White Label Sports Betting Software - Exchange, Sportsbook & Casino, Under Your Own Brand
Your brand, your betting platform: a single account and wallet spans three verticals, namely a casino with several game categories, a fixed-odds sportsbook with cash-out and accumulators, and a peer-to-peer exchange built on a genuine matching engine.
One Node.js API over PostgreSQL and Redis serves web, native iOS and Android and the full operator back office. Built in from the start rather than bolted on: KYC, an immutable financial ledger and controls for responsible gambling.

The Platform Briefly
commission from the exchange, margin, casino share and affiliate income
total, available and exposed, tracked apart
full ownership of the source code, and no per-seat charge
no supplier name in the product or the app stores
You Are the Operator, Not a Reseller
Most white-label sportsbooks put you on someone else's license and someone else's margin. Here the platform is yours outright, so the book, the odds and the commission are your decisions.
An Immutable Ledger Under Every Bet
Wallet movements are append-only entries each carrying their own reference, so exposure, settlement and payout can be reconstructed months later for a regulator or an auditor.

Client Voices
Operator Reviews - Real Betting Platforms, Outcomes Delivered
Operators who took betting brands to market on this platform, in their own words. Client identities withheld under NDA.
“Every other quote we took for a matching engine started at six figures and a year. Having a working order book with cash-out on day one is what made the business case close.”
“The compliance side is what our licence consultant cared about. KYC review with a reviewer trail, deposit limits, self-exclusion and an audit log with IP addresses were all already there.”
“Running exchange and sportsbook off one wallet means liquidity is never the reason a customer cannot bet. When the exchange is thin, the house price is still on screen.”
“The risk desk earns its place. Exposure by market, large bet flagging and margin control per sport are the screens our traders actually live in.”

Case Study - An Exchange & Sportsbook Deployment
How an operator launched a multi-vertical betting brand on this platform, under its own license. Client identity withheld under NDA.
A regional betting brand launched on this platform under its own license, running a peer-to-peer exchange, fixed-odds sportsbook and casino from one wallet and one back office.

- Operate exchange and sportsbook products against one shared customer wallet
- Responsible gambling controls and KYC review, prepared for your license application
- Back-office tools, not database edits, take care of settlement, voiding and reversal
- Start a betting brand across several verticals with no need to write a matching engine from scratch
- Your risk desk starts with exposure monitoring and margin control from the first day
- Commission on the exchange, margin on the sportsbook and a casino share, all earning together
- Matching by price-time priority over an in-memory order book
- Commission on the exchange, overround on the sportsbook and a casino revenue share
- Six currencies spanning both fiat and crypto
- Accumulators, cash-out, affiliate tooling and loyalty tiers
- Built on Node.js services, PostgreSQL, Redis and WebSocket
“The exchange is the part nobody else would quote us a sensible number for. Having it working on day one changed the whole plan.”Head of Trading · Licensed betting operator, name withheld under NDA
03The product
The Basics
What Is White Label Sports Betting Software?
Betting software that ships under your name and spans three verticals together: a casino covering slots, table games and live dealer categories, a fixed-odds sportsbook in which the house prices the market, and a peer-to-peer exchange on which customers back and lay against one another. White label here means the brand, the domain, the wallet and the back office are all yours, and so is the source code that runs them.

More Than a Sportsbook Theme
This is not a sportsbook with an exchange tab. Everything works: cash-out with a hedging formula, a validated ladder, partial fills, price-time priority and per-runner order books - and that engine is precisely why the category is expensive to build.
Not Leased Software
Handover, not access: you receive the source, the migrations and the Drizzle schema, self-hosted on infrastructure you control. No per-seat fee, no dependency on our roadmap, standard PostgreSQL underneath.
The Permit Is Yours
KYC, responsible gambling controls and audit trails all ship. A gambling license does not. Operating in a regulated market is a legal responsibility that stays with you, and no software vendor can take it on.
Built for Web, Mobile & API
What Does White Label Ownership Mean Here?
Seldom does a year of effort go into the interface. It goes into three harder parts: a back office able to reverse, void or settle any market while a regulator watches, a wallet that never loses a cent from the moment a bet is placed until it settles, and a matching engine that executes orders correctly under load. All three come with this platform.

- 01A peer-to-peer exchange built around a live order book
- 02Fixed-odds sportsbook offering accumulators plus cash-out
- 03Casino catalog that launches games from providers
- 04Six currencies covering fiat as well as cryptocurrency
- 05Built-in KYC, responsible gambling and audit
Put plainly: the multi-year engineering between an idea and a serious betting brand is already done. Inside the build sit 35 PostgreSQL tables and 40 enums across 13 domains, compliance tooling for KYC, responsible gambling and audit, six currencies spanning fiat and crypto, and over 180 REST endpoints across 11 services.

