details, a payment gateway that is already onboarded with KYC done, and any third-party keys. Apple and Google run the store review, which falls outside our 6-day build time.

Who Is This Swiggy Clone App For?
It suits anyone who wants to be the delivery layer for a town or a city, selling more than one kind of order, and who would rather build that business under their own name than list their stores on a bigger platform.
Founders opening a delivery business in one city or district, with local stores, a small rider fleet and one brand across the apps and the web.
Grocers and small chains who want online ordering with store pages, item lists, a cart bar and scheduled drops instead of phone orders.
Licensed shops who want a liquor storefront with category chips and offer rows, and who handle their own licences and age rules.
Groups running several kitchens who want their own ordering channel with menus, extras, notes and a rider handover.
Runner services who want parcels, gifts and documents on a customer app with a delivery partner app behind it.
Builders assembling a local app that sells food, groceries, liquor and errands together, region by region with the zone controls.
If your plan depends on connecting stores, riders and households in one place, a branded app puts the orders, the customer list and the delivery data on your side of the table, with the source code to prove it.

Swiggy Clone Use Cases - Neighborhood Delivery, Grocery Networks, Liquor & Errands
Different operators lean on different parts of the same product. A neighborhood app leads with scheduled orders and dispatch, a grocery network with store pages and basket rules, and an errand service with the parcel tile. You set the emphasis in configuration.
Swipe · 6
Launch in a single district with a dozen nearby stores, scheduled orders and a few riders, and let the dashboard show where orders wait for a partner.

Put supermarkets and produce sellers on one app, with store pages, item lists, favorites and the minimum-order and free-delivery rules you set.

Collect kitchens and cafes under one brand, with cuisine chips, special offers, extras and notes on every order and your commission on each one.

Run a liquor storefront beside food and grocery, with its own chips and offer rows, inside the licences and age rules of your jurisdiction.

Offer package, gift, electronics, document and bulk runs through the parcel tile, taken by delivery partners in their own app.

Open one zone at a time, read the dashboard per zone and add the next once orders, stores and partners are in balance.

One product, six ways to use it. All six cases share the customer app, the store and delivery apps and the admin panel. What differs is which stores you list, what commission you set, which zones you open and how it is branded, so there is a single codebase to look after.

Industries We Serve
The Swiggy Clone suits any business that moves goods from a local store to a doorstep. Restaurants and cafes list their menus. Supermarkets and produce sellers run grocery orders. Liquor stores sell inside their licences. Bakeries and sweet shops take scheduled orders. Convenience stores cover the late hours. Gift and electronics shops use the parcel tile. Courier desks run errands for documents and packages. Regional operators bring several of these together under one name.

06Under the hood
End to End
How the Swiggy Clone Works - Pick, Find, Order, Confirm, Deliver & Reorder
A customer sees only a handful of taps. Behind those taps runs a sequence: the store prepares, a rider is assigned, and the order is handed over. The chain is laid out below from the home screen through to delivery, then the order lifecycle that drives it.
Customer Journey - From the Home Screen to a Delivered Order

