Yatra Clone Development Cost: $3,999, Fixed
The expensive part of a B2B travel platform is the ledger, not the search. Balances that cannot go below zero however many agents book at once, credit ceilings enforced before confirmation, commission written with each booking, settlements that reconcile, supplier documents checked before trading and GST paperwork generated with every payout. Built from nothing, that is a long programme before the first agent logs in.

Five routes to a trade channel, and what each leaves you owning.
| Route | Typical cost | What you end up owning |
|---|---|---|
| Consumer booking script | $500 - $3,000 | A checkout. Credit, commission, settlements and supplier checks are all missing |
| Licensed B2B travel software | Setup plus monthly, per agent | A tool that charges more as your network grows, holding your credit book |
| Miracuves ready-made | $3,999 fixed | Trade and consumer channels on one ledger, in six working days |
| Custom agency build | $90,000 - $300,000 | A bespoke platform, and finance logic that has to be proven with real money |
| Enterprise programme | Six figures and up | A large team over eighteen months or more before the first settlement run |
These ranges describe what comparable scope tends to cost; they are not offers from us. Ours is the highlighted row and it holds after scoping. The second row is worth a second look: per-agent pricing turns every partner you sign into a new bill.
What the Price Includes
The trade channel, the corporate channel, the supplier network and the consumer channel, on one back office.
No licence fee, no charge per agent or per company account, and no share of trade or direct bookings. Your running costs are hosting and the accounts you choose, listed further down this page.
What Moves the Number
On a trade build the add-ons follow your commercial agreements. If your partner terms need one of these, it belongs in the first conversation.
Sub-agent hierarchy
Master agents or distributors who recruit and manage their own sub-agents, with commission split across the tiers. Every agent in the base build is a direct partner, so a distribution network built on tiers needs this added before it can run as agreed.
Agent-set markup
Agents earning a margin they choose above your trade price, rather than only the commission you configure. Common in markets where agents price their own retail fares, and it changes how statements and commission reports are calculated.
White-label agent sites
A booking website under each agency's own brand and domain, drawing on your inventory and back office. Valuable for networks whose agents want an online presence of their own, and quoted per the number of agencies and the level of customization.
Corporate single sign-on
SAML or a corporate identity provider for company employees, beyond the included Google sign-in. Larger corporate clients' IT teams frequently require it, and it is scoped against the specific identity system each client uses.
Multi-tenant and channel sync
Separate isolated platforms for resellers or regional partners, each with its own brand, partners and settings, and two-way rate and availability sync between directly listed hotels and outside channels. Both are quoted before work starts.
Accounting exports and dynamic terms
Scheduled exports of statements, payouts and tax documents in the format your accounting or ERP software imports, and commission or margins that change automatically by partner tier, volume, season or route.
Every add-on is quoted in writing before work begins and none is assumed into the fixed price. Custom work typically takes two to eight weeks depending on scope.
The Six-Day Path to Live
What happens in the six working days, and what your side starts on day zero.
Settle the commercial terms
The commission agents earn, the share suppliers pay, your margin by category, the first credit policy and the corporate plan prices. If your agreements need sub-agents, agent markup or agency sites, that is scoped today. Gateway approval, SMS sender registration, app store accounts and supplier accounts all start today too.
Brand the portals and the storefront
Name, logo, colors and domain across the agent, corporate, supplier and settlement portals, the consumer website and both apps, so partners and travelers see one business and never a vendor's mark.
Deploy and connect accounts
Containers onto your cloud behind TLS, PostgreSQL and Redis provisioned, object storage for supplier documents, Razorpay and Stripe connected for top-ups and payments, email and SMS configured, and approved supplier accounts connected with demo inventory covering the rest.
Configure the back office
Commission, vendor share and margins entered, corporate plans created, staff roles set so sales, operations, support and accounts each reach only their own tasks, and the permissions for granting credit and releasing payouts assigned to the people who should hold them.
Walkthrough and training
A supplier applies and is approved against its documents. An agent is given a credit ceiling, books for a client from their balance and sees the commission. A corporate booking waits for approval. Then the settlements desk produces the statement and releases a payout with its GST document.