Platform Features - Exchange, Sportsbook, Casino, Wallet & Staff Side
No roadmap items appear here. Each capability listed next is working in the live demo linked above. Where production use depends on something extra, whether a second migration, a provider contract or a third-party account, the note appears against that feature rather than being glossed over.
Sign-In & Second Factor
Registration captures country and currency, followed by email verification, password reset and optional TOTP two-factor, over a three-tier role model that middleware enforces on every admin route.
- Country and currency chosen at registration
- Email verification plus password reset
- TOTP two-factor, enrollment through verification
- Three role tiers: user, admin, super admin
ID Check Workflow
Documents come in as passport, license, national ID or proof of address; an admin approves or rejects with a reason, and the reviewing admin is recorded against the decision.
- Passport, license, ID and address accepted at upload
- Approve or reject at review, with a reason attached
- Status runs pending, then verified or rejected
- The reviewer's identity is stored for the compliance trail
Safer Gambling Controls
Session time limits, daily loss limits, self-exclusion that carries an end date, reality check reminders, and daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. A license application asks to see exactly these controls.
- Deposit caps set daily, weekly and monthly
- Daily loss caps alongside session time caps
- Self-exclusion carrying an end date
- Reality check reminders on an interval you choose
Many-Currency Purse
Balances come in three parts for each of six currencies, fiat and crypto alike: reserved, available and total, so funds lock against open orders without ever leaving the customer balance.
- Six currencies ship: USD, EUR, GBP, BTC, ETH, USDT
- Total, available and reserved held as three balances
- Append-only ledger carrying balance-after snapshots
- Conversion between wallets built in
Tamper-Proof Ledger
Each movement becomes an append-only entry recording its description, source reference, balance after, amount and direction, and is committed within an ACID transaction using row-level locking.
- Stripe handles card deposits and withdrawals
- Bank transfer and crypto rails need configuring
- Saved methods stored as provider tokens only
- Transaction lifecycle with provider reconciliation
Exchange Order Matcher
Three persistence types, commission taken on net winnings, order books per runner with price-time priority and partial fills, and a ladder from 1.01 to 1000 that is validated.
- Hierarchy runs sport, competition, event, market, runner
- Back and lay placed against the order book
- Ladder validated across 1.01 to 1000
- Partial matches leave the remainder resting on book
Early Settlement Engine
Quotes come live off current market odds through a position-hedging formula, with a platform margin applied, a ten second validity window, and execution as an opposing order.
- Three persistence types governing market close
- Position tracking carrying profit and loss
- Cash-out quotes holding for ten seconds
- Commission taken on net winnings
Fixed-Odds Betting
Pre-match and in-play pricing for system, accumulator and single bets, odds shown as American, fractional or decimal, a complete bet slip, and cash-out available on unsettled bets.
- Fixed odds shown pre-match and in-play
- Singles, accumulators and system bets
- Bet slip offering cash-out on anything unsettled
- Decimal, fractional or American odds display
Casino Play & Tournaments
Provider and featured filters across six game categories, session tracking, game launch via the provider API, bonuses that show wagering progress, and VIP, buy-in and freeroll tournaments run by the tournament engine.
- Catalog spans six game categories
- Filter by provider or featured, with search
- Games launch through the provider API
- Bonuses tracked against wagering requirements
Bonuses & Rewards
A rewards catalog and points across four loyalty tiers, seven promotion types with progress tracking and opt-in, plus price boosts, cashback and free bets that carry restrictions.
- Seven promotion types carrying opt-in and progress
- Four loyalty tiers on points, with a rewards catalog
- Free bets restricted by market, sport and odds
- Price boosts plus cashback claims
Referral Program
The program has unique referral codes, four commission tiers and three calculation methods (net loss, deposit and wager), plus referral lifecycle tracking and commission withdrawal.
- Affiliate accounts carrying unique referral codes
- Four affiliate tiers, rates configurable
- Commission calculated on net loss, deposit or wager
- Referral lifecycle tracked through to commission withdrawal
Staff Management Panel
A KPI dashboard, an audit log you can filter, margin configuration, the risk desk, transaction oversight, user and KYC management, and settlement covering reverse and void.
- Live KPIs on the operator dashboard
- Settle, void or reverse a market
- Risk desk showing exposure, with large-bet flagging
- Margin configured per sport, with validation
On delivery the software is finished, and it is self-hosted on infrastructure that you control. Stripe handles card payments, while bank transfer and crypto rails still require configuration. Firebase, SendGrid and Twilio accounts are needed for push, email and SMS. Provider contracts are required for casino games, and a sports data feed is required for live odds. Live dealer is integration-ready, bingo and poker are basic, and eSports presently runs on mock data. An i18n framework exists in the interface, but only English ships. Promotions, loyalty, affiliates and tournaments live in extended tables that call for a second migration snapshot ahead of production. Above all, a gambling license is not part of the platform.
Operate It Without Developers
Operator Console - Users, Settlement, Exposure & Margins
Day-to-day betting operations happen in the back office rather than the front end. Authentication and a role check guard every admin route at the router level, and each action is recorded in the audit log along with an IP address, the resource touched, the admin's identity and a JSON payload of what changed.

Know Your Buyer
Who Are the Ideal Buyers of This White Label Betting Platform?
This fits operators who want more than a skinned sportsbook and who understand that a real betting business is separated from a front end by the exchange engine and the back office.
Companies moving into betting that want Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT next to fiat, and prefer not to send crypto via a third-party processor.
Operators going mobile-first in markets with little competition and regulation still taking shape, who want native apps plus a wallet able to handle local rails.
Enterprises with several brands, needing reporting, audit trails, KYC and responsible gambling applied the same way in every deployment.
Sports publishers turning an existing audience into revenue through a branded betting product, plus an affiliate system that traces each visitor back to its source.
Teams opening their first betting brand and wanting every vertical on day one, since a bare sportsbook hands the customer to any rival that also offers casino.
Operators differentiating through exchange trading that is peer-to-peer, in a market where all rivals quote identical fixed odds from one feed.
Renting a betting platform means paying a license fee forever to the company that holds your order book, your wallet and your compliance evidence. Owning it changes all three. If your business rests on holding customer deposits, getting risk priced correctly, or proving to a regulator that your controls actually work, the platform stops being an operating expense and starts being an asset you can defend.

