White Label Yacht Marketplace Cost: $4,299, Paid Once
A buyer usually weighs four routes: a rented or hosted platform, a one-time script, a custom build, or a ready-made platform they own. Their price tags are different kinds of number, some recurring and some one-off, so this page lines them up honestly. It then lists what our single fee covers, what sits outside it, and the regional engineering rates you need to price a from-scratch build yourself.

Set side by side, with the kind of payment each one involves, because a monthly fee and a purchase price are not the same thing.
| Route | What you pay | What you hold at the end |
|---|---|---|
| Rented or hosted platform | A recurring fee, often per seat or per listing, and it commonly bundles hosting and licensing | A working site on the provider's terms. Buyer data stays on their servers, and it can stop when payment does |
| One-time script | Roughly $250 to $1,500 on the open market; code-marketplace listings start under $10 and top out around $600 | A listing grid. Cheaper tiers often ship web-view apps rather than native ones, and some vendors withhold the source from every published tier |
| Freelance team | $18,000 - $60,000 | The pages you specified. The broker client files and the service desks are what tend to be descoped first |
| Miracuves platform | $4,299, one time | The whole platform with its source, deployed in six working days on infrastructure you control |
| Custom agency build | $90,000 - $300,000 | A bespoke system, with a timeline counted in quarters before the first enquiry is staged |
| Enterprise program | Six figures and up | A senior team over twelve to twenty-four months, the realistic span for this depth built from nothing |
The ranges are market observations for comparable scope, not quotes from us. A rental spreads its cost over time and usually includes the hosting, so what you are comparing is a one-time software fee against a recurring one, and we do not claim a lower total cost of launch. You will still pay for your own hosting and accounts, as the hidden-costs list below spells out. Enterprise scope for banks, insurers, marina groups and marine media is quoted against the final specification.
What the $4,299 Covers
The source, the schema beneath it and the ten documents a technical buyer will ask for.
Ownership is full, with no runtime licence, no seat fee and no revenue share. Before anything is signed we will take your technical lead through the repository, the schema and the documents.
What Adds to the Price
The fee itself does not move. These are the additions operators ask for most, each needing a third-party account or a scale, security or procurement decision.
Payment provider hookup
Plans, billing-cycle records, checkout and cancellation already exist, while invoice history is a generated six-row mock. Wiring in Stripe, Adyen or a regional provider, with webhooks, refunds, tax and real invoices, is configuration and integration that we quote with your deployment.
Catalogue migration
Bringing across current listings, the media library, brokerage records and past enquiries is the line buyers most often underestimate. The vessel schema is richer than most legacy systems, so field mapping and re-linking photographs are the real work.
Portal feeds in and out
Sending your stock to other marine portals, or taking broker feeds in, is outside the base build. Every partner wants its own format and schedule, so each feed is scoped by itself.
Partner hand-off
The service desks record and queue requests. Passing insurance, transport, finance, survey or valuation leads into a partner's own systems, with contracts and status callbacks, is separate work, and the regulated activity itself stays with those partners.
Pre-launch security hardening
The handbook names its release gates: removing the fallback JWT secret, finishing object-level ownership checks, encrypting TOTP secrets, hashing reset tokens, making scanned uploads private and reviewing privacy across all forty tables. We scope and quote that work before it starts.
Scale-out infrastructure
One node is ready at launch using the included Compose and Nginx files. Object storage with a CDN, a dedicated search engine and multi-instance regional deployments are documented growth steps that we scope when your volume calls for them.
Custom features usually run two to eight weeks. Whatever is added, you approve a written number before work begins.
Six Working Days, in Order
How the deployment unfolds from the first call to handover.
Decide the commercial shape
We settle the boat types and categories, the plan tiers and their listing and featured limits, which of the eight service modules go live, and your default currency and language. On a marketplace these choices are the product, so they come before any design work.
Put your brand on every surface
Name, logo, colors and domain go onto the web app, the console and the Expo build. Only the languages and display currencies you are opening in are switched on, against the exchange-rate provider you choose.
Stand it up and plug in your accounts
The app and its PostgreSQL database go onto infrastructure you control, through Docker Compose behind Nginx or under PM2. Your SMTP, VAPID keys, exchange-rate provider and any storage credentials are entered with values you hold.
Load stock and brokerages
First listings are published with their specifications, media and status, brokerage records are created with branding, regions and specializations, and each brokerage's LeadSmart intent threshold is set so that qualification means something from launch.
