White Label Marketplace Software Cost: One Price Against a Monthly Fee
Shop for white label marketplace software and the numbers arrive in different shapes: a monthly plan, a boxed script, a custom quote. They are not the same purchase, so they cannot be lined up on price alone. This page sets the routes side by side, shows our fixed figure, and lists the costs that stay on your own accounts whichever route you take.

Four Routes to a White Label Marketplace
Each route asks for a different kind of commitment, which is why the sticker prices never line up neatly.
| Route | Typical cost | Time to live | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rented or hosted platform | A recurring subscription with no one-time purchase | Quick to start, on the vendor's terms | A marketplace running on the vendor's servers under your name. The fee often covers hosting, a CDN and licensing, and the service stops when payment does. |
| One-time script | Open-market prices run about $250 to $1,500, while listings on code marketplaces begin below $10 and peak near $600 | Unknown / DIY | Source you can host yourself, though cheaper tiers often ship web-view apps instead of native ones, and some vendors withhold the code from every published tier. |
| Miracuves build | $2,799 once | 6 workdays | Six surfaces on one REST API, four wallets, a rider fleet with OTP handover and cash reconciliation, and the full Laravel 12 source in your repository. |
| Custom build in-house | A senior team working through an 18 - 30 month program | 18 - 30 months | Complete control over every decision, along with the ledger and refund edge cases that tend to surface in the second year. |
Do not read the rented route as the pricier or the cheaper one. What you are comparing is a one-time software purchase against a recurring fee that may include services we bill separately, such as hosting and a CDN. Under our route those are your own contracts, so add them to the sum before comparing totals.
What the $2,799 Covers
A single figure for the standard platform. Anything genuinely bespoke is quoted alongside it, never buried in a range.
Six surfaces in your branding
The buyer web storefront and Android app, the seller web panel and app, the rider app and the operator console, all fed by one REST API.
The Laravel 12 backend, complete
Nothing encrypted and nothing that phones home, along with a 131-table schema, reversible migrations and modules for AI, Blog and Tax.
Three Flutter projects
Buyer, seller and rider apps built on one shared architecture and moved into your repository at handover.
Wallets and ledgers
Four balances with append-only histories, commission taken and reversed automatically, settlement fees and withdrawal queues.
The rider fleet
Verified rider accounts, a job feed, live position, pickup and drop checkpoints, one-time-code handover and per-rider cash reconciliation.
Payment routes wired in
Eleven gateways plus offline methods you define and cash on delivery, every one ending in the same order record.
An operator console with limits
Staff accounts scoped by module, seller approval, listing moderation, coupons, tax setup and payout processing.
No usage fees
No runtime license, no seat fee, no charge per order and no slice of the commission you earn.
The Enterprise route is built on the same core and is quoted on its own, usually for retail groups, distributors, franchise networks and agencies needing custom modules or higher scale. Work beyond the base runs two to eight weeks depending on scope.
What Actually Moves a Marketplace Budget
Six items shape what you spend around the software. The software itself is the smallest of them.
Signing up sellers
No quote can price this for you. A marketplace without sellers is an empty shelf, and winning the first hundred is where the effort goes.
Gateway registrations
Each gateway you switch on needs a merchant account in your name, and platforms that hold seller money can expect closer questions than ordinary shops.
Running the riders
The rider app ships, but hiring riders, managing their cash and running the settlement cycle is work your team staffs.
Catalog content
Bulk import and AI-drafted copy shorten the job. The products, photos and category plan still come from you.
Sales tax setup
Classes bind to zones and appear as a line on each invoice, but the rates for your jurisdictions, and any advice behind them, are yours.
iOS, when you want it
Android is in the price. iOS compilation, signing and store submission are a separate scope, quoted on request.
Six Working Days, Then Your Own Clocks
The days below are ours. The approvals after them run on schedules we do not control.
Apply your identity
Name, icon, splash screen and palette go onto all six surfaces. We set commission bands, currencies, delivery zones, zip allowlists and tax classes to fit your market.
Setup and wiring
The platform is installed on infrastructure you choose. Your gateway credentials, SMS and email accounts and Firebase project go in, along with an OpenAI key if you use the AI module, and each is tested.
Walk an order, then hand over
We take a live order, cash included, through split, dispatch, code handover and settlement. Then the console is explained to your staff and the repositories move into your name.
Six days covers our deployment of the base platform and nothing more. Gateway approvals, recruiting sellers, loading the catalog and app store review all run alongside, each on its own timetable, and the hub says the same.
Rates per Hour by Region
If you are pricing out a custom build, quotes will be compared with the blended senior engineering rates listed below. These are market ranges, not Miracuves rates; our price is one fixed figure no matter where you are located.
| Region | Blended senior rate / hour | What you get for it here |
|---|---|---|
| North America | $100 - $150 | The top rate, for deep commerce and payments skill. Experience in last-mile logistics is scarcer than people assume. |
| Western Europe / UK | $80 - $120 | Priced to match a strong record in marketplace and PSP integration. |
| Eastern Europe | $40 - $70 | The regions that Laravel and Flutter marketplace work is most commonly outsourced to. |
| South Asia | $25 - $50 | A big pool of Laravel and Flutter developers, plus the region with the most experience in COD-heavy commerce. |
| Southeast Asia | $30 - $55 | An expanding base of commerce engineers, frequently close to the markets an operator targets across borders. |
| Latin America | $35 - $65 | Working hours that overlap with North America, along with hands-on knowledge of local payment rails. |
Multiply any of these hourly rates by 18 to 30 months for a senior team, the estimate coming from the hub for this scope, and the total reaches seven figures before a single seller is recruited. A cheaper region shifts that less than expected, since ledger and reconciliation code needs identical care wherever it is written. Treat the ranges as indicative market figures gathered for comparison, not as quotes we offer or guarantee.
Why We Quote a Number, Not "Starting At"
A range gives a vendor room to move the figure once you are committed. Ours stays put: $2,799 buys the platform shown in the demo, carrying your brand on six surfaces, installed on your infrastructure, with the backend and all three Flutter projects moved into your repository. Bespoke modules, a retail-group structure or an unusual scale belong to the Enterprise route, and that is scoped and priced before any work begins.
What we do not meter is your trade. There is no fee per order, no charge per seller and no cut of the commission you collect. A platform that skims every order costs you more each time you grow, indefinitely.
Hidden Quote Gaps
None of these are lines on our invoice. Each one is real, and the hub lists them so they do not turn up as surprises.
Held on your own accounts, so plan for them before launch
- Hosting and a CDNThe servers, database, cache and media storage run in your cloud account, and you pay the provider directly.
- Gateway fees and approvalEvery enabled gateway needs your merchant credentials, and each takes its own processing charges on your sales.
- SMS, email and pushYour provider accounts and your Firebase project, along with the sender reputation they build.
- The OpenAI keyThe AI module spends against your key, capped by per-feature quotas and logged with a cost for each call.
- Store listing accountsPublishing the Android apps needs your own developer account, and iOS is a separate scope.
- Catalog, tax and delivery staffingProduct data, tax rates for each jurisdiction, and the people who run riders, cash floats and settlement.
None of this changes the software price, which is why it belongs in your own budget beside it. Fully custom work lives on our marketplace development service page, scoped separately.
See how the platform is set up for two different operators
Two modeled scenarios, an agency delivering marketplaces to clients and a cash-led retailer adding sellers, both drawn from the base build. They are illustrations and not client engagements.