Use Cases - Exchange, Sportsbook, Casino & Bitcoin Wagering
The lead vertical differs by operator, while the codebase stays put. A brand that starts with the exchange relies on commission and the matching engine, while a brand starting from the sportsbook leans on the risk desk and margin configuration. Both come down to configuration, not a fork.
Swipe · 6
The platform earns commission on net winnings while customers set their own prices, and it never takes a position on the outcome.

Each sport and market type gets its own overround configuration, a validation tool catches any mispriced market, and the risk desk shows exposure before it turns into a loss.

A casino vertical monetizes the audience sports betting already brought through the door, through provider game launch, bonuses with wagering requirements and tournaments that drive repeat sessions.

Wallets for Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT sit next to dollars, euros and pounds, all running on one three-balance accounting model.

Emerging markets get a mobile-first launch, with a wallet designed around the payment rails that market actually uses, plus native iOS and Android apps at near-complete feature parity with web.

Several brands run as separate deployments, each with a database, domain and branding of its own, while sharing the same compliance tooling and operator training.

A single platform in many setups. All the use cases above run on an identical 35 table schema, with the same three verticals. The differences lie in the lead vertical, commission and margin settings, enabled currencies and branding, rather than in a fork that you would maintain on its own.

Industries We Serve
Underneath, every operator offering regulated wagering or gaming runs a business of the same shape. A startup can launch a first brand and have all three verticals live on day one. An established sportsbook can add peer-to-peer exchange trading and compete on price instead of on marketing budget. Crypto and gaming companies entering betting get Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT sitting next to fiat. Brands in emerging markets go mobile-first, pairing local payment rails with native apps. Groups spanning several countries operate multiple licensed brands under a single, consistent compliance posture. Media owners turn an existing sports audience into a branded product backed by affiliate tracking. Operators that lead with casino cross-sell sports betting to the players already on their books. Fantasy and skill-gaming businesses can adapt the exchange model to run peer-to-peer contests. To see the sector as a whole, use the betting and gaming platform development section is the place to look. Work beyond this product falls under our custom software development service.