Under the Hood
Technology Behind the Swiggy Clone: PHP, Node.js, MySQL, Flutter & Firebase
Delivery software depends on a reliable web layer, a database that holds order states consistently and mobile apps with a native feel. The components below are the ones named on the product pages.
Web Platform
PHP · Bootstrap · Node.js- Storefront for the web plus panels for admins and stores
- Bootstrap-based responsive interface
- Dynamic email templates
- Maintenance mode with per-module control
Data Tier
MySQL- MySQL behind orders, stores, items and users
- Caching on the backend and the front end
- Query tuning noted in the release log
- Bulk import and export in admin
Customer, Store & Delivery Apps
Flutter · Android · iOS- Flutter full-component apps with current dependencies
- Three apps, three logins
- Release log tracks each Flutter SDK update
- Published from your own developer accounts
Alerts & Sign-In
Firebase · Twilio · SMS gateways- Firebase push notifications
- Firebase mobile OTP authentication
- Twilio listed among the services
- SMS gateway options such as Alphanet
Maps, Payments & Translation
Google Maps · Payment gateways · Translate- Google Maps for location and tracking views
- Payment gateways through your own accounts
- Cash on delivery toggle in admin
- Translation features for several languages
Files & Marketing Tags
Amazon S3 · Tag Manager · Pixels- Optional Amazon S3 storage connection
- Google Tag Manager and Analytics compatible
- Ad pixels for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and more
- SEO section control
The web and admin side is listed as PHP with the Bootstrap framework and Node.js, with MySQL as the database, and all three apps are Flutter. Google Maps, Twilio, Firebase, payment gateways and translation are third-party services that need your own accounts and keys, which you supply at deployment. Everything named here is mainstream and easy to hire for.
Build to Scale
Built to Grow - Zones, Caching, Storage & Bulk Tools
The platform is built so that adding stores, riders and orders is a matter of capacity and configuration. Here is what the demo and the release log show on that front.
Zone by Zone. The dashboard is managed per zone, so a second district is a new zone to read and not a second system to run.
Caching on Both Sides. The release log records caching in the backend and the front end, and tuned database queries, as part of the regular releases.
Files Kept Elsewhere. An Amazon S3 storage connection is listed in the release log, so images do not have to live on the web server.
Tools for Volume. Bulk import and export, filtered customer exports and a maintenance mode with per-module control help once the store list is long.
Zone by Zone
Dashboard figures are managed per zone, with an All Zones selector, so growth is a matter of opening the next zone.
- All Zones selector on the dashboard
- Year, month and week views
- Orders managed zone by zone
Cached Where It Counts
Backend and front-end caching, with business settings and list endpoints first, plus tuned database queries.
- Both backend and front end use caching
- Optimized queries with caching
- Asset files refined for speed
- Flutter SDK kept current
Storage Apart
A third-party storage connection with Amazon S3 is available, so photos and menus can sit away from the web server.
- Amazon S3 connection option
- Storage kept apart from the web server
Bulk Import & Export
Stores and catalogs can be loaded in bulk, and customer and subscriber lists exported with filters.
- Bulk import and bulk export
- Filtered customer export
- Filtered subscriber export
- Sortable lists across the admin
Maintenance Control
Advanced maintenance mode takes chosen modules offline for work, and the admin can still browse the site meanwhile.
- Per-module maintenance controls
- Admins keep access to the site while maintenance mode is on
- Low-stock and restock alerts
Steady Release Cadence
The log runs from V14.0 to V15.0 with a regular rhythm of fixes, interface updates and Flutter SDK compatibility.
Room to Change and Grow. Every city ends up needing something particular to its stores or its riders. With the complete source code and a conventional stack, adding a screen, a rule or an integration is ordinary development work that your team or ours can carry out.
If you are launching a delivery business: Start with the zone and the stores you are able to sign up, and grow on the single deployment you already have. When order volume climbs, capacity becomes a matter of hosting and configuration, while work outside the base gets its own scope and quote.
07Security and trust
Built to Be Checked
Swiggy Clone Security - Sign-In Controls, Role Separation, Handover Proof & Honest Limits
A delivery platform holds addresses, phone numbers, order histories and payment references, so what matters most is who can sign in, who can see what and what happens at the door. This section says what the platform does and what remains your work.

