Your Platform, Their Execution Rails

Orders route to the broker a trader already holds an account with, so execution and client funds stay with that licensed broker rather than with your platform.

An SDK Ecosystem Is a Revenue Line

Seven language SDKs and tiered API access turn the platform into something developers build on, and those tiers bill on their own alongside brokerage and subscriptions.

Client Reviews - Real Owned Platforms, Measured Outcomes

Comments from founders and brokerages that went live with Miracuves trading platforms. NDAs keep client identities private.

HHead of OperationsTrading Platform Operator - name withheld under NDA
“The admin console is genuinely what sold us. Twenty-eight sections meant our two-person operations team could run KYC review, broker health, risk limits and payment reconciliation from day one, without us stopping to build internal tooling before we could onboard a single real user.”
CCTOBroker-Dealer - name withheld under NDA
“Our compliance team went through the VAPT document line by line before they would approve the project. Having the OWASP mapping, the audit trail design and the credential handling written down up front turned what is normally a three-month review into something much shorter.”
PPartnerProprietary Trading Desk - name withheld under NDA
“We run five strategies across three broker accounts. Being able to deploy the same strategy code against different brokers without rewriting connectors changed how we operate - we now switch brokers on commercial terms rather than on whichever integration we happen to have working.”
FFounderMulti-Broker Trading Platform - name withheld under NDA
“We evaluated building this in-house and the estimate came back at eighteen months before we would have had anything a customer could log into. Miracuves had us live in weeks with all eight brokers connected. The broker abstraction layer alone would have taken our team the better part of a year, and we would have got it wrong the first time.”

Challenges
  • Keeping eight broker integrations running with no dedicated team
  • One portfolio and P&L view spanning individual broker accounts
  • Day-one KYC, audit trail and record retention, all aligned with SEBI
Goal
  • Go to market with a multi-broker trading platform and skip building the integrations
  • Traders get a single order book covering each broker they already use
  • Operations staff work from a single console handling orders, risk and reconciliation
Miracuves Delivery
  • One order layer that routes into eight broker APIs
  • Portfolio and P&L rolled up from all linked accounts
  • Build strategies and paper-trade them prior to going live
  • Workflows for KYC, audit trails and retention, aligned with SEBI
  • Infrastructure that scales automatically to handle load at market open
“Eight broker connections behind one order screen is what our desk actually needed. The consolidated P&L ended the morning reconciliation spreadsheet.”Head of Trading Operations · Multi-broker trading platform - name withheld under NDA

The Basics

What Is White Label Trading Software?

White label trading software is a ready-made brokerage platform you launch under your own name. It carries what traders now expect as standard - charting, watchlists, portfolio tracking, live market data and order placement - together with capabilities that single-broker applications rarely offer. What you get is a working product foundation, not a demonstration.

Laptop, tablet, and phone showing MXZerodha admin controls, charts, and portfolio views

Browser, App & Scripted Access

A responsive web platform, a branded Android app and an SDK in seven languages, all served by one backend.

All Indian Segments Covered

Bonds, mutual funds, IPOs, ETFs, currency, commodities, options, futures and equity all sit under one login.

Works With Any Broker

To add a broker you write a single adapter, and the order, trade and position models stay as they are.

Built for Web, Android & API

What Is It?

The architecture is where the commercial difference sits. Your platform is not tied to a single brokerage: eight broker APIs sit beneath it, behind one abstraction layer. Accounts users already hold are linked in, and they see a portfolio, an order book and a profit-and-loss position that span all of them. Adding another broker is a configuration exercise rather than a rebuild.

  1. 01One order layer across 8 broker integrations
  2. 02Paper trading available for 5 algo strategies
  3. 03Real-time feeds merged from 5 sources
  4. 0428+ admin sections that need no custom tooling
  5. 05Deploy on cloud, on-premise or hybrid setups

What a working trading operation needs arrives as one system: algorithmic execution with five prebuilt strategies, real-time WebSocket data aggregated from five sources, social and copy trading, two payment gateways, full reporting, and an admin console running to twenty-eight sections. Because everything shares one data model, those parts actually talk to each other rather than being stitched together after the fact.

What displays your name. The web platform, the branded Android build, the operator console, and every transactional email and statement a trader receives. The app reaches the store under your own developer account, and nothing in the interface points back to us.

What you keep outright. The complete monorepo, which holds the Next.js frontend and the NestJS backend, the Prisma schema, the shared packages and all seven SDKs, with no encrypted files. The PostgreSQL database and every record in it. The broker API credentials and gateway accounts, because those agreements are yours to hold.