06Under the hood
Registration Through Payout
How the Platform Works - Register, Fund, Bet, Match & Settle
On the surface it appears to be odds plus a bet slip. Beneath that sits a tightly ordered pipeline of identity, funding, matching and settlement. What follows traces the route from sign-up, via a settled market, to a customer who gets paid.
The Customer Path: Signup Through to a Settled Position
Swipe · 6
- 1Sign Up and Verify
Signup captures a customer's country and currency, after which they must verify their identity before withdrawal limits lift. A regulator looks at this gate first.
- Sign-up capturing date of birth, country and currency
- Verification by email, with TOTP two-factor as an option
- KYC document upload covering passport, license, ID and address
- Approval or rejection by an admin, with the reviewer on record
- 2Top Up the Balance
Funds arrive via a payment provider into a wallet held per currency, and an immutable ledger entry is written inside the same transaction.
- Stripe card deposits confirmed by webhook
- Bank transfer and crypto rails set up through configuration
- A wallet per currency over the six supported currencies
- Every ledger entry carries a snapshot of the balance after it
- 3Place the Wager
Next the customer picks a vertical. Exchange users choose a price and a side, whereas sportsbook users accept the house price. In both cases the funds are reserved rather than spent.
- Back or lay on the exchange at a price checked against the ladder
- A single, accumulator or system bet on the sportsbook
- On placement, funds shift from available to reserved
- Each market is rate limited to ten orders per second
- 4Pair and Broadcast
The engine matches the order with resting liquidity on the other side and then updates every affected screen simultaneously via the real-time layer.
- Orders matched on price-time priority against the book
- A partial fill keeps the unfilled remainder resting
- Each match is written to the matched bets junction
- WebSocket pushes of odds, order, balance and position
- 5Cash Out or Hold
While the event is still running, a customer may accept a price and close the position instead of waiting on the outcome.
- Quote for cash-out derived from current market odds
- Hedging calculation for the position, including a platform margin
- A quote lasts ten seconds, then has to be refreshed
- On execution an opposite order is placed at the market price
- 6Resolve and Audit
After a market is settled by the operator, wallet balances move, and the ledger together with the audit log lets you reconstruct each step.
- Settlement done manually or in batches, per market or per event
- On the exchange, commission is charged on net winnings
- A void returns the stakes, while a reversal undoes a settlement
- Each admin action is logged along with resource, detail and IP
How It’s Built
Platform Architecture & Back-End Sequence
- 01Layer 01
Monolith Plus Services
Routing is consolidated in one Express server, and 11 service packages carry the domain logic, so you can start on a single process and split the busy services out later.
- 02Layer 02
Twin Event Hierarchies
Exchange and sportsbook share sports and competitions but split at market level, because peer-to-peer matching and house pricing genuinely need different models.
- 03Layer 03
Ledger Writes Run Atomically
A database transaction with row-level locking wraps every wallet mutation, and each one writes a ledger entry; a crash mid-settlement therefore cannot leave a balance wrong.
- 04Layer 04
Explicit Status Flows
Events, markets, orders, transactions, KYC and bonuses each follow an explicit enum lifecycle, which is what makes settlement and reporting deterministic rather than best-effort.
- 05Layer 05
Redis Behind Every Live Update
Redis handles rate limiting, FX caching and session state, as well as the pub/sub behind the WebSocket hub, which keeps the API stateless where it matters.
- 06Layer 06
A First-Class Table Dedicated to Audit
Admin actions write to an audit log carrying actor, resource, JSON detail and IP, with a Redis-indexed service alongside it for fast filtered retrieval.
Under the Hood
Built on Next.js 14 and Node.js, with PostgreSQL, Redis & React Native
Three requirements sit behind the screen: a matching engine quick enough to fill orders in milliseconds, a wallet that stays correct when many requests hit it at once, and a live data layer that keeps every display accurate. This is the machinery under the odds.
Web Application
Next.js 14 App Router · TypeScript- Public sport and casino pages rendered server-side
- State handled by Zustand against a typed API client
- WebSocket client carrying live odds and balance updates
- Theming for dark, light and system modes, plus an i18n framework
Punter Mobile App
Expo React Native · TypeScript- One codebase producing native iOS and Android
- Tab navigation, bet placement in a bottom sheet
- Feature parity with web, near enough complete
- Push notifications plus biometric authentication
Server Layer
Node.js · Express · TypeScript- A unified server sitting over microservice packages
- More than 180 REST endpoints across 11 services
- Every admin route passes authenticate, then authorize
- Each service exposes its own health endpoint
Ledger & Storage
PostgreSQL 16 · Drizzle ORM · decimal.js- 35 tables, 40 enums and roughly 60 indexes
- Fiat and crypto amounts share numeric(18,8) precision
- Wallet changes are ACID transactions guarded by row-level locks
- Append-only ledger carrying balance-after snapshots
Matching & Live Updates
In-Memory Order Book · Redis 7 · WebSocket- Per-runner books ordered by price-time priority
- Redis pub/sub feeding the WebSocket hub
- Channels split across odds, orders, matches, balances and scores
- Heartbeat detection for stale connections
Auth & Permissions
JWT · bcrypt cost 12 · TOTP- Access tokens last 15 minutes, refresh tokens 7 days
- Refresh rotation, with reuse detection triggering revocation
- Five failed attempts locks the account for 15 minutes
- User, admin and super admin form a three-tier role model
the engine keeps order books in memory, which gives fast matching but makes it the only component that scales up rather than out; all other services are stateless. Checks on input are written inline instead of through a schema library such as Zod or Joi. Nothing in the package provides a monitoring stack, CSV or JSON export, or a full-text search index. A second migration snapshot is required before production for the extended tables (tournaments, affiliates, loyalty, promotions and notifications). Stripe handles card payments. Each of the following needs an account or contract of yours: geolocation, KYC automation, the sports data feed, casino providers, SMS, email, push, and bank and crypto rails. The whole stack is mainstream, easy to hire for and self-hosted on your own infrastructure.
Build to Scale
Room to Grow - Matching in Memory, Indexed Queries & Capacity to Expand
The documented targets are 99.9% API availability, 10,000+ concurrent users, pages loading in under two seconds and order placement under 100 milliseconds for the 95th percentile. Apart from the engine, the architecture behind them is intentionally conventional.
Speed in Matching, and the Price Paid
Fills complete in under a millisecond because the books sit in RAM. With no database round trip in the fill path, order placement stays within the documented 100 millisecond target. The exchange is only usable because of that choice, and it is equally the design's candid ceiling.
- Per-runner books ordered by price-time priority
- Partial fills leave the unmatched remainder resting on the book
- Each market is processed in sequence, while separate markets run in parallel
- The engine scales up vertically; every other service scales out
Money Integrity Under Load
The same wallet hit by two customers in the same instant is what quietly corrupts betting platforms, which is why the database, not application code, handles it. The wallet model provides:
- The wallet is row-locked while a mutation runs
- Balance availability is verified before every debit
- decimal.js handles arithmetic, so no floating point rounding creeps in
- Ledger entries are append-only and each stores a balance-after snapshot
Light Read Queries
The operator dashboard, bet history and odds pages take the read load, so the filters those pages use are exactly the ones the schema indexes. The read strategy runs across:
