End-to-end encryption is delivered. The operational layer around the keys is not: encrypted chat backup and restore when somebody changes phone, and a recovery path for a user who loses theirs. Decide how people get in

The scope is the demo. Two live accounts sit on the hub page and you can message between them right now. There is no discovery phase that discovers the price was optimistic, because the platform already exists and runs on live infrastructure.

No per-user or per-message charge. This is the cost structure the whole category usually gets wrong. A chat SDK priced per monthly active user turns growth into a bill; here your ten thousandth user costs you hosting and nothing else.

No per-minute calling bill. Calls connect device to device rather than through a vendor, so conversation volume is not a line item. A product built on a rented calling service gets more expensive precisely as it succeeds.

The limitations are named before purchase. No payments or subscription billing, no encrypted backup or key recovery, no enterprise single sign-on, no multi-server real-time adapter, no object storage migration, no immutable audit logging and no outbound webhooks are all stated here and on the hub.