Let us be clear about what white label excludes. You are not renting a slice of another firm’s brokerage stack; neither are you paying monthly for a reskin. If the provider keeps the source, operates the deployment, or takes a share of your brokerage, you are holding a SaaS license with your logo on it. Here, what you receive is a handover.

Clear Costs Upfront

How Much Does White Label Trading Software Cost in 2026?

A multi-broker trading platform from Miracuves typically starts around $15,999 for a launch-ready white-label deployment, rising with features, broker count, compliance scope and infrastructure. Building equivalent capability in-house usually runs into crores across twelve to eighteen months.

05Who it is for

Know Your Buyer

Who Is This Trading Platform Built For?

This is built for operators who want trading infrastructure without constructing it themselves – from fintech founders launching their first product to established brokerages modernizing their stack.

Audience 01 / 06In-House Trading Desks

Systematic strategies are your business, and execution cannot fall over every time you swap brokers. Thanks to the broker abstraction layer, your strategy code is left alone when a connection is added or switched. Risk limits, square-off history and audit trails supply the operational controls that keep a desk disciplined.

Audience 02 / 06Family Offices & Advisers

Capital sits across several broker accounts, and you reconcile positions manually. One consolidated portfolio view, with role-based access, exportable reporting and per-client segmentation, ends the daily spreadsheet routine and leaves one defensible record to hand over at client reviews and compliance requests.

Audience 03 / 06Quant & Algo Traders

Your strategies are written in Python, Go or JavaScript, but you would rather not maintain broker connectors to run them. Programmatic access comes through outbound webhooks, rate limits, scoped API keys and seven client libraries, and paper trading lets you check behavior before real capital is at stake.

Audience 04 / 06Product Studios & Dev Agencies

You are creating a product for a third party, and trading is only a piece of it. Owning the full source code, theming it white-label and working against a documented API surface lets you place the platform under your own brand, wire it into existing systems, and serve clients without waiting on a vendor roadmap.

Audience 05 / 06Fintech Founders & Neo-Brokerages

The goal is a credible product, not a prototype, as you enter the trading market. Rather than sinking twelve to eighteen months into market data, order management and broker connectivity from scratch, you begin with a launch-ready foundation and put your effort into positioning and acquisition, along with the features that set you apart.

Audience 06 / 06Broker-Dealers Upgrading

The back office does its job, yet what clients see feels dated, and an in-house rebuild would pull engineers off operations. Swapping in a white-label front end gives clients a modern trading interface carrying your own brand, leaving your settlement flows, compliance processes and brokerage relationships precisely where they sit today.

When a business depends on execution quality, market access, recurring revenue and client trust, the trading platform is infrastructure, not a feature.

Use Cases That Fit

Use Cases - Neo-Broking, Prop Desks & Wealth Products

RetailDiscount BrokingRun a low-cost broking product on your own brokerage structure, aimed at retail traders who want a modern interface and every market segment behind one login. Pricing, positioning and the customer relationship all stay with you.

Multi-Account TradersBroker Aggregation Product

Serve traders who keep two or three accounts with different brokers and reconcile them by hand. They get a single order book, a single consolidated profit-and-loss position and a single watchlist across every connection - the gap no mainstream Indian platform has closed.

01
Mobile broker connection page with Zerodha connected and additional broker options
QuantSystematicQuant & Algo Product

Package the algo engine and SDK as a product in its own right for quantitative traders. Monetise through strategy slots, API rate tiers and paper-trading access, aimed at people currently maintaining their own broker connectors.

02
Desktop options strategy builder with preset strategies, custom leg, payoff, metrics, and Greeks
AdvisorsRIAsManaged Accounts & Advisory Desk

Give advisors running multiple client accounts bulk order placement, per-client portfolio segmentation and consolidated compliance-ready reporting. The time recovered on daily reconciliation is usually what closes the deal.

03
Desktop portfolio report with equity curve, return metrics, monthly results, and allocation
CommunitySocialCopy Trading Community

Make the product community-first, centered on the copy-trading engine, activity feed and leaderboard. In a category where acquisition is expensive and switching is otherwise easy, social features carry retention and referral.

04
Desktop social feed with shared trades, strategy posts, trending topics, and suggested traders
EnterpriseWhite-LabelPartner Brokerage White-Label

Deploy under a partner brokerage's name, using their compliance posture, their fee structure and their broker set. Licensing it as white-label makes the platform infrastructure that others build on, at materially higher contract values.

05
Admin commission structures for Zerodha equity delivery and intraday brokerage
Learning, Research & Portfolio Tools

The same engine also covers adjacent models: broker-agnostic portfolio tools, research and advisory firms that distribute calls via a real interface, and trading education businesses whose content needs a working product beside it.