Customers, stores, delivery partners and admins each get their own app or panel and their own login, so a store never opens the operator dashboard.
- Store & Partner Approval: New stores and delivery partners are approved by the admin before they join the platform, so nobody serves your customers unchecked.
- 02 · Sign-inSign-In Methods
Manual, OTP and social sign-in are options the admin switches on and off, with Firebase mobile OTP for phone logins and Apple login on the customer app.
- 03 · HandoverHandover Proof
Each order carries a delivery verification code, and the handover can be confirmed by image and OTP, so there is a record that it arrived.
- Refund Handling: An order refunds menu and a refund details page give the operator one place to settle a cancelled or disputed order.
- 04 · AccountsAccount Controls
The admin can block, unblock, approve or deny users, with email notifications, and manage reviews and feedback from user management.
- Review Moderation: User management covers accounts, reviews and feedback, so a store's reputation is handled by a person and not left to chance.
- 05 · PaymentsPayments Through Your Gateway
Payments run through the gateway you connect under your own merchant account, and the platform keeps the order and payment records beside them.
- Failed-Payment Counter: The dashboard counts payment failed orders beside cancelled and refunded ones, so a gateway problem shows up quickly.
- 06 · AdminAdmin Access
The admin login address can be changed from the admin panel, and admin employees get their own logins instead of sharing one.
- Maintenance Mode: Advanced maintenance mode takes selected modules offline, while the admin can still browse the site to check it.
- Named Launch Tasks: Penetration testing, key rotation, a restore drill and a review of your own gateway settings are listed as pre-launch work, not assumed to be done.
The platform is not certified under any security framework, and Miracuves does not claim ISO 27001: the base is built to the controls those frameworks expect. Penetration testing, secret rotation and a restore test are launch tasks we plan with you.
Discuss Security Before LaunchMarketplace Readiness
Swiggy Clone Readiness - What the Software Covers Versus What the Operator Owns
A delivery app puts food, groceries, bottles and parcels in the hands of strangers. Miracuves builds the ordering, dispatch, handover and settlement tools; deciding which stores may sell, what licences they hold and what the law requires where you operate stays with you as the operator.
On this page, ready describes software you can see working in the demo or the admin panel. It is not a statement that the platform or Miracuves has been licensed, certified or approved by anyone, and nothing here is legal advice.
Built Into the Software
Four service modules, store pages and menus, scheduled orders, a wallet, coupons and loyalty points, a delivery verification code, separate logins for customers, stores, delivery partners and admins, and an admin dashboard with order counters, refunds and reports.
Left to the Operator
Your terms of service and privacy policy, which stores and delivery partners you accept, what documents you ask them for, how complaints and refunds are decided beyond the defaults you configure, and any tax invoicing your market requires.
Food, Alcohol & Parcel Rules
Food hygiene registration, alcohol licences, minimum-age rules, permitted delivery hours and limits on what a courier may carry differ by country and often by city. The platform shows a Liquor module and a handover code; it does not check a licence or a customer's age.
Where You Operate
Rules for platform workers, consumer protection, data protection and fee caps on delivery apps differ by market, and some cities limit what a platform may charge a store. Check them with qualified local advisers before you open orders.

