Ask to see money moving to a farmer, a transporter and the platform from one delivered order, including what happens when it is disputed.

Can you trace a lot end to end?

Ask to follow one batch from collection through warehouse, quality inspection, dispatch and delivery. If that takes a support ticket, a recall will take a week.

What does load matching actually weigh?

Price-only matching does not reduce empty running. Ask whether lane compatibility, vehicle type and service history are in the score.

Is the language support real?

Ask to switch to Marathi or Telugu and walk a driver flow. Locale bundles that exist but are half-translated are worse than English only.

Who owns the lot history?

Will the field app work where my collection points actually are?
That is what offline-first means here. Drivers, farmers and warehouse staff queue their actions locally and sync when the connection returns, because rural collection points do not have reliable signal and the work cannot pause while they wait for it.
Does Miracuves handle food safety certification or licensing?
No. Certification, agricultural licensing and local marketplace regulation are yours and sit entirely outside software scope. What the platform provides is the evidence those obligations depend on: traceability, cold chain records and quality inspections against each lot.
Are there recurring fees after launch?