06
Desktop trading forum with categories, trending discussions, member totals, and recent topics

Trading is no longer niche behavior for Indian consumers. It is mainstream, and in a mainstream market the owner of the interface also owns the pricing power, the data and the relationship.

    2Link a Broker Account

Connecting a trader's account to one of the eight brokers supported triggers immediate validation by the platform.

    • The broker's OAuth flow when available, an API key otherwise
    • Logs never contain credentials, which are encrypted at rest
    • Capability flags track what each broker permits
  3. Mobile portfolio summary with total value, invested capital, P&L, and benchmark chart
    3Sync Holdings

Every connected broker feeds its fund balances, margin, positions and holdings into a single unified model.

    • A single view of combined holdings and open positions
    • Available funds and margin state, aggregated broker by broker
    • Delivery holdings pick up corporate actions automatically
  4. Reliance Industries mobile quote with chart, market statistics, and Buy, Sell, and GTT actions
    4Submit an Order

The order clears pre-trade validation of risk and margin prior to anything reaching the exchange.

    • Bracket, cover, AMO and GTT orders alongside market, limit, SL and SL-M
    • Submission waits on checks of risk limits and available margin
    • WebSocket streams the live status while the order fills
  5. Mobile watchlist for Reliance, TCS, HDFC, Infosys, and Tata Motors with recent orders
    5Fill & Position Refresh

Every fill produces an tamper-proof trade record carrying the full charge breakdown.

    • Each trade itemizes GST, STT, brokerage and transaction charges
    • Throughout the session, positions are revalued on every tick
    • Pending quantity stays current as partial fills are tracked
  6. Mobile trading toolkit with options chain, strategy builder, Greeks, payoff, and risk analysis
    6Clear, Report & Match Books

Once T+1 settlement lands in holdings, each record can be exported for tax and audit use.

    • Holdings in demat reflect T+1 quantities as they settle
    • Reports on demand: turnover, capital gains and P&L
    • Export to PDF, Excel or CSV for filing and reconciliation

How It’s Built

Platform Architecture & Server-Side Journey

Talk to Our Team
  1. Layer 01

    Broker Adapter Layer

Each broker plugs in through a single adapter interface, so orders, trades and positions stay untouched even after a broker gets added or swapped out.

  2. Layer 02

    Order Lifecycle Pipeline

Each order passes validation, risk checks, a margin check, submission to the broker and fill reconciliation, and every stage can be observed independently.

  3. Layer 03

    Live Feed Broadcasting

Five data sources are aggregated in Redis and then pushed to subscribed clients over Socket.io, with automatic failover between sources.

  4. Layer 04

    Deferred Task Handling

BullMQ queues give audit sync, reporting, notifications, market data and order execution separate lanes, each prioritized.

  5. Layer 05

    Twin Payment Rails

One unified payment record sits over Razorpay and Stripe; the margin engine therefore never depends on one processor.

  6. Layer 06

    Tamper-Proof Record Layer

Audit logs, trade records and fund transactions are all append-only, which gives regulators forensic-grade traceability.

Under the Hood

Tech Stack - Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL & WebSocket Backbone

Under the hood a trading platform needs market data with low latency, consistent transactions and APIs that scale out. The stack here is modern and deployment-ready, chosen for order throughput rather than novelty.

Frontend

App & Browser Screens

Next.js 16 (Web) · Android (Mobile)
  • App Router running React 18 server components
  • Instrument and marketing pages indexable by search
  • Branded Android build with push and biometrics
Backend

Services & Business Rules

NestJS (TypeScript)
  • 60+ modules spanning orders, positions and risk
  • Every endpoint validates input through typed DTOs
  • REST API documented in Swagger, ready for SDK generation
Database

Client, Trade & Payment Records

PostgreSQL 16 / Prisma
  • Order, trade and ledger records are ACID-compliant
  • Versioned migrations across environments
  • Indexes keep portfolio and report queries fast
Push Updates

Streaming Quotes

Socket.io · Redis Pub/Sub
  • Quotes, depth and order status streamed live
  • Redis fan-out carrying horizontal WebSocket scale
  • Automatic reconnect with delta sync after a drop
Queues

Queues & Deferred Work

BullMQ · Redis
  • Execution of orders runs outside the blocking path
  • Notification, report and audit-sync work goes through queues
  • Retries back off exponentially, with dead-letter handling for failures
Infrastructure

Hosting & Rollout

Docker · Turborepo · CDN
  • Deploys on cloud, on-premise or hybrid
  • Health and readiness probes support orchestration
  • Assets served from a CDN, TLS enforced and rate limits at five layers
If you evaluate the stack:

the stack is deliberately unexciting. Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL and Redis. Your own team can extend modules, add broker adapters and integrate third-party services without learning anything proprietary first.