The support window
60 days of guidance, 6 months of priority bug fixes and 12 months of updates, usually alongside your first partner onboarding drive. Add-ons such as corporate SSO or accounting exports run inside that window on their own scoped schedule.
Six working days covers the standard platform with your branding, commission rules, margins, corporate plans and payment options. Approvals from gateways, messaging providers, app stores and suppliers run on their own timelines.
Regional Development Rates
A from-scratch trade platform cannot be priced honestly without knowing your team. What can be stated is its shape, eighteen months or more of senior engineering, much of it on finance logic, and what an hour of that costs.
| Region | Senior engineer, blended hourly | What an 18-month-plus programme implies |
|---|---|---|
| India | $25 - $60 | The lowest rate, and still many engineer-years before credit and settlements are trusted with partner money |
| Southeast Asia | $25 - $55 | Strong TypeScript talent, where the risk shifts to getting the ledger specification right |
| Gulf and Middle East | $60 - $130 | Close to many travel trade markets, and no faster for it |
| Eastern Europe | $45 - $95 | Solid fintech-style engineering, with travel supplier knowledge usually learned on your budget |
| Western Europe | $90 - $170 | Experienced B2B teams, priced accordingly once employer costs are counted |
| North America | $120 - $220 | A seven-figure programme before the first agent statement is produced |
Why we give you the rate instead of the total
A single total would be guesses about your team, your region and how carefully you specify the money side, presented as a finding. The booking screens are the easy part. What consumes the time is a balance that stays correct when many agents book in the same second, a credit ceiling that cannot be beaten by parallel requests, commission and vendor share that still reconcile after partial refunds, statements that match what partners were actually charged, supplier documents stored safely, and tax paperwork generated without anyone preparing it by hand.
Indicative blended hourly figures for B2B and marketplace engineering, published so you can do the multiplication yourself. They are not quotes and not market statistics.
Why the Price Is Fixed, Not "Starting At"
What a fixed number commits us to
The scope is the demo. Agent, supplier, back office, sub-admin, owner, settlements and traveler logins all sit on one live demo. There is no discovery phase that discovers the price was optimistic, because the platform already exists.
No charge per agent or company. Your five hundredth agent and your fiftieth corporate account cost nothing extra from us. Licensed trade software that charges per partner makes growth expensive in exactly the way a distribution business cannot afford.
No share of any booking. Your margin on trade bookings, the commission suppliers pay you, corporate plan fees and the float on prepaid balances are all yours.
The gaps are named before purchase. No agent-set markup, no sub-agent tier, no agency white-label sites and no SAML sign-in in the base build are all stated here and on the hub.
What is never part of the price: a compliance certificate, an uptime figure or a best-fare guarantee. Those depend on your own audits, your hosting and your suppliers.
Hidden Costs Most Quotes Leave Out
None of these are ours to charge. On a trade business the first one is not a cost line at all, it is a risk line.
The credit you extend
Every credit ceiling is money outstanding until the agent settles. The platform enforces the limit and records who granted it, but choosing whom to trust, and absorbing the occasional agent who does not pay, is a financial decision with a real cost.
Partner recruitment and account managers
The agent portal does not sign agents and the corporate module does not win companies. A sales team visiting agencies and pitching travel desks is the cost that actually grows the network.
Verifying suppliers properly
Uploads and review queues are built. Somebody still has to read the GST certificate, match the bank statement and decide whether a property deed is genuine, and that is staff time that grows with your supplier network.
Supplier agreements
Flight, hotel and bus suppliers each have their own commercial terms and approval process, and some expect deposits or credit arrangements of their own. The trade price you can offer agents depends on what you negotiate here.
Gateway fees on top-ups
Agents topping up balances by card or UPI incur gateway fees. Many operators pass them on or encourage bank transfer for large top-ups; either way it is a cost to plan before you set commission levels.
Messaging and accounting tools
SMS and email for approvals, statements and booking notices scale with activity, and your accounting software still needs the figures. If you want them exported in its import format, that is an add-on; if not, it is staff time.
The first item is why credit permissions are finance-only and every ceiling change is audited. The platform makes credit controllable; it cannot make it risk-free.