- Around 60 B-tree indexes cover foreign keys, status columns and timestamps - the three filters betting and reporting workloads actually hit
- The operator dashboard fires its queries concurrently rather than one after another, which is what holds load time down as the data grows
- Redis caches the FX rates, along with counters for rate limiting
Live Updates That Avoid Flooding Every Client
A liquid market reprices constantly, and naive broadcasting is exactly how a WebSocket layer falls over. The real-time model uses:
- Redis pub/sub links the engine to the socket hub
- Channels are scoped per market and per user instead of one global fan-out
- Heartbeats detect and drop stale connections
- Hubs scale horizontally, sharing sessions through Redis
Everything Else Stays Stateless
Admin, notification, payment, casino, sportsbook, wallet, user and auth services all run stateless and scale out horizontally behind a load balancer.
- Deploy on one server or several, in Docker, or cloud-native using managed PostgreSQL and Redis
- Self-hosted on infrastructure you control either way
- WebSocket broadcast volume, order table write pressure and engine memory each get a named mitigation in the documentation, rather than being discovered under load
Made to Be Customized as You Grow
Sooner or later each operator needs changes tied to its regulator or market. A conventional stack makes extending it routine engineering.
- A new sport takes two inserts
- A new payment provider takes an enum value plus a service class
- A new language takes one JSON file
- Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native, Next.js and Redis are all easy to hire for
Read this if you run the business: Known limits are written down up front. Engine memory rises with the number of open orders, write load on the database concentrates in the matched bets and orders tables, and until Redis backs it the login rate limiter lives in memory within each process. A mitigation is stated for each, and none calls for a redesign.
07Security and compliance
Built to Be Audited
Platform Security - OWASP-Mapped, Ledger-Backed & Ready for Review
A dedicated compliance document maps the security posture to the OWASP Top 10. For a betting platform, three questions count most: can money disappear, can an admin deny an action, and can a regulator rebuild the sequence of events. The data model answers all three, not a policy paper.
- 01 · Ledger
Balances Never Shift Quietly
No balance moves silently. Inside a transaction under row-level locking, each wallet mutation adds an entry to the append-only ledger, together with a balance-after snapshot, which lets any balance be rebuilt from first principles.
- No Card Data Held: Stripe processes card payments and tokenizes them, which leaves PCI scope with the processor; your database never receives a card number.
- 02 · Precision
Exact Decimal Math
Monetary maths runs on decimal.js over numeric(18,8) columns: eight decimal places for crypto, exact arithmetic for fiat, and no floating point drift anywhere.
- Moderate Validation Rating: Route handlers check input inline, not through a schema. The documentation grades that Moderate and proposes adding a Zod or Joi layer, so the gap is disclosed instead of hidden.
- 03 · Session
Login Session Safeguards
A 15 minute access token backed by a 7 day refresh, refresh tokens usable once, reuse detection that revokes the entire chain, and refresh tokens stored hashed in the database.
- Input Safety Against Injection and XSS: Every query goes through Drizzle ORM parameterization, and Helmet adds the content security headers. Per the documentation the platform never fetches user-controlled URLs, so there is no SSRF surface.
- 04 · Credential
Password & Secret Protection
bcrypt at cost 12, a lockout for fifteen minutes after five failed attempts, and a minimum of eight characters requiring uppercase, number and special character.
- Request Throttling Levels: Public traffic gets thirty requests a minute, authenticated users 120 and admins 300. Each market accepts ten orders a second, and logins are capped at five attempts per fifteen minutes.
- 05 · Admin
Staff Action Logging
Every administrative action writes an audit row carrying actor, action type, resource, the originating IP and a JSON payload of the change, filterable by action, user, resource and date.
- No Bundled Monitoring: You get health endpoints and console logging. Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry and log aggregation are suggested add-ons, not part of the package.
- 06 · Player
Safer Play Controls
The platform enforces deposit caps set daily, weekly and monthly, session limits and loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion with an end date, rather than merely displaying them to the customer.
- The Sportsbook License Stays Yours: Audit tooling, responsible gambling and KYC come included, giving a license application material to cite. Securing the license itself, and operating lawfully in your market, stays with you.
The built controls are solid: TOTP two-factor, refresh token rotation that detects reuse, bcrypt at cost 12, an append-only ledger, ACID wallet mutations under row-level locking and an audit log that records admin identity and IP address. Anything the documentation grades Moderate or Configuration Required is flagged as such on this page.
Discuss Security & Compliance With UsLegal Position Explained
Licensing Readiness - Software Scope, Gambling License and Duties Left to You
A gambling license is something the software cannot be. Miracuves delivers the platform layer: the casino catalog with its provider launch flow, the fixed-odds sportsbook, the exchange matching engine, responsible gambling controls, KYC document review, a wallet in six currencies with an append-only ledger, and an operator console with its own audit log. Public betting, real-money casino games and custody of player funds are all licensed activities. The license is issued to your operating entity in each market where it accepts players, and never attaches to the software. Our work follows your providers’ APIs and cannot stand in for any regulator’s approval; Miracuves is not itself a betting operator.
“Ready” means the controls a regulator asks an applicant to demonstrate are already in the product: KYC document review with the reviewing admin recorded, deposit caps set daily, weekly and monthly, daily loss and session limits, self-exclusion with an end date, reality check reminders, and an audit log carrying the admin identity and IP address. It is not a license or an approval. Miracuves holds no gambling license, nothing on this page claims regulator or test-lab certification for the software, and no software makes betting legal in a market where it is not.
Source Code Contents
The scope spans exchange, sportsbook and casino verticals under one account; KYC uploads reviewed by admins with a reviewer trail; a six-currency wallet with an append-only ledger behind it; deposit, loss and session limits; self-exclusion with reality checks; a risk desk; settlement that supports void and reverse; plus an audit log with IP addresses. Delivery is source code that you own.
What a Gaming License Grants
Taking wagers from the public, running real-money casino games, holding player funds, advertising to players in a particular market and filing reports with a gambling regulator all require authority held by your operating entity, licensed in every jurisdiction involved. No software can stand in for it.
Obligations You Keep
Anti-money-laundering reporting and monitoring, verifying age and identity beyond manual review, geolocation that limits play to places where you hold a license, a responsible-gambling policy plus the staff who enforce it, and the contracts covering the sports data feed, casino games and your payment rails. This page lists automated KYC and geolocation as add-on integrations.
Where You Operate Sets the Path
Each market sets its own rules. The Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission, the UK Gambling Commission, Curacao, the Malta Gaming Authority and US state regulators all define separate rules on licensing, reporting, technical standards and player protection, and many markets limit or ban online betting entirely. Check your route with gambling-licensing counsel. Legal, licensing or regulatory advice is not something Miracuves provides.