Build to Scale

Scales With You - Fast Execution, WebSocket Fan-Out & Heavy Trade Throughput

Trading platforms are judged in public. When a results announcement drives volume through one scrip, or markets gap at the open, the platform is judged on its worst thirty seconds, not its average. What follows is designed around exactly that.

01

Orders Placed Under 500ms

Click to broker acknowledgement remains under 500ms, with API reads below 100ms and writes below 300ms at the 95th percentile.

02

10,000 Simultaneous WebSockets

Per instance, scaled sideways through the Redis adapter. Automatic reconnect and delta sync mean a dropped client is never left on a stale price.

03
Primary feedSecondary feedFailover

Market Data Under 200ms

End to end from exchange feed to dashboard, and when the primary degrades, failover to a secondary source happens inside five seconds.

04
API serversOrder workersReport workers

Stateless Scale-Out

API servers and queue workers scale apart: more execution workers through the session, more reporting workers overnight, capacity tracking the market.

05

Partitioned Heavy Tables

Time-based partitioning is built in from the start for orders, trades, OHLCV candles and audit logs, because retrofitting that onto a live trading database is unpleasant.

06

99.5% Availability Goal

When one broker API fails, the platform degrades gracefully; health and readiness probes serve orchestration, and failed orders are retried from a queue with backoff rather than dropped.

Order placement targets under 500ms between the click and the broker's acknowledgement, with API reads below 100ms and writes below 300ms at the 95th percentile. The order path deliberately carries nothing it does not need; market data enrichment, notifications and analytics all run outside it.

WebSocket capacity reaches 10,000 concurrent connections per instance and scales horizontally through the Redis adapter, so several server processes share room state. Clients reconnect on their own, backing off exponentially, and run a delta sync when they return.

Market data targets under 200ms end to end, from exchange feed to the dashboard in front of the trader. Five sources sit behind a single interface, and a degraded primary fails over to a secondary inside five seconds, because nobody should be trading against a stale price.

API servers and queue workers hold no state, so each scales independently of the other. More order-execution workers run through the session and fewer overnight, while reporting and audit-sync workers run on the opposite rhythm. Capacity follows the market rather than the clock.

The high-volume tables, orders and trades alongside OHLCV candles and audit logs, are built for time-based partitioning from the outset. One instrument on one-minute candles produces roughly 375 rows a trading day; multiply that across a few thousand instruments and the reasoning becomes obvious quickly.

If you lead product or engineering: starting on a single node is perfectly reasonable, and scaling out later needs no re-architecture. Nothing here assumes one region, a fixed topology or any particular cloud. One container or a whole fleet runs the same codebase.

07Security and compliance

Built to Be Audited

Security - OWASP-Mapped, VAPT-Ready & Consistent With SEBI

Running a trading platform means holding order flow, client funds and KYC documents. Security is built in starting from the data model, and documented thoroughly enough to survive enterprise procurement.

  1. 01 · OWASP

Mapped to OWASP Top 10 (2021)

Every category, from broken access control through to SSRF, is mapped to a control that is implemented and backed by evidence.

    • Input Hardening & Injection Defense: Sanitization middleware runs on each request before business logic sees it, and encoding adapts to where the output is rendered. Typed DTOs with whitelist enforcement validate every endpoint, which means unexpected fields are rejected, not quietly accepted. All database access goes through parameterized ORM queries, so string-concatenation injection paths do not exist.
  2. 02 · VAPT

    VAPT-Ready Documentation

A full security posture document for buyer due diligence, backed by annual third-party penetration testing.

    • Privacy, Export & Deletion: Account holders can ask for a complete export of their data and receive it asynchronously via a signed download link that expires. Deletion follows a staged workflow: it checks that no transactions are pending and no regulatory holds apply, then anonymizes personal identifiers while keeping the financial audit trail, anonymized, so erasure requests are met without breaking compliance retention.
  3. 03 · Encryption

    Encrypted Records & Protected Settings

Data is protected with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit; passwords are hashed with bcrypt and no card data is kept locally.

    • Payment Security & Smaller PCI Scope: Because the platform keeps no card details, CVV or PIN, your PCI-DSS scope stays materially smaller than it would on a system handling card information itself. Webhooks from Razorpay and Stripe are verified on the server using HMAC-SHA256 signatures plus timestamp tolerance checks, so forged or replayed payment callbacks are turned away before reaching the funds model or margin engine.
  4. 04 · Auth

    Layered Sign-In Security

Fifteen-minute JWT tokens, refresh rotation, TOTP two-factor, OAuth, progressive lockout and login anomaly detection.