How Operators Earn
Swiggy Clone Revenue Models - Store Commission, Delivery Charges, Errand Fees & Paid Placement
A one-app delivery business earns on several lines at once, and the platform keeps each line apart, so changing one leaves the rest as they were.
Commission and delivery charges carry most days. Placement, errands and wallet balance grow with the number of stores and the number of regular customers.
- 01
Store Commission
The admin dashboard tracks an admin commission line next to gross sale, so the share you keep from each store order is a setting you control, not a fixed rule.
- 02
Grocery & Liquor Store Fees
Grocery and liquor are separate service modules, so you can agree a rate for them apart from restaurants when you sign each store.
- 03
Delivery Charges
The customer pays a delivery charge, the rider earns a part of it and the platform keeps the rest as the delivery commission. A minimum order and a free-delivery threshold decide when it is waived.
- 04
Errand Runner Fees
Parcel runs for packages, gifts, documents and other items can carry their own charge, separate from the food and grocery menus.
- 05
Paid Banners & Campaigns
Campaigns, banners and other banners are built into the promotion tools, so placement above other stores becomes something a store can pay for.
- 06
Wallet Top-Ups
Customers can add money to a wallet, with an optional fund bonus. Prepaid balance sits with the platform until it is spent on orders.
| Revenue stream | How it is charged | Take rateTypical take rate | What sets the ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store Commission | A percentage of the food or goods subtotal on every marketplace order, deducted before the store is paid. | Uber Eats posts 20%, 25% and 30% marketplace tiers; DoorDash 15%, 25% and 30%; Grab says 15%-30% on average. | What stores will accept. Pickup is cheaper (6% at DoorDash, 7% at Uber Eats), and New York City caps basic service fees at 5% of the order. |
| Grocery & Liquor Store Fees | The same commission engine, applied to supermarkets and liquor stores, whose baskets are bigger and margins thinner. | Instacart reports transaction revenue of 7.2% of gross transaction value; Uber Eats leaves grocery and retail rates to individual agreement. | Retailer margins. A basket of packaged goods cannot carry a restaurant-sized cut, so a multi-category app usually lets the rate differ by store type. |
| Delivery Charges | A charge paid by the customer for each run, split between the rider and the platform. | New York City caps the delivery fee a platform may bill a restaurant at 15% of the order, with limited exceptions. | Local rules and rider cost. Where a cap applies, the customer-facing charge is the part you can still shape. |
| Errand Runner Fees | A fee for each parcel run, with no store commission behind it. | Uber Direct pricing starts at $6.99 per delivery; DoorDash Drive charges $9.75 within 5 miles plus $0.75 per extra mile. | Distance and speed. Both published prices rise with mileage, so zone size sets how much of that fee you can keep. |
| Paid Banners & Campaigns | Stores pay for banner space and campaign slots on the home screens. | Instacart reported advertising and other revenue of 2.9% of gross transaction value in the second quarter of 2026. | Store competition. A new city with few stores has little to sell, because demand for top placement grows with the number of stores bidding. |
How to read this. Commission tiers are the ones Uber Eats and DoorDash post for merchants, and the range for Southeast Asia is the one Grab gives in a Thailand explainer. The Uber Eats merchant terms leave grocery and retail fees to a written agreement. City limits come from the New York City consumer agency. Grocery and advertising shares are Instacart's reported figures for the second quarter of 2026, and the errand benchmarks are the per-run prices on the Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive pages. Treat every number as an input for your own spreadsheet. None of them is a quote, and none of them forecasts what your platform will earn.
Market Benchmarks
Food Delivery Market Benchmarks - Independent 2025-2026 Data
The revenue models above are ours. The figures below are not. They come from the DoorDash and Uber annual reports on Form 10-K, Eternal's Q4FY26 results and talabat's Q4 2025 results, reproduced as published. Together they show what delivery platforms at scale keep from each order in the US, India and the Middle East, so you can test your own business case against numbers you can check.
13.4% Net Revenue Margin at DoorDash in 2025
DoorDash reports Marketplace GOV of $102.0 billion in 2025, up 27 percent, and 3.2 billion Total Orders, up 23 percent, in its annual report on Form 10-K. Revenue was $13.7 billion. DoorDash defines Net Revenue Margin as revenue expressed as a percentage of Marketplace GOV, and reports 13.4 percent for 2025, consistent with 2024.
$17.2bn in Uber Delivery Revenue in 2025
Uber's 2025 annual report on Form 10-K shows Delivery segment revenue of $17.2 billion, up 25 percent from $13.8 billion in 2024, on Delivery Gross Bookings growth of 22 percent. Uber attributes part of the rise to a $568 million increase in advertising revenue, and reports Delivery Adjusted EBITDA of $3.6 billion, up $1.1 billion.
5.5% Adjusted EBITDA Margin in Zomato Food Delivery
Eternal, the parent of Zomato, reports that food delivery net order value grew 18.8 percent year on year and gross order value 22.5 percent in the quarter ended 31 March 2026. Adjusted EBITDA margin, as a percentage of net order value, was 5.5 percent, an absolute INR 532 crore, up 24 percent year on year.
$9.5bn in talabat GMV Across MENA in 2025
talabat reports 2025 GMV up 28 percent to US$9.5 billion and revenue up 33 percent to US$3.9 billion, both at constant currency, with Adjusted EBITDA of US$615 million, or 6.5 percent of GMV. In the fourth quarter its GMV-to-revenue conversion ratio was 42 percent, as grocery and subscription revenue outweighed lower commission rates.