How add-ons work
- 1Module selection
Pick them before launch or afterward; the core is never rebuilt.
- 2Modules priced one by one
Modules are each described and priced in writing, one by one.
- 3Delivered as editable source
Same as the core, you hold the source code for every module.

09The business case
Where Operators Make Money
Revenue Models - Commission, Margin, Casino Share & Affiliates
Revenue arrives from four directions at once here, and each is modeled as its own lever, which lets an operator adjust one without affecting the rest.
- 01
Exchange Fees
A configurable percentage of net winnings, charged at settlement. The exchange never takes the other side, so this is revenue earned from matching two customers rather than from carrying risk.
- 02
Bookmaker Margin
Overround is built into fixed-odds pricing and configured for each sport and each market type, and a validation tool checks every market against its band before it goes live.
- 03
Casino Revenue Split
Gross gaming revenue shared with game providers on whatever terms you negotiate, monetizing the customers that sports betting brought through the door.
- 04
Partner-Led Signups
Four commission tiers are calculated on net loss, deposits or wagers, so marketing spend becomes a variable cost linked to what a customer is actually worth.
- 05
Free Bets for Player Growth
Free bets are issued by an admin or triggered by a promotion, carrying market, sport and minimum-odds restrictions, which keeps acquisition cost bounded and measurable.
- 06
White-Label Brand Licensing
Branding, theme, currencies, margins and commission are configuration rather than code, so the same deployment can be licensed onward to another operator under their own identity.
| Revenue stream | How it is charged | Take rateTypical range | What sets the ceiling |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exchange Fees | Deducted from a customer's profit on each settled market, calculated on winnings and never on stakes. | Australian racing markets on Betfair carry an 8% or 10% base rate, set by state and code. | Sport sits lower at 6%, with NRL at 10%. Each market's rules list its base rate as the cap on what a customer pays, so the lever is a per-market ceiling, not an open-ended charge. |
| Bookmaker Margin | Set per sport and market type, then checked against a configured band before a market opens. | Nevada, 12 months: football won 5.96%, basketball 5.93%, baseball 7.20% of amount wagered. | Channel changes the blend as well. Mobile sports wagering in Nevada won 6.37% across the period, against 6.73% for the whole sports pool. |
| Casino Revenue Split | Casino gross gaming revenue shared with the studio or supplier on terms you negotiate. | Set per supplier contract. Nevada hold: baccarat 16.93%, roulette 19.29%, twenty-one 12.92%. | Remote casino profit is taxed before it is shared. UK Remote Gaming Duty applies at 40% from 1 April 2026, and a 25% remote betting rate arrives on 1 April 2027. |
| Partner-Led Signups | Commission calculated on a referred player's net loss, deposits or wagers, by tier. | A UK bookmaker's partner page offers revenue share of up to half, for three months. | The figure is a cap on an introductory offer, and the page states nothing for later months. Model the months after launch from your own partner contracts. |
How to read this. The racing and sport base rates are from Betfair Australia's commission help page. Hold figures are the regulator's own: Nevada Gaming Control Board Monthly Revenue Report for October 2025, 12-month column. Duty dates come from GOV.UK, and the partner offer from Betfred Affiliates. Apple's App Review Guidelines (5.3.3 and 5.3.4) bar in-app purchase for real-money gaming credit, so no store commission sits on deposits. Take each figure as one scenario variable; none promises what an operator on this software will retain.
Exchange commission and sportsbook margin carry most operators, since the same customer is monetized in two distinct ways, depending on whichever price is better at that moment.
Market Benchmarks
Independent Benchmarks for Online Sports Betting - 2025-2026 Data
Our own models sit above this block; the statistics below belong to other organizations. They come from the American Gaming Association, the UK Gambling Commission, DraftKings and Flutter Entertainment, and we reproduce them unchanged. Read together, they show how large regulated betting revenue is, what portion of every dollar wagered a listed sportsbook keeps, and how concentrated the market is.
US Sports Betting Brought In $16.96bn in 2025
According to the Commercial Gaming Revenue Tracker from the American Gaming Association, 2025 US sports betting revenue climbed 22.8 percent from a year earlier to $16.96 billion. Online betting grew 22.0 percent and took a 96.5 percent market share. Legal wagers by Americans on sports in 2025 totaled $166.94 billion, an 11.0 percent rise, while national hold increased to 10.16 percent.
Great Britain Online Gambling Yields £7.8bn
Per the UK Gambling Commission, Great Britain’s gross gambling yield stood at £16.8 billion for the year ending March 2025, a 7.3 percent increase. Online gambling drove most of that growth, adding over £900 million to reach £7.8 billion annually. Remote Casino, Betting and Bingo is the sector responsible for 46 percent of the market.
$53.6bn Handle at a 7.1% Net Revenue Margin
In the fiscal 2025 Form 10-K it filed on 13 February 2026, DraftKings says Handle in its Sportsbook segment totaled $53.6 billion, an 11.4 percent gain on the $48.1 billion of 2024. Sportsbook Net Revenue Margin, which it defines as Sportsbook revenue expressed as a share of handle, came in at 7.1 percent, compared with 5.6 percent in 2023 and 6.0 percent in 2024.
FanDuel Holds 41% of Online Sports Betting
Flutter Entertainment’s fiscal 2025 Form 10-K, filed 26 February 2026, says it held roughly 41 percent of online sports betting in the US states where the FanDuel sportsbook was live, measured by gross gaming revenue. Sportsbook made up 53 percent of the group’s $16,383 million revenue, with an average of 15.9 million monthly players.
American Gaming Association, Commercial Gaming Revenue Tracker, CY 2025, March 2026 - americangaming.org
UK Gambling Commission, Industry Statistics 2025, 25 November 2025 - gamblingcommission.gov.uk
DraftKings Inc., Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, filed 13 February 2026 - sec.gov
Flutter Entertainment plc, Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, filed 26 February 2026 - sec.gov
Every figure is the publisher’s own statistic or filing, repeated exactly. The UK number covers online gambling of every type (casino, betting and bingo), so it is not a betting-only figure. The numbers speak to the market and to two listed operators only; they say nothing about how a Miracuves-built platform performs, and none of it projects revenue for your business.
Market Timing
Is It Worth Building a Betting Platform in 2026?
Documentation estimates that building something this size from scratch costs about $1.29m to $2.95m across 18 to 36 months. On its own, the matching engine costs $300k to $800k, and takes eight to fourteen months. This category is priced against those figures.
01The Engine Is the Hard Part
Custom betting projects stall on exactly one thing: an order book with price-time priority, partial fills and cash-out. Starting from one that already matches correctly takes away the largest single build risk in the category.
02A Shared Wallet Adds Value
A customer who bets on sport and plays casino off one balance deposits more and stays on longer. Putting two products behind one signup works as a retention mechanic, not just a longer feature list.
03Liquidity Works Both Ways
An exchange on its own stalls without trading volume. Fixed odds alongside it keep a price on screen, even in a market where nobody else is trading.
04Regulation Controls Entry
Compliance is the gate, not the polish. KYC review, deposit and loss limits, self-exclusion and an audit trail carrying IP addresses are what a license application asks for, and retrofitting them afterwards is considerably harder than having them from the start.
05Crypto Opens More Markets
Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT running alongside fiat reach audiences card rails cannot, with no need to route settlement through a third-party processor.
06Buying Wins Over Building
From scratch, the documented range runs into seven figures across 18 to 36 months. This deployment goes live in under six days, on your own infrastructure.