    • Layered Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention: Five independent layers apply throttling: per-API-key quotas, distinct admin thresholds, tighter limits on authentication routes, global middleware and IP limits at the infrastructure level upstream of the app. Login anomaly detection watches for unusual geolocations, shifts in device fingerprint and patterns of failed attempts, and lengthens lockouts as repeated failures pile up.
  5. 05 · RBAC

    Permission Roles by Function

A four-tier model, USER through BROKER_ADMIN, ADMIN and SUPERADMIN, enforced server-side through named route guards.

    • Stored Broker Secrets: Nothing on the platform is more sensitive than the API keys and secrets users store for each broker, since a leaked key could place real trades on real accounts. By design they are encrypted at rest and kept out of application logs and error responses, and the only way in is a credential layer that audits every read. Keys can be rotated with no downtime and no re-authentication by users.
  6. 06 · Audit

    Tamper-Evident Activity Log

Append-only logs record each admin action, each KYC transition and each broker connection, with retention you configure.

    • Operational Compliance Aligned to SEBI: Record-keeping and audit duties come with running a trading platform in Indian markets, and they are hard to bolt on afterwards. KYC submissions move through tracked stages, and PAN, Aadhaar, bank and address each pass their own verification gate. Admin actions, fund movements and trade records are all written append-only, so a regulatory examination or a dispute can be resolved from a complete history instead of reconstructed data.

For operators handling real money: client funds, KYC documents, broker credentials and order flow are each encrypted, access-controlled and written to an audit log.

Licensing Note

Trading Platform Compliance - Software Scope, Licensing and Connected Brokerages

A white label trading platform is software, and it carries no broking license. The deliverable from Miracuves is the platform layer: an order layer unifying every broker adapter, a trading web platform and an Android app, live market data, portfolio and P&L views, KYC workflows, admin controls, margin and risk controls and audit trails. Trade settlement, safekeeping of client funds and securities, and routing client orders to an exchange are regulated activities. They rest with a licensed entity, meaning either a registration held by your own company or one held by the registered brokers whose official APIs the platform connects to. Development targets the APIs of those brokers; the platform replaces none of them, and Miracuves is not a broker.

PCI-DSS & ISO 27001 readiness is built into the software architecture; to hold live fiat, a sponsor bank licensed as BaaS / EMI has to be integrated.

“Ready” means the architecture is built to the controls those frameworks require: payment credentials tokenized at the processor rather than stored as card numbers, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with segregated admin roles, immutable audit logging and environment separation. Your certification audit therefore starts from a compliant codebase instead of a rebuild. It is not a certificate. Miracuves holds no PCI-DSS or ISO 27001 certification on your behalf and displays no compliance badge without the certificate behind it. Certification is issued to the operating entity, against its own environment, processes and hosting.

Where Software Helps

You receive the web trading platform with an Android app, portfolio and P&L tracking, real-time market data, and a unified order layer whose adapters cover eight brokers, alongside KYC workflows that keep PAN, Aadhaar, bank and address as separate gates, margin and risk controls, audit logs that are append-only, and admin access by role. The source code is yours.

Where a License Is Required

Executing client orders on an exchange, custody of client funds and securities, demat account maintenance, trade settlement, and regulator and exchange reporting. Only a registered stock broker that is also a depository participant holds that authority, whether that is a registration of your own or one held by your broker partners. Software is no substitute for it.

Card Data and PCI-DSS Scope in Trading

Money moves in and out via Razorpay, Stripe and UPI rails, while the platform itself holds no card details, CVV or PIN. Cardholder details remain in the certified environment of your processor, so the scope of your own PCI-DSS assessment grows only as far as your integration takes it.

Each Market Sets Its Own Path

Requirements differ by market. In India, brokers need depository-participant registration alongside SEBI stock-broker registration, plus membership in the depository and the exchange. In the US the requirement is FINRA membership together with SEC broker-dealer registration, and in the UK it is FCA authorization. Your broker partners or securities counsel can confirm the route that applies. For legal, licensing and regulatory questions, use your own counsel; Miracuves stays out of that advice.

Operator Earnings Sources

Revenue Models - Brokerage, Subscriptions, API Tiers & Referrals

Brokerage is only one of the ways a trading platform earns, and operators who do well tend to build several lines rather than lean on transaction volume. Every lever below is native to the platform and configured from the admin console.

  1. 01

    Commission Per Trade

Brokerage is set for each segment and each broker, with slab structures and tier overrides configured in admin.