Market Timing
Why Build a Multi-Service Delivery App in 2026?
Local delivery is won street by street, and most households already use more than one ordering app. A single app under your own brand gives you the stores, the riders and the repeat customers that bigger platforms currently keep.
01One App Beats Four Icons on a Phone
A household that orders dinner, groceries and the odd bottle in a week would rather keep one app and one wallet. Putting every service under one brand is how you become that app.
02Stores Want a Channel They Control
Local stores know the cost of leaving the customer relationship with a large listing site. A branded channel with their own menu and POS keeps it closer to them.
03Errands Fill the Quiet Hours
Parcel runs for gifts, documents and packages use the same riders between meal peaks, so the fleet earns beyond the lunch and dinner rush.
04Handover Proof Builds Trust
A delivery verification code and an image or OTP check at the door let customers and stores see that an order arrived, which settles most disputes early.
05Your Brand, Your Customer List
When the app carries your name, the order history, the reviews and the repeat purchases stay in your database instead of someone else's.
06Buy Versus Build Is Quick to Settle
Three apps, a storefront, panels and a wallet are most of a delivery business. After 6 days of our build time, a white-label copy is running on your own hosting.

Days of Build Time
The unglamorous middle of a delivery business is order stages, rider assignment, handover and settlement. Here it is already built, and you spend your time on stores and neighborhoods.
The Commercial Case
Marketability, Revenue Potential & Business Prospects
A multi-service delivery app earns when stores trust it enough to list and households trust it enough to order again. Everything that follows is about making those two decisions easier, and about owning the relationship once they have been made.
- 01
Several Lines From One Order
A single order can earn store commission, a delivery charge and, over time, paid placement, so revenue grows with order count instead of headcount.
- 02
Four Services, One Customer
Food, grocery, liquor and parcel under one brand give a household more reasons to open your app, which lifts how often each customer orders.
- 03
Owned Stores, Riders & Customers
Store accounts, delivery partners, reviews and order history sit in your database, so the value of the network accumulates with you.
- 04
Exit Optionality
You hold the complete source code, so a future change of host, team or direction needs no one's permission.
- Store Commission
- Grocery & Liquor Store Fees
- Delivery Charges
- Errand Runner Fees
- Paid Banners & Campaigns
- Wallet Top-Ups
Features matter less than store density and customer habit when it comes to staying power.
- 01Stores that built menus on your app do not casually leave
- 02Households with a wallet balance and order history return
- 03That accumulation starts at launch and stays in your database
- 04Reliable delivery and quick refunds are the second moat
The three cases vary solely by store count, and each one points to the lever that matters most at that scale. Treat them as material for planning talks and not as forecasts of any delivery business's earnings.
Early revenue is carried by commission and delivery charges.
A small launch where a handful of stores and a few riders serve one district, and commission plus the delivery charge cover running costs. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
Commission, delivery charges and the first paid banners.
A city where many stores compete for the same screens, so campaigns and banners begin to matter, and errand runs fill the hours between meal peaks. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
Several zones, with placement and wallet balance both active.
A network across many zones, where paid placement, parcel runs and prepaid wallet balance add up beside commission, and the dashboard shows which zone to feed next. Illustrative size, not a forecast.
10Why Miracuves
Why Miracuves
Miracuves Compared With Other Swiggy Clone Developers
There are several ways to get a delivery app: a generic ordering script, a freelancer, an agency, or a ready-made base from a team that has delivered it before.
Why Founders Choose Miracuves
- 01
All Three Sides Built
Customer, store and delivery partner each get an app of their own, with panels and an admin behind them. Many scripts stop at the customer side.
- 02
Dispatch Counters Included
The admin dashboard counts orders from unassigned to delivered, so the operator sees where an order is stuck without opening a spreadsheet.
- 03
Errands Beside Food & Grocery
A parcel tile with five categories ships next to Grocery, Food and Liquor, so a runner service does not need a separate product.
- 04
Full Source Code Ownership
The whole codebase arrives unencrypted, so nobody can reprice it or change the terms later.
- 05
A Demo You Can Open
Three app logins and a public storefront let you test the product before paying, which is more than a screenshot gallery.
- 06
Plain Readiness Language
This page says what is a base feature, what is an add-on and what you supply yourself, including gateway accounts, hosting, licences and store developer accounts.

