White Label Load Board Software · Provider

Choosing a White Label Load Board Software Provider: Four Routes

Anyone can demonstrate a board with loads on it, and every seller of white label load board software says much the same thing. The routes differ in what they answer when pressed: who holds the source and the data, what happens to the board when you stop paying, and what the load does once a carrier has won it. This page lines up a rented platform, a boxed script, a custom agency and Miracuves, and gives you the questions to put to all four, us included.

Rented Platform vs Script Vendor vs Custom Agency vs Miracuves

Four kinds of seller sit behind one search phrase. Their pricing pages look alike, but the differences show up after you have signed.

A rented platform can be the right call for an operator who wants hosting and licensing bundled into one bill and has no interest in owning code. Owning the source and the schema is the other route, and it is the one we sell.

Due Diligence

Questions Worth Asking Any Provider

Nine questions to ask every bidder in the same order. Compare the wording of the answers, not only their length.

01

Who owns the source and the schema?

Ask for the repository and the database structure by name. Being licensed to use software is different from owning it, and the difference surfaces the first time you want a new status or a custom fee rule.

02

What happens when you stop paying?

With some rentals, the board and its member list go dark with the invoice. With a platform you own, you carry on with a hosting bill. Get the answer written down.

03

What happens to a load after it is won?

If dispatch, tracking and billing take place elsewhere, you have bought a listings site. Ask to watch one load reach a driver, a map, a proof of delivery and an invoice on one record.

04

Can you show me a three-stop lane?

Multi-stop is where many freight schemas give out. Find out whether each pickup and delivery is an ordered record with contacts and times, or just an address field and a comments box.

05

Can one carrier read another's freight?

Competitors will share your platform. Ask whether access is decided by role alone, or whether every load, bid, message and document is checked against the person asking.

06

Is the mobile app native?

A web view inside an app shell is not the same product as a native build. Ask how many screens exist, and whether the phone and the browser call the same API.

07

Who supplies freight, carriers and rate data?

Ours does not. No freight, carrier records or rate feeds come with the platform, and your broker authority, bond and insurance are yours to hold. Treat any provider that implies otherwise with care.

08

What do the six days actually cover?

Branding, deployment onto your hosting, adapters, plans, toggles and a walkthrough. They do not cover your provider contracts, payment approvals or store accounts, none of which any seller controls.

09

Where is the list of exclusions?

A quote with no exclusions was not really costed. Ours is set out on this page, in the Platform Trust section, before you spend anything.

Most of these can be tested on the demo without taking our word for them: four role logins let you post, bid, negotiate and then open the same activity in the console. Anything the fully custom route would need is best discussed on a consultation call.

Process

The Six-Step Delivery Process

What happens between saying yes and running live freight, day by day.

Step 1 · Day 0

Choose the opening move and start the paperwork

You decide whether carriers or shippers come first, which roles switch on at launch, and which region's compliance rules apply. On the same day your side begins gathering brand assets, hosting access, pricing tiers and any payment or provider accounts, since those timelines set the real calendar.

Step 2 · Days 1 - 2

Your brand across every surface

Design tokens carry your name, logo and colors through the web client, the Flutter app, the console, the public SEO pages and the tracking link that outsiders see. The result shows no supplier name in the product or in the app stores.

Step 3 · Days 3 - 4

Deploy and wire in the accounts you hold

The application and its PostgreSQL database are installed on your hosting, packaged for cPanel, aaPanel or PM2. Credentials you already have for payments, calls, email, rates or compliance go in as environment settings, and mocks cover whatever is not yet contracted.

Step 4 · Day 5

Set plans, toggles and compliance

Subscription tiers land in the pricing plans, module toggles are set for each membership level, KYC requirements are defined, and the compliance adapter is aimed at your jurisdiction. Fee rules and thresholds follow how you intend to operate.

Step 5 · Day 6

Walk one load end to end, then hand over

Staff receive their roles, and we take a multi-stop load through a counter-offer, assignment, a GPS route with a geofence alert, a validated proof of delivery and an invoice. The source then lands in your repository.