  2. 02

    Plan-Based Pricing

Plans from free to institutional, which gate API access, order limits, algo strategies and the number of brokers.

  3. 03

    Paid API Tiers

A natural B2B line for algo traders and partners: access to the API, priced by rate limit and scope.

  4. 04

    Broker Referral Fees

Ongoing income each time a user opens a broker account via your platform, paid per volume or as a flat referral fee.

  5. 05

    Gateway Fee Spread

Fees charged per transaction on deposits and withdrawals over Razorpay, Stripe and direct UPI rails.

  6. 06

    Resale Licensing

Sub-license your branded platform to partner brokers, charging by usage so the fee grows as theirs does.

White-label trading platform revenue lines mapped to published commissions, plan limits, data pricing and referral schemes, plus the third-party costs in front of each.
Revenue streamHow it is chargedTake rateTypical rangeWhat sets the ceiling
Commission Per TradePer-order brokerage by segment, with exchange and regulator charges stacked on top and shown separately.Options at Zerodha: flat Rs 20 per order. Equity at Groww: lower of Rs 20 or 0.1%.Pass-through costs. NSE transaction charges (0.00307% equity, 0.03553% of option premium) and SEBI's Rs 10 per crore belong to others, so only the brokerage line is yours.
Plan-Based PricingMonthly or annual plans that unlock more alerts, indicators and connected accounts.TradingView India alert caps: 3 on the free plan, then 20, 100, 400 and 1,000.Where the cap bites. Active alerts, indicators per chart and watchlist alerts all step up by plan, so the upgrade trigger is a limit a trader actually hits.
Paid API TiersAccess priced by rate limit and scope, sold to algo traders and partner apps.Alpaca market data: free at 200 calls a minute, 99 USD monthly for unlimited.Free tier as anchor. Kite Connect's Rs 500 monthly plan and Alpaca's free tier show buyers expect to test first, so the paid line is data depth, not basic access.
Broker Referral FeesIncome when a user you send opens a broker account, paid as a share of volume or a flat fee.Zerodha's scheme: 10% of referred brokerage plus 300 reward points.Exchange limits. NSE circular INSP63425 of August 2024 curbed brokerage sharing in referral programs. Points continued through the pause; the 10% share returned on 1 June 2026.
Gateway Fee SpreadYour charge on each deposit or withdrawal over cards, netbanking or UPI, set against the processor's own cost.Razorpay: 2% platform fee, GST on top; international cards cost up to 3%.Processor cost plus statute. Anything you add sits above that 2%, while UPI payments within Rs 2,000, and RuPay debit, fall under the S.O. 5067(E) bar on bank and system-provider charges.

How to read this. Per-order and exchange charges are published on Zerodha's fee schedule and Groww's rate card. Plan limits are from TradingView, API terms from Alpaca and Kite Connect, and the referral scheme from Zerodha support. Gateway fees are Razorpay's, and the statutory ban is summarized by Fox Mandal. We cite named leaders as benchmarks with no affiliation implied. The numbers are modeling inputs and say nothing about what any operator will earn.

None of that needs a code change or a redeployment. Referral arrangements, API rate limits, subscription tiers and brokerage slabs are all set by the operator, so pricing can shift once you see what your market actually pays for.Talk to Our Team

Market Benchmarks

Benchmarks for Online Investing and Trading - Independent 2025-2026 Data

Our revenue models sit above; the numbers below belong to others. Their sources are Groww’s annual report, Plus500, the Bank for International Settlements and India's National Stock Exchange, and each is reproduced as published. They indicate how big the retail investor base is, what a broker at scale earns, and the scale of the currency market.

NSE01

Registered Investors at NSE Total 13.2 Crore

In its July 2026 Market Pulse, India's National Stock Exchange lists 13.2 crore PANs, all unique and registered, at 30 June 2026, equal to 132 million investors. That publication also puts trading members at 1,328 and Indian pin codes covered at over 99 percent, which makes the addressable base for retail broking apps both large and still growing.

Groww (FY2026)02

Groww: Rs 46,446m Revenue and 16.7m Active Users

According to the annual report Groww published for the period ending 31 March 2026, it is the largest platform in India for retail broking, measured by active clients, with more than 16.7 million active users. Revenue from operations on a consolidated basis came to Rs 46,446 million, a 19 percent rise, and profit after tax was Rs 20,830 million - showing what revenue and profit look like at scale for a listed incumbent.

Plus50003

Each Active CFD Customer Generated $3,268 in 2025

Plus500 is a CFD and forex broker with a stock market listing. Average revenue per user set a record at $3,268 after an 8 percent rise. Group revenue for FY 2025 was $792.4 million, generated from 242,440 active customers, and the average deposit per active customer was about $26,900. The figures come from preliminary results issued on 9 February 2026.