Front-end work was never what held anyone back. The hard parts are a compliance surface that a regulator will genuinely examine, the matching engine and wallet correctness, all of them mandatory, plain and slow to get right.
How the Economics Work
Marketability, Revenue Potential & Growth Path Ahead
Demand is rarely the constraint in betting. The constraints are licensing, the payment rails, and what it costs to build the technology, and this platform eliminates that last one entirely.
- 01
Four Income Streams Together
Four separate levers reach different customers: casino revenue share, affiliate economics, exchange commission and sportsbook overround. They are not one model wearing four names.
- 02
Fees Without Taking Risk
On the exchange you never take the opposing position. Commission on net winnings is revenue earned by matching customers, not by carrying their risk.
- 03
Lifetime Value Across Verticals
A single wallet across sport and casino lifts deposit frequency and retention, which is documented as the reason multi-vertical operators outperform brands built on a single product.
- 04
Ways Out for Owners
You hold the codebase and schema on standard PostgreSQL, self-hosted. Nothing proprietary to unwind later, and no platform fee anyone can renegotiate.
- Exchange Commission
- Sportsbook Margin
- Casino Revenue Share
- Affiliate Acquisition
- Free Bets as Acquisition
- White-Label Licensing
License, liquidity and habit – not code.
- 01A license is a real barrier
- 02Exchange liquidity builds on itself
- 03A customer with a bet history, a balance and a loyalty tier does not drift off casually
- 04Codebase and schema are yours
Your economics are set by the software in betting, which is the entire commercial argument for owning it. Overround per sport, commission rate and casino share decide profitability, and whoever controls the deployment controls all three.
Bookmaker margin brings early income.
A first brand where fixed odds carries the volume and the exchange accrues liquidity gradually, while casino monetizes the audience sports betting brought in.
Commission and margin each carry weight, while casino share compounds.
A multi-market brand where crypto wallets reach audiences card rails cannot, and acquisition becomes a variable cost through the affiliate program.
Every lever is in play, spread over distinct deployments.
Several licensed brands, each with a separate database and domain, all sharing a single operator playbook, a single compliance posture and a single engineering team.
10Why Miracuves
Why Miracuves
Miracuves vs Other White Label Betting Software Vendors
A betting platform can come from generic scripts, freelancers, agencies, or from owning the infrastructure yourself.
What Founders Get From Miracuves
- 01
A Functioning Matching Engine
All working: cash-out, a validated ladder, partial fills and price-time priority. Betting scripts of the generic kind ship a sportsbook front end and put the exchange on the roadmap.
- 02
One Account, Three Verticals
One wallet serves the exchange, sportsbook and casino. Combining three separate vendors leaves you with three wallets, three integrations and a customer journey full of visible joins.
- 03
Correct Money Handling
ACID mutations with row-level locking, decimal arithmetic and an append-only ledger. This is the quiet part that ruins betting platforms built in a hurry.
- 04
Built-In Compliance Tools
KYC review with a reviewer trail, responsible gambling limits, self-exclusion and an audit log carrying IP addresses - ready for a license application to point at.
- 05
Complete Source, Self-Hosted
The codebase - Node.js, Next.js, React Native and PostgreSQL - is fully yours and runs on your own infrastructure. You pay no platform fee, and no outside provider can alter the terms on you.
- 06
Plain Readiness Wording Used
All of this is stated up front: no monitoring is bundled, the second migration has not shipped, poker and bingo are basic, and eSports runs on mock data. Nothing surfaces after purchase that was not disclosed before it.