| Source-Code Ownership | Complete, unencrypted | Often limited or locked | Usually yes |
| Service Depth | Grocery, food, liquor and parcel modules | Usually food only | Whatever the budget allows |
| Three-Sided Apps | Customer, store and delivery apps | Often customer only | Built to order |
| Dispatch & Orders | Order counters and a dispatch tab | Basic status list | Custom integration |
| Admin & Reports | Dashboard, refunds, top lists and transactions | Thin or absent | Built to order, extra cost |
| Security & Compliance | Role logins, handover proof, honest limits | Minimal | Varies widely |
| Cost vs Speed vs Quality | Fixed price, fast, tested base | Low price, high risk | Expensive and slow |
| Ongoing Support & Updates | 60 days guidance, 6 months bug fixes, 12 months updates | Rarely offered | Set by the contract |
Few routes to a delivery app make it through a first busy month unchanged. This is where they part ways.

Swiggy Clone App: Newest Guides & Insights
Stay up to date with guides on how to build a multi-service delivery app, how the technology fits together and how to keep stores, riders and customers happy at the same time.

The product6 questions
01What is a Swiggy Clone?
A Swiggy clone is a ready-made multi-service delivery platform that you launch under your own brand. The Miracuves Swiggy Clone puts Grocery, Food, Liquor and Parcel on one home screen, with customer, store and delivery partner apps, a web storefront, and admin and store panels, delivered with the complete source code.
02Am I legally allowed to launch a delivery app like Swiggy?
Software with delivery features is generally lawful to build and sell. The Miracuves Swiggy Clone follows ordinary delivery-marketplace patterns, uses no code, design or content from Swiggy, and launches under your own brand, terms and commercial rules. Do not use the Swiggy name or logo in your own branding, and have local counsel confirm food, alcohol and courier rules in every city you serve. Miracuves gives no legal advice.
03Is it possible to adapt the Swiggy Clone to my own brand?
Rebranding is included in delivery. We apply your logo, icons and brand palette to the web platform and the apps, then deploy them. The source code reaches you complete and unencrypted, so your developers or ours can modify flows, screens, payment gateways and features whenever the business calls for it. Anything past the base is scoped and quoted in writing before work begins.
04What technologies are used to develop the Swiggy Clone?
The web and admin side is listed as PHP with the Bootstrap framework and Node.js, with MySQL as the database. The customer, store and delivery apps are built with Flutter for Android and iOS. Third-party services include Google Maps, Twilio, Firebase, payment gateways and translation, which run on your own accounts and keys.
05Is the Swiggy Clone scalable for large operations?
The dashboard is organized by zone, and the release log records backend and front-end caching, tuned database queries and an optional Amazon S3 storage connection, while bulk import and export help with long store lists. We do not publish order-volume figures for the demo, so size your hosting to your own traffic and ask us for a capacity plan if you expect heavy load.
06Is the app available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. The customer, store and delivery apps are Flutter apps for Android and iOS, and the web storefront is responsive in a browser. We publish the apps from your own developer accounts. Store review is handled by Apple and Google and sits outside our 6-day build time.
Customers, stores & riders8 questions
07How do I place an order on the Swiggy Clone app?
A customer opens the home screen, picks Grocery, Food, Liquor or Parcel, finds a store or item with search and category chips, adds items to the cart bar, adds notes or a scheduled time, and pays. The app then shows an order confirmed message with the order number.
08Can I track my order in real time?
Each order has a details page with its status, the pickup store, the drop address and a Track Order button, and the location features run on Google Maps. A delivery verification code is shown for the handover.
09What payment methods are supported?
Customers can pay from the in-app wallet, with cash on delivery when you switch it on in the admin panel, or through the payment gateways you connect. Which cards or local methods appear depends on your gateway and your market. You supply an already onboarded gateway account with KYC complete.
10Can I schedule orders for later delivery?
Yes. An order stores a scheduled-for time next to a delivery instruction such as leaving the parcel at the front door, and both appear on the order details page.
11How can restaurants and shops register on the platform?
Stores sign up through the seller section of the web storefront or the store app, and the admin approves them before they go live. After approval a store logs into the store panel or the store app.
12How do stores manage orders and menus?
The store panel and the store app handle incoming orders, items and the point-of-sale screen, and stores can reply to reviews and receive low-stock warnings. Customers can also send restock requests that notify them when an item returns.