BIS04

Global FX Turnover Hit $9.6tn a Day in April 2025

Per the 2025 Triennial Central Bank Survey from the Bank for International Settlements, turnover in the over-the-counter foreign exchange market averaged $9.6 trillion a day in April 2025. That is 28 percent above the $7.5 trillion daily figure from the 2022 survey. In 89.2 percent of trades, one leg was the US dollar.

Market Timing

Why Launch a Trading Platform in 2026?

Retail participation in Indian markets has grown sharply, algorithmic execution keeps taking a larger share of volume, and newer traders treat platforms that are real-time, mobile-first and socially connected as the baseline rather than something special. Operators still running older infrastructure are structurally behind before they start.

01

Hold the Customer Relationship Instead of Renting It

Run a branded platform on which pricing power, customer data, the fee structure and the interface are all yours, rather than renting distribution from an incumbent.

02

Demand for Multi-Broker Access Is Unmet

No mainstream Indian platform unifies broker accounts. Traders holding two or three logins reconcile portfolios by hand, which is a real problem nobody has solved.

03

Algo Access Remains Underserved

Algo traders at retail level either write their own broker connectors or pay heavily for third-party platforms with thin coverage. Prebuilt strategies and an SDK remove both.

04

Compliance as a Defensive Edge

KYC, retention and audit infrastructure aligned to SEBI is painful to bolt on later and slow for anyone to copy. Having it from day one lasts.

05

Income Beyond Commissions

Subscription tiers, API plans and broker referral income move the business off per-trade economics, which matters when volume is seasonal and pricing compresses.

06

Save a Year or More

Broker integrations, live market data, order management and risk enforcement are already written, tested and documented. That is reliably the part teams underestimate.

Timing is not neutral here. Acquisition in fintech is expensive and compounds: platforms that launch something credible early collect attention and word of mouth that later entrants have to buy back with marketing budget. Eight to twelve months of delay is measured in the users a competitor signs while you build.

Business Argument

Marketability, Revenue Potential & Outlook for Growth

More than a technology product, a trading platform is a recurring-revenue business whose switching costs are unusually high. Once someone has connected brokers, built watchlists, set alerts and deployed strategies, leaving would mean rebuilding every one of them. Retention compounds here, which it does not for most consumer software.

  1. 01

    Sticky Customers

Connected brokers, established watchlists and running strategies make leaving genuinely painful. Retention compounds.

  2. 02

    Diverse Income Lines

Diversified from the first day: payment margin and referral income alongside brokerage, subscriptions and API tiers.

  3. 03

    Built-In Market Momentum

Retail participation and algo share are both climbing in Indian markets, widening the addressable base.

  4. 04

    Path to Larger Clients

Start with retail, then offer the platform to partner brokers on contracts of materially higher value.

Leading Income Drivers
  • Brokerage per trade, set by segment
  • Subscription tiers that limit broker count and algo access
  • API plans priced by rate limit
  • A share of broker referrals
  • Margin on deposit and withdrawal transactions
Payoff over time

Each connected broker deepens the lock-in. Each deployed strategy raises the cost of leaving. Every white-label partner makes the platform infrastructure that somebody else builds on.

Sample Income Projections

These are patterns rather than promises. What any operator reaches depends on active-trader base, pricing, broker partnerships, API adoption and execution in their market.

Tier One: Focused Broking Product1K-5K Trading UsersSubscriptions alongside brokerage

At this stage revenue arrives from paid alert packs, premium analytics, per-trade brokerage and monthly subscription tiers.

Early-stage operators proving demand before they scale acquisition, along with trading educators, advisory-led communities, regional trading platforms and niche broking startups.

Tier Two: Multi-Broker Aggregator~ 50K Trading UsersSubscriptions, API access and referrals

Revenue here spreads across copy-trading fees, premium data packs, a share of broker referrals, API access plans and tiered subscriptions.

Suits operators growing past their first trader base, plus wealth platforms, algo communities, multi-broker aggregators and funded fintech startups.

Tier Three: Enterprise & White-Label100K+ Users / PartnersThe full revenue engine in play

Revenue draws on a fuller mix: partner revenue sharing, enterprise deployments, white-label licensing, API tiers, brokerage and subscriptions.

Suits SaaS operators that sub-license the platform to clients of their own, as well as prop desks, large fintech brands, financial institutions and established brokerages.

Product5 questions

01What is white label trading software?