Product & exchange basics5 questions
01What is white label sports betting software?
It is a complete betting platform delivered under your own name. Miracuves provides three verticals that share one customer account: an exchange running peer-to-peer on a genuine matching engine, plus a fixed-odds sportsbook offering accumulators plus cash-out, along with a casino that launches provider games. Supporting all three are an immutable financial ledger, a wallet in six currencies, controls for KYC and responsible gambling, and a complete operator back office spanning web, iOS and Android.
02Does the betting exchange actually work, or is it just a sportsbook?
It is real. Matching applies price-time priority across per-runner order books, partial fills leave the remainder resting on the book, prices follow a validated ladder running from 1.01 to 1000, and three persistence types control what happens at market close. Positions are tracked with profit and loss, while cash-out is derived from live market odds, each quote staying valid for ten seconds. Commission is earned on net winnings; the platform never takes the opposite side of a bet.
03What is the point of pairing an exchange with a sportsbook?
Liquidity. A betting exchange on its own only works once enough customers trade against one another, and that makes for an awkward beginning for a new brand. Fixed odds running next to it put a price on screen from the first day while the exchange gains depth. Both use one customer account and wallet here, so nothing is duplicated.
04What gets rebranded exactly?
Everything a customer or a regulator can see: the domain, the logo and color system across the betting surface, the casino lobby and the operator console; the app name, icon, splash screen and store listing; the bet slip, the cashier and the account statements; the sender name and templates on transactional email; the terms, privacy and responsible-gambling pages, which point at your licensed entity; and the descriptor on a customer’s card statement. Package identifiers and bundle IDs are set to your namespace before the apps are compiled. The engineering underneath stays the same: the order book, the settlement engine, the wallet ledger and the KYC pipeline that Miracuves built.
05Which payment methods and currencies come included?
Delivery includes six currencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, US dollars, euros and pounds, with a separate wallet for each and conversion among them. Stripe handles card deposits and withdrawals using provider tokenization, so your database never receives a card number. Bank transfer and crypto rails need configuration, and a local method your market requires follows the same provider pattern.
Licenses & money3 questions
06Is a gambling license required to operate this?
Yes, and you must obtain it yourself, because no software vendor can provide one. The platform includes compliance tooling of the kind a license application looks for: KYC document review that leaves a reviewer trail, limits on deposits, losses and sessions, reality checks, self-exclusion, and an audit log that records the IP address with each admin action. Obtaining the license and complying with your regulator’s local rules involve legal and commercial work that sits with you and your advisors. Miracuves holds no gambling license and offers no legal, licensing or regulatory advice.
07What stops software errors from touching customer funds?
Every wallet mutation on the platform executes in a database transaction under row-level locking. Available balance is checked before any debit, and an append-only ledger entry records the direction, amount, balance after the movement, source reference and description. Monetary arithmetic uses decimal.js on numeric(18,8) columns, leaving no floating point rounding. The ledger alone is enough to reconstruct any balance.
08Would the platform survive a security audit?
A dedicated compliance document maps it to the OWASP Top 10. Controls already built in: a 15 minute access token, 7 day refresh rotation with reuse detection, bcrypt at cost 12, TOTP two-factor, login lockout, Drizzle-parameterized queries, Helmet security headers, an append-only ledger, tiered rate limiting and an audit log that records IP addresses; every admin route enforces a three-tier role model. That document grades input validation Moderate, since checks are inline instead of schema-driven, and treats monitoring, WAF and secrets management as deployment hardening.
Price & days to launch5 questions
09What does a sports betting app cost to build in 2026?
Pricing for white label sports betting software from Miracuves begins at $3,999, covering a deployment ready for launch under your own branding, and the source code is handed over. The final scope shifts with vertical mix, payment rails, the sports data feed, casino provider integration, KYC automation and your licensing needs, and quotes for enterprise builds are given in writing. As a yardstick, the documentation estimates a comparable from-scratch build at about $1.29m to $2.95m across 18 to 36 months.
10What is the launch timeline for the platform?
Six working days is how long our share of the work takes. Since the platform is already built, Miracuves brands it as yours and installs it on your infrastructure. What can stretch the schedule sits outside our hands: merchant accounts, casino provider contracts, a sports data subscription and your gambling license.
11Does the sportsbook source code come with it?
Yes, completely. You receive a web application built on Next.js 14, a React Native app on Expo for iOS and Android, a Node.js and Express backend split into 11 service packages, the seed script, and the PostgreSQL schema (35 tables) with Drizzle migrations, along with full rights to change, rebrand and extend all of it. Hosting is on your own infrastructure, and there is no per-seat fee.
12Why choose Miracuves to build a white label sports betting platform?
Launching in 6 working days, this betting platform under your own label brings full source code, a functioning matching engine for the exchange, a single wallet behind three verticals, and audit tooling plus responsible gambling controls that a license application calls for. Support starts with platform guidance for 60 days. Priority bug fixes run for 6 months, and 12 months of product updates are included. Since 2010 the company has handled 9,000+ projects across a base of 6,000+ clients and runs a catalog of 90+ ready-made solutions.
13When does a betting operator see its first revenue?
Fixed-odds sportsbook usually goes first, because it earns from the first settled market, with no need for two customers to agree on a price. Alongside it, the exchange runs and accumulates liquidity over the opening months, which is the whole reason for the dual model, since there is always a price on screen meanwhile. Casino tends to follow once provider contracts are signed, and typically ends up the largest single line. The software is almost never the gating item. Your license and your payment rails are.
Readiness & capacity3 questions
14What is actually unfinished?
You should hear it from us first. Today, eSports uses mock data, poker and bingo exist only as basic implementations, while live dealer is ready for integration but not integrated. An internationalization framework is in the interface, though only English is included. The package has no CSV or JSON export, no monitoring stack, plus search that matches patterns instead of using a full-text index. Before production, the extended tables for tournaments, affiliates, loyalty, promotions and notifications require a second migration snapshot.
15Will the betting exchange hold up under heavy load?
Keeping order books in memory is what produces the documented order placement of under 100 milliseconds at the 95th percentile. That same decision means the engine scales up instead of out, and it is the only component bound by this; the remaining services are stateless and sit behind a load balancer where they scale out. Engine memory, write pressure on the order table and WebSocket broadcast volume are the three bottlenecks the documentation names, and each comes with a stated mitigation.
16What makes a sports betting business hard to copy?
What protects a business here is licensing, liquidity and habit - not code. Every competitor must clear the license barrier as well. Liquidity on an exchange compounds, since traders gravitate to the deepest book. A bet history, a balance and a loyalty tier keep a customer from leaving casually. The platform helps with the second and third early on: fixed odds beside the exchange seed liquidity, and free bets, loyalty and promotions that already ship build habit instead of waiting to be built.
