White Label Trading Platform Cost: What Each Route Really Costs

Four routes lead to a branded trading product: a hosted platform you rent, a one-time script, a custom build and a finished platform you own. Their price tags describe different things. This page lines them up, separates a one-time price from a monthly one, and lists the costs that sit outside every quote, ours included.

Six Routes and the Shape of Each Price

A monthly fee and a one-time fee are not the same kind of number. Read the third column before the second.

RouteCost rangeHow you payTimeline
Hosted white-label platformRoughly $2,000 - $3,500 a monthRecurring rent; the software stays with the providerSet by the provider
One-time scriptRoughly $250 - $1,500 on the open market; code-marketplace listings start under $10 and top out near $600Once, though some vendors withhold source from every published tierYour own setup time; cheaper tiers often ship web-view apps, not native ones
No-code / freelancer$10,000 - $22,000Once, then whatever you agree for fixesVariable, often delayed, with quality risk
Miracuves platform$15,999Once; the full source is handed over6 days to deploy
Custom development$28,000 - $72,000Project fee, then maintenance3-6 months
Enterprise solution$74,000 - $181,000+Project fee, then a support contract6-12+ months

A rental usually bundles hosting, data feeds and licensing into the monthly figure, so it would be wrong to read this table as proof that any route is cheaper overall. The like-for-like comparison is a one-time software price against a fee that repeats for as long as you operate.

Timeline

Deployment Time vs Time to Live Orders

Three clocks run on a trading launch, and only the first is ours. Budgets go wrong when they are treated as one.

PhaseWhat happensHow long
Platform deploymentYour branding, configuration, broker keys and market data wired in, QA, and handover of a running platform6 days
Broker onboarding and data licencesAPI credentials, sandbox certification and production approval with each broker, and licences for the exchange data you show2-6 weeks, in parallel
Registration and KYC readinessWhatever registration your operating model needs, plus KYC vendor contracts and sign-off on audit-trail retentionOn the regulator's timeline; we give no estimate

You hold a running platform after six days. Taking live orders from the public depends on approvals that sit with brokers, data vendors and regulators. Start them on day one so they overlap deployment, not follow it.

Cost Drivers

What Moves the Price of a Trading Platform

Feature count matters less here than latency, connectivity and evidence.

1

Number of broker connections

Every broker means an adapter, a sandbox certification and upkeep every time that broker changes its API.

2

Live market data

Pulling several feeds into one stream, fanning it out over WebSocket and failing over without a blank screen is specialist engineering.

3

The order pipeline

Validation, risk check, margin verification, broker submission and fill reconciliation, each stage visible on its own.

4

KYC and audit records

A review workflow and append-only logs are the evidence an inspector asks to see, so they cannot be treated as extras.

5

Infrastructure sized for the open

Order placement under 500ms and 10,000 WebSocket connections per instance are design targets that set the hosting floor.

6

Who does the work

Engineers who have shipped capital-markets systems are scarce, and a build from scratch pays for that scarcity.

Stage Breakdown

Where the Six Deployment Days Go

What the fixed price buys, stage by stage.

Stage 01

Scope Call

Agree the broker list, the segments you will open first, your brokerage structure and your plan tiers.

Stage 02

Brand Application

Your name, identity and domain applied to the trader web app, the Android build, the console and every email and statement.

Stage 03

Broker and Data Connections

Your broker credentials attached to the adapters, market data sources ordered for failover, WebSocket delivery checked.

Stage 04

Risk, KYC and Roles

Margin thresholds, the KYC review workflow, console roles and audit-log retention set to your rules.

Stage 05

Testing and Handover

An order-path pass against broker sandboxes, then deployment to your infrastructure, the source, documentation and a console walkthrough.

Optimize

Ways to Keep the Total Down

A

Open with two or three brokers

Every broker sits behind one adapter interface, so the rest can be added later without reopening order logic.

B

Phase the algo and API tiers

Launch with cash and derivatives orders, then switch strategies and API plans on once real volume gives you something to price against.

C

Skip the extras you cannot yet use

International segments, margin funding and a strategy marketplace are scoped add-ons. Buy them when a customer asks, not before.

D

File approvals before you sign

Broker, data and registration queues run for weeks whoever builds the software. Starting early is the largest single saving on time to first revenue.

By Region

Regional Development Rates

Building this yourself makes the location of your team the biggest variable. A multi-broker platform with an adapter layer, a risk and margin pipeline, market data failover and a KYC audit trail is realistically six engineers for nine months - call it 9,000 engineering hours before design, QA and compliance review.