White label trading software is a ready-made trading platform you launch under your own name, with order management, live market data, portfolio tracking, watchlists, charting and algorithmic execution. The Miracuves white-label trading platform links eight Indian brokers via a single unified order layer, and comes with an admin console, an Android app, an investor portal and a trader web platform, with the full source code handed over.

02Which brokers can it link with?

The platform comes with eight integrations: a Demo broker used for testing and onboarding alongside Groww, ICICI Direct, Angel One, Alice Blue, 5 Paisa, Upstox and Zerodha. Traders connect accounts they already have, and get a single portfolio, order book and profit-and-loss position spanning all of them.

03Is it possible to add a broker that is not listed?

Yes. Because each broker connects through a single adapter interface, a new one only needs its own adapter, and order, trade and position logic stays as it is. Any connection beyond the eight shipped ones can be ordered as a Miracuves add-on following the same pattern.

04Are international markets supported?

Out of the box, the platform covers Indian market segments: bonds, mutual funds, IPOs, ETFs, currency, commodities, futures and options, and equity. A scoped extension adds international exchange integrations, for example NASDAQ and NYSE, along with positions held in several currencies, plus settlement and reporting.

05How can I earn from it?

There are six revenue lines, and the admin console configures each one with no code changes and no redeployment. They are broker referral revenue, subscription tiers, API access plans, brokerage charged per trade by segment and broker, margin on payment gateway deposits and withdrawals, and partner brokers who can be sub-licensed the white-label platform. No revenue share goes to Miracuves, since you own the source outright.

Cost & go-live schedule3 questions

06What does it cost to build a trading platform in 2026?

The launch-ready deployment of Miracuves' white-label trading platform comes with full source code, priced at $15,999, a fixed one-time price. Building market data, order management and broker connectivity in-house usually takes 12 to 18 months. Extra brokers, international markets and enterprise deployments heavy on compliance are priced separately, in writing, ahead of any work.

07How soon can I go live?

The Miracuves portion takes 6 working days, during which the platform is rebranded and deployed on your server. Some items sit with you, outside that count: broker API credentials, hosting access and brand assets. A regulated deployment additionally needs your SEBI registration and compliance sign-off, on a timeline of its own. The Miracuves facts page states the 6-day commitment.

08Which post-launch support comes included?

Three cover periods start at launch for each ready-made Miracuves solution: 60 days of dedicated platform guidance, 6 months of priority bug resolution and 12 months of continuous product evolution. Deployment assistance and complete technical documentation are part of the package. First replies arrive in under 2 hours, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday. You can add extended support and a dedicated VAPT engagement.

Rules & safeguards2 questions

09Is it legal to launch your own trading platform?

Yes, as software. White-label trading platform describes a product category rather than a copy of any broker: no code, design or content belonging to another broker appears in the Miracuves platform, you launch under your own brand, and every broker connects through its official APIs. Whether a launch is lawful depends on your regulatory route. Executing client orders or holding client funds and securities calls for depository-participant registration together with SEBI stock-broker registration in India (in the US that is FINRA membership together with SEC broker-dealer registration, while the UK requires FCA authorization), held by your own company or by the registered brokers your platform is connected to. Miracuves provides the software alone and gives no legal or licensing advice.

10Will enterprise buyers find the platform secure enough?

Its design target is procurement review. The platform comes with a VAPT posture document, plus OWASP Top 10 (2021) mapping, TOTP two-factor authentication, four role tiers with enforcement on the server, an encrypted broker credential vault, append-only audit logs, TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Miracuves holds no certification for you, since certification is granted to your operating entity and assessed against its own environment.

Ownership & the Miracuves role4 questions

11Is the source code delivered to me?

Yes. You take full ownership of the complete monorepo, which holds all seven SDKs, shared packages, the Prisma schema, the NestJS backend and the Next.js frontend, none of it encrypted. Once you are live, nothing depends on a Miracuves-hosted service.

12Is on-premise deployment possible?

Yes. You can deploy on cloud, on-premise or hybrid setups, Docker and Kubernetes configs come with it, and operators who need data residency can host the platform in India.

13Why choose Miracuves to build a white-label trading platform?

Since 2010, 6,000+ clients and 9,000+ projects have been served by Miracuves, and its catalog lists 90+ ready-made solutions, including fintech products for neobanking, remittance, investing and trading. This trading platform is running in production today: a live multi-broker deployment where eight brokers are connected, with the client’s name disclosed under NDA only. Company figures are published along with their scope on the Miracuves facts page.

14Which parts get your branding?

The web platform, the Android build, the operator console and every transactional email and statement a trader sees. The app ships to the store under your own developer account. Broker connections and gateway credentials stay in your name throughout, because those agreements are between you and them.