13How are delivery tasks assigned?
New orders appear on the admin dashboard as unassigned until a delivery partner accepts one, and the dashboard keeps a separate counter for orders accepted by a partner. A Dispatch Management tab in the top bar is where the operator follows orders that are still waiting.
14How do delivery partners sign up and get paid?
Partners can join from the customer profile or through the delivery app, and the admin approves them. The dashboard tracks the delivery commission next to gross sale and admin commission, and your payout schedule and incentive rules are business decisions you set with your riders.
Admin, money & promotions7 questions
15What kind of control does the admin have over the platform?
The admin panel covers orders and refunds, a point-of-sale screen, promotions, categories and product setup, stores and delivery partners, transactions and reports, settings, languages and bulk import and export. The admin can approve or deny accounts, manage reviews and feedback and switch sign-in methods on or off.
16Can I manage multiple cities or zones from one admin panel?
The dashboard has an All Zones selector and shows its figures zone by zone, so you can read one district at a time or all of them together. Opening a new zone is a configuration step, not a new installation.
17Can I run discounts and promotions?
Yes. The Promotion Management group in the admin panel has campaigns, banners, other banners, coupons, cashback, flash sales and push notifications, and customers see coupons and loyalty points in their profile. Refer and earn and a wallet fund bonus are part of the release history.
18Is there a way to track revenue, commission and generate reports?
Yes. The dashboard shows a gross sale chart with admin commission and delivery commission, user statistics, and top lists for stores, items, delivery partners and customers. The Transactions and Reports tab covers the money side, and customer and subscriber lists export with filters.
19Can I sell liquor on the platform?
The demo includes a Liquor module with category chips and liquor-tagged product cards. Selling alcohol is regulated almost everywhere, so licences, minimum-age checks and delivery hours are your responsibility as the operator, and the platform does not verify a licence or a customer's age.
20How is first revenue realistically reached with this platform?
Most delivery apps start with store commission and the delivery charge, because both are earned on the first completed order. Errand fees follow once the parcel tile has riders to serve it, and paid banners and campaigns come later, when enough stores compete for the same screen. Wallet top-ups arrive as customers get used to the app. Other lines sometimes named for this kind of platform, such as memberships, white-label licensing to another operator or corporate ordering, depend on your own commercial arrangements and are agreed rather than built in.
21How defensible is a multi-service delivery app?
Staying power is built on density and habit, not on features. A store whose menu and customers live on your app rarely walks away, and a household with order history, a wallet balance and loyalty points tends to open your app before any other. From launch day the platform starts that buildup and holds it in your database. Dependable delivery and fast refunds form the second moat, since trust in a service is difficult for others to copy.
Launch & Miracuves5 questions
22How long does it take to get the solution live?
Miracuves needs 6 days to deliver the ready-made platform, a span that includes rebranding, deployment to your hosting and publishing the apps from your developer accounts. Apple, Google and your payment provider control store review and gateway onboarding, which is why those fall outside the 6 days. Custom changes get their own scope.
23Is the source code handed over to me?
Yes. You receive the complete source code for the web platform and the Flutter apps with no encryption, with no per-seat fee or runtime license.
24Which items do I have to provide before launch?
You provide hosting and a domain, plus a verified developer account to publish the apps from. Add to that your branding and business details, a payment gateway that is already onboarded with KYC finished, and third-party keys such as Google Maps, Twilio or Firebase. Applying for gateways for you, or drafting your privacy policy and terms, is outside what Miracuves does.
25Do you offer post-launch support and updates?
Yes. From launch day, three support periods overlap: platform guidance that is dedicated for 60 days, priority bug resolution for 6 months and continuous product evolution for 12 months. The first response comes within 2 hours, Monday through Saturday, 10:00-19:00 IST.
26What makes Miracuves a good choice for building a Swiggy clone?
Because the three apps, the storefront and the admin counters arrive working, in a fixed-price package you can test in the demo before paying. Miracuves has been building software since 2010, with 9,000+ projects delivered for 6,000+ clients and 90+ ready-made solutions. The Swiggy Clone is a fixed $3,399, goes live in 6 working days, and comes with 60 days of guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of product updates.