Step 6 · After launch

Support you can rely on

Sixty days of guidance, six months of priority bug fixes and twelve months of updates. ELD adapters and any extra compliance filing are scoped separately and usually proceed inside that window.

Begin the outside contracts first. A finished platform without a rate provider, a payment approval or a telematics link can be live in six days and still not ready to serve every carrier.

Warning Signs

Red Flags That Mean Walk Away

Five claims that should end a sales call

"Freight and rate data are included." Someone owns that supply, and it is not you. A board is only useful with loads on it, and any data agreement has to be one you can read and can leave.

"You get a licence, and the code stays with us." Every change you want then becomes a favor to request. A board you cannot alter is a rented storefront wearing your logo.

"It is a mobile app" with no screen count or native build behind it. A web view in a wrapper will not track a truck in the background or hold up in a driver's hands. Ask to see it running on a phone.

"Providers are built in." A rate index, ELD or payment processor welded into the code means leaving it requires a rewrite, and freight contracts are renegotiated often.

A price with no named exclusions. Freight has known edges: rate feeds, telematics, compliance filing, enterprise identity, EDI. A figure that mentions none of them was not built from your requirements.

The first flag is the one to press hardest. Bundled supply feels like a head start, yet it tends to work like a lease.

Domain

What Load Board Software Has to Get Right

The parts that never show up in a screenshot yet decide whether carriers stay and whether a payment dispute can be won.

Stops kept in orderEach pickup and delivery is a child record with its sequence, dates, times, contacts and instructions, so a multi-stop run can be searched, dispatched leg by leg and invoiced, not squeezed into a text field.
Negotiation that outlasts the callPlain bids and counter-offers across several rounds sit on the load with bid statistics, bookmarks and lost reasons. The desk keeps its own price history without relying on anyone's recall.
An operating system for carriersVehicles, drivers, routes, HOS logs, DOT records, fuel purchases feeding IFTA, maintenance and speed violations sit in one place, letting a carrier run the week on your platform, not beside it.
Evidence at the moment of tenderVerification status, fleet visibility, reviews and ratings, broker credit and rate history appear next to the load, and transacting can be gated on verification. Carrier vetting moves out of memory and into a screen.
Walls between competitorsRole middleware runs at route level, and ownership is confirmed on each load, bid, message and document before a handler executes. Strict Zod schemas reject unknown fields, and login and API rate limits sit behind Helmet headers.
Documents you can defendBills of lading, rate confirmations and proofs of delivery are checked on extension, MIME type and magic bytes, saved under UUID names and served by role. Two audit trails record data changes with before and after values and administrative actions separately.

All six ship in the base build. Ask us to open any of them in the demo with data behind it.

Platform Trust

What We Have Not Done Yet

Six limits, set out before purchase because a provider that lists none has either not looked or is not telling you.

01

No freight platform in our portfolio yet

Miracuves has shipped marketplace, logistics and on-demand platforms, and those engagements are published with their own figures. No freight platform of this class is among them. So instead of borrowing proof from elsewhere, each statement here describes the software and can be checked in the demo.

02

We supply no freight, carrier data or rate feeds

The platform ships without loads, carrier records or third-party rate data. A market rate adapter is built, but it stays dormant until you add credentials from a provider you have contracted with. Your first carriers and shippers are yours to bring.

03

Authority and compliance remain yours

Holding a broker authority, a surety bond and insurance, verifying each carrier's operating authority, and meeting the transport rules of every market you serve are your responsibility. We supply software, not the authority to broker loads.

04

Telematics is integration work

GPS tracking and hours-of-service logging are built. Connecting a certified ELD provider so hours arrive automatically is scoped adapter work per vendor, and the factoring workflow for carriers is documented as future work and scoped as a module.

05

Hardening is scoped, and there is no certificate

Immutable audit sent to write-once storage, IP allowlisting on admin endpoints, single sign-on, an analytics warehouse feed and EDI translation are quoted separately. The controls are arranged to be assessor-friendly, which is not a certification, and the upload virus-scan field awaits a scanner.

