Bet365 Clone Development Cost: What a Betting Platform Costs in 2026
The matching engine is the expensive part, and it is the part nobody quotes honestly. Here is our fixed price, the documented from-scratch range it replaces, and the costs that sit outside any software invoice.

What a Multi-Vertical Betting Platform Costs Each Way
Four routes to the same destination, with what each one actually asks of you.
| Route | Typical Cost | Time to Live | What You Get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Generic clone script | Low four figures | Unknown / DIY | Odds display and a feed. No real exchange, thin back office, source often encrypted or limited. |
| Miracuves Bet365 Clone | $3,399 fixed | 6 days | Exchange with a working matching engine, sportsbook, casino, six-currency wallet, immutable ledger, compliance tooling, full source. |
| Custom development agency | Six figures and up | 6 - 9+ months | Built to your spec, priced by scope. Quality and betting-domain experience vary widely. |
| Build from scratch in-house | $1.29m - $2.95m | 18 - 36 months | Total control. The matching engine alone accounts for $300k - $800k and 8 - 14 months of that. |
From-scratch figures are the documented build estimate for equivalent scope - three verticals, a real exchange engine, multi-currency wallet with an immutable ledger, and a compliance surface. They are the numbers this category is priced against, not a marketing comparison.
What the Price Includes
One fixed price for the standard build. Anything genuinely bespoke is quoted on top rather than hidden inside a range.
| ReadyMade Turnkey | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | $3,399 fixed, one-time | Custom quote |
| Go-live | 6 days | Based on final scope |
| Best for | Startup operators, emerging-market brands and crypto gaming companies | Established operators, multi-country groups, media owners and enterprises |
| What you get | The platform exactly as demonstrated, with your branding, self-hosted on your infrastructure | Built around your regulatory situation, scale and integration requirements |
| Source code | Full ownership | Full ownership |
Both routes ship the same core: the exchange engine, sportsbook, casino, wallet, ledger and operator console. The difference is how much is changed before it goes live.
What Moves the Number
Six things change a betting platform budget. Five of them are not the software.
Vertical mix
Running all three verticals costs no more in software, but a casino-led brand needs provider contracts an exchange-led brand does not.
Payment rails
Stripe card processing is integrated. Bank transfer and crypto rails are configuration required, and every local method your market expects follows the same provider pattern.
Casino provider integration
Game providers are commercial agreements with their own fees and revenue splits. Live dealer is integration-ready rather than integrated.
Sports data feed
Pricing, fixtures and in-play scores come from a data subscription. This is a recurring cost that scales with sports coverage and update frequency.
KYC automation
The manual review workflow ships. Automated document verification means a third-party identity provider and its per-check pricing.
Your licensing regime
The largest and most variable cost, and it is not ours to quote. It depends entirely on which jurisdiction you apply in.
The Six-Day Path to Live
What happens on our side, and what runs on a clock we do not control.
Brand and configure
Your identity applied across web, iOS and Android. Currencies, verticals and market types configured to your plan.
Deploy and connect
Deployment to your infrastructure. Stripe, data feed and any casino provider credentials connected and tested end to end.
Settle and hand over
Margin configuration validated, the risk desk walked through exposure and settlement, source code and documentation transferred.
Six days is our side of it. Your gambling licence, merchant accounts, casino provider contracts and sports data subscription run in parallel on their own timelines and are the usual reason a public launch date moves. We can advise, but we cannot supply them.
Regional Development Rates
If you are pricing a custom build instead, these are the blended senior engineering rates you will be quoted against. They are market ranges, not Miracuves rates - our price is fixed and does not vary by your location.
| Region | Blended senior rate / hour | What it buys in this category |
|---|---|---|
| North America | $100 - $150 | Deep betting-domain talent, highest rate. Common for licensed US operators who need local regulatory familiarity. |
| Western Europe / UK | $80 - $120 | The largest concentration of real sportsbook and exchange experience, priced accordingly. |
| Eastern Europe | $40 - $70 | Strong iGaming engineering base. The most common outsourcing destination for betting platforms. |
| South Asia | $25 - $50 | Large talent pool and the widest quality spread - domain experience varies enormously between teams. |
| Southeast Asia | $30 - $55 | Growing iGaming presence, often close to the markets an operator is targeting. |
| Latin America | $35 - $65 | Time-zone overlap with North America, an emerging regulated betting market in its own right. |
Apply any of these to the documented 18 - 36 month from-scratch timeline and you land back in the $1.29m - $2.95m range. Rate shopping does not change the arithmetic much, because the matching engine takes the same 8 - 14 months wherever it is written. These are indicative market ranges gathered for comparison, not quotes we can offer or guarantee.
Why the Price Is Fixed, Not "Starting At"
A range exists so the number can move after you are committed. Ours does not move: $3,399 buys the platform you saw in the demo, rebranded and deployed, with the source code transferred to you. If you want something genuinely different - a bespoke integration, a multi-country group structure, unusual scale - that is the Enterprise route and it is quoted separately and up front.
What we will not do is quote a floor and then discover scope. The verticals, the wallet, the ledger, the compliance tooling and the operator console are all in the fixed price. Nothing on this page is an upsell waiting to happen.
Hidden Costs Most Quotes Leave Out
None of these are software line items. All of them are real.
| Cost | Who supplies it | Why it exists |
|---|---|---|
| Gambling licence | Your regulator | Legal permission to take a wager. Application, legal counsel and ongoing compliance are yours. |
| Merchant accounts | Acquiring bank / PSP | Betting is high-risk in payments terms. Approval takes time and often carries higher rates. |
| Sports data subscription | Data provider | Fixtures, prices and in-play scores. Recurring, scales with coverage. |
| Casino game providers | Game studios / aggregator | Commercial agreements with fees and revenue splits per provider. |
| Hosting and infrastructure | Your cloud provider | Self-hosted means you own the bill, and the matching engine wants memory. |
| Deployment hardening | You or us, scoped separately | WAF, secrets management and a monitoring stack are listed as hardening rather than shipped defaults. |