RegionTypical blended rate9,000 hours works out atWhat usually gets cut first
North America$100 - $180 / hr$900,000 - $1.6MNothing - but the scope shrinks to fit the budget
Western Europe$70 - $130 / hr$630,000 - $1.17MBroker count, down to one or two connections
Eastern Europe$40 - $70 / hr$360,000 - $630,000Market data failover, discovered during the first outage
Latin America$35 - $60 / hr$315,000 - $540,000The consolidated portfolio, leaving traders on per-broker views
Southeast Asia$25 - $50 / hr$225,000 - $450,000The risk and margin checks, so rejections happen at the broker
India$20 - $45 / hr$180,000 - $405,000The KYC audit trail, which is the one you cannot cut
Miracuves readymadeNot hourly$15,999 one-timeNothing - the scope above is what ships

These are indicative market ranges for each region and cover the engineering alone, not our rates. Broker adapters, margin logic and reconciliation are hours that no regional discount removes.

Why the Price Is Fixed, Not "Starting At"

Hourly billing rewards whoever takes longest. Here the platform already exists, so the work you pay for is rebranding, connecting your broker accounts, deployment and handover, and none of that is open-ended. That is why $15,999 is a figure and not a range with an asterisk. It changes when you add scope: further broker adapters, international segments, margin funding. It does not change because we spent more hours. Each of those additions is named on the features page under what is not included, so none of them arrives as a change order.

Hidden Costs Most Quotes Leave Out

We do not charge for any of these, which is why they go missing from comparisons. In trading, several are required by the regulator and cannot be skipped.

  • Exchange data licencesFeeds you display to clients are licensed, and the fee grows with segments, depth and users. It starts before your first trade and does not shrink when volume dips.
  • Broker agreements and approvalsEach broker has its own onboarding, and the agreement is between you and them. This queue, not the code, sets your launch date.
  • Registration and legal adviceWe supply no broking licence, exchange membership or clearing and custody relationship. Whatever registration your model needs, and the counsel to obtain it, is your own budget line.
  • KYC verification vendorsThird-party identity checks are charged per check, and each account incurs one before it can trade.
  • Compliance staffingThe platform writes the audit trail. Someone qualified still has to read it, answer inspections and keep your filings current.
  • Infrastructure with headroomLoad spikes at market open. You provision for that peak, not for the daily average, and the bill reflects it.
  • Payment gateway feesDeposits and withdrawals over Razorpay, Stripe or direct UPI each carry a per-transaction cost against whatever margin you apply.
  • Store accounts and native appsThe Android app ships from your own developer account, and native iOS and Android clients are a separate project with their own review cycles.
  • Broker API upkeepBrokers change their APIs on their own schedule. Somebody has to watch each adapter, whether your team or ours on a support plan.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a white label trading platform cost?
It depends on the route. Hosted platforms rent at roughly $2,000 to $3,500 a month, open-market scripts run roughly $250 to $1,500, custom development sits at $28,000 to $72,000 and enterprise builds start near $74,000. The Miracuves platform is $15,999, paid once, with the full source included.
Does six days mean I can take live orders on day seven?
No. Six days gets you a running, branded platform on your own infrastructure. Broker approvals, data licences and any registration your model requires are held by third parties and follow their timelines. Broker onboarding commonly takes two to six weeks, and we give no estimate for registration. Start all of it on day one.
Is the source included, and are there recurring fees?
The full monorepo is included in the $15,999, with no hosted dependency on us and no revenue share. The price itself does not repeat. Hosting, market data, KYC checks, gateway fees and any support beyond the included window are separate costs paid to their own providers.
What is not covered by the price?
Exchange data licences, broker-side charges, hosting, store developer accounts, KYC vendor fees, gateway fees, legal and compliance costs, and any registration your operating model needs. Work beyond the standard package, such as extra brokers, international markets or margin funding, is scoped and quoted separately.
Why is the price fixed rather than a range?
Because the platform is already built. You are paying for rebranding, broker configuration, deployment and handover, none of which is open-ended. The figure moves only when you add scope, and every addition is listed on the features page as not included, so nothing shows up later as a surprise.
Is buying cheaper than renting a hosted platform?
We do not claim a lower total cost, because a rental often bundles hosting, data and licensing that you would pay for separately after buying. What differs is the shape: a one-time software price you own against a fee that repeats and ends your platform when it stops. Price your own hosting and data before deciding.