06

What exists is real

Multi-stop loads, bids and counter-offers, auto-bid rules, dispatch, GPS with geofences, a carrier TMS, KYC and compliance adapters for US DOT, Saudi Bayan and India eGST, validated documents, invoicing, four role logins and a console with two audit trails.

Miracuves is an independent software company. The product carries no code, design or content taken from any third-party load board, and none is affiliated with it.

Modelled

Modelled Reference Deployment

An illustration, not a client story. It shows how the platform could be configured for a carrier network that wants a board of its own for members. Each number describes the build, and none reports a result.

Illustrative Scenario

A Regional Carrier Network Opening Its Own Board

A trade association of regional carriers that wants a members-only freight board and TMS in its own name, with what each membership level can use decided by the association.

Illustrative onlyNo client namedSector modelled: freight networks
74Database tables in the base build
126Native mobile screens shipped
6 daysStandard deployment window

The situation: members that post and cover freight over the phone, an association that cannot see which carriers are verified or compliant, and no way to offer a paid tier with different entitlements without buying several separate tools.

The configuration: the association's brand on the web client, the Flutter app and the console; KYC review and verification gating deciding who may transact; module toggles and pricing plans mapping each membership tier to what it can use; and the compliance adapter set to the association's jurisdiction.

What is already in the base build: the board with bids and counter-offers, dispatch to a named vehicle and driver, GPS tracking with public links, the carrier TMS, document validation, invoicing, and an admin console with a financial overview and both audit trails.

No named freight client is quoted on this page and none is implied. We would rather label an illustration honestly than borrow credibility from a different kind of project.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a platform provider the same as a custom agency?
No. A platform provider sells a finished product you can run within days, while a custom agency builds to a specification over months. This page helps you choose the first kind. If your requirements do not fit a finished platform, say so on the consultation call and we will tell you plainly whether custom work is the better route.
What do I own once it is handed over?
The complete monorepo: the React 18 web client, the Express API with more than 280 endpoints, the shared Drizzle schema across 74 PostgreSQL tables, the 126-screen Flutter app and the operator console, with the documentation set. There is no runtime licence, no per-seat fee and no revenue share.
Have you delivered a freight platform before?
Not one of this class. Miracuves has built platforms since 2010, with more than nine thousand projects completed, and named engagements are published in the portfolio with their own figures. Because none of them is a freight platform, the reference deployment above is modelled, and every number in it describes the software.
Who reviews KYC and compliance submissions?
You do. The review queues, verification gating and compliance record types are built, role-scoped and logged. The tooling comes from us, whereas the decision on whether a carrier's authority and insurance are acceptable is yours, and it should leave a defensible record behind each choice.
Can you connect our carriers' ELD providers?
Yes, as scoped adapter work for each vendor. GPS positions, geofencing and hours-of-service logging already exist, so the task is to map a provider's API onto the existing interface. Carriers usually arrive with whichever ELD they already pay for, so many operators plan for a series of small integrations.
Who is this not the right choice for?
A buyer who expects freight, carrier records or rate data to be supplied, or who expects us to provide broker authority, a bond or insurance. We ship software. It suits brokerages, carriers, freight networks, 3PLs and regional operators that bring their own supply and their own authority.

Put these questions to every seller

Bring the nine questions above to each call, ours included. Begin with the one about who owns the source and what happens when you stop paying.

About this category

“White label load board software” describes a category of product, not any one company. Brand names appear elsewhere on this site only to describe the kind of platform being built and the terms buyers search for.

Who built this

The entire design and codebase is built by our own team. The product contains no code, design, graphics, or content originating from any third-party load board website or application.

Authority and compliance are yours

No freight, carrier data or rate feeds are supplied with the platform. Holding your own broker authority, surety bond and insurance, verifying carrier operating authority, and meeting the transport regulations of every market you operate in are your responsibility. We supply software, not authority to broker loads. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