Walk one lead through, then hand over
Staff accounts are created and one enquiry is run end to end: a buyer search, the enquiry, the qualification answers, the kanban stage, a threaded reply, a shortlist on the client file and the response-time view. The repository, schema and documents then transfer.
Support you can plan around
Sixty days of guidance, six months of priority bug fixes and twelve months of product updates. Hardening, payment wiring and migration typically run inside that window on their own scoped schedules.
Six working days assumes your infrastructure and provider credentials are ready when the clock starts.
Regional Development Rates
We do not publish a dollar figure for a from-scratch build, because the honest measure is time: a twelve to twenty-four month programme with a senior team. Here are the rates that let you size that yourself.
| Region | Senior engineer, blended hourly | What a 12-24 month programme implies |
|---|---|---|
| North America | $120 - $220 | The high end of any build-versus-buy comparison, and the largest brokerage market, which is why most operators here buy |
| Western Europe | $90 - $170 | Comparable to North America once employer costs and notice periods are included, and where much of the superyacht trade sits |
| Gulf and Middle East | $60 - $130 | Often the market being sold into, which makes local hiring attractive and the timeline no shorter |
| Eastern Europe | $45 - $95 | The common outsourcing choice, where the risk shifts from cost to specification quality |
| Latin America | $40 - $85 | Time-zone overlap with North America is the usual reason, not the rate |
| South and Southeast Asia | $25 - $60 | The lowest rate, and the one where marine-specific domain knowledge varies most between teams |
Why the rate is here and the total is not
Any total would rest on your team size, your region and how completely you specify the qualification and governance layer up front. The boat grid is the easy part. A record deep enough for a seven-figure vessel, search that joins technical ranges to a map radius, a lead that keeps its history as it changes hands, and a console a non-engineer can operate are all slow to get right. One published number would mean inventing several assumptions and handing them back to you as a finding.
Rates are indicative blended figures for marketplace platform engineering, not quotes. They are here so you can do the arithmetic without relying on ours.
Why the Price Is Fixed and Paid Once
What a single fee commits us to
The scope is the demo. What you see across the buyer app, broker workspace, operator console and Android build is what ships. The platform already exists and already runs, so no discovery phase can uncover that the estimate was hopeful.
Nothing from your income. We take no share of broker subscriptions, listing upgrades, service referral fees or any regional licence you sell. Every commercial lever is yours to set and yours to keep.
No charge per broker. Your fiftieth brokerage and your five-hundredth cost the same as your first, which suits a product whose value grows with the size of its network.
Limits stated before you pay. Live payments, the decorative console controls, single-node live updates, the accounts you must open yourself and the security release gates are all named here and on the hub. Each is scoped and quoted before work begins.
This is a one-time software purchase. Hosting, the accounts behind the platform and any scoped extras are separate lines that you hold in your own name.
Hidden Costs Most Quotes Leave Out
None of these are fees we charge. They are yours to plan for, and on a yacht marketplace the first two run larger than most operators expect.
Photography and video
A vessel worth seven figures does not sell from a few phone pictures. Stills, aerial footage and a video tour for every boat are a recurring content expense, and the ordered gallery and video field exist to show that work off.
Hosting, storage and CDN
You pay for the server, and a rental would normally fold this into its fee. Listing media is the first thing to outgrow an application server, so object storage with a CDN is the planned next step, and bandwidth charges rise with traffic.
Filling the catalogue
Someone has to enter forty-plus specification fields per vessel, whether that is your brokers, a data-entry team or a migration script. The cost falls due before your first lead arrives.
Third-party accounts
SMTP for search-alert email, VAPID keys for Web Push, an exchange-rate provider behind the six currencies and a payment provider once you go live. Each is small alone, and each gates a feature you would otherwise assume is broken.
App-store identities
EAS profiles are included, but your Apple and Google developer accounts, signing and review are your own. Put them on the calendar early and they will not hold up the launch week.
Licensing and regulated partners
Broker licensing, listing accuracy and title checks are yours, as is the regulated work behind insurance, finance, transport and survey. The desks pass on enquiries, so budget for the partners who act on them, plus card fees once payments go live.
The first two separate a marine marketplace from a general classifieds site. Budget for them and the model works; skip them and listings fail to convert.
The seller you pick decides what the number means
The Provider page has the nine questions to put to any bidder, the six-step delivery, the release gates and the red flags that should end a sales call.

“White label yacht marketplace” describes a category of product, not any one company. Brand names appear elsewhere on this site only to describe the kind of platform being built and the terms buyers search for.
The entire design and codebase is built by our own team. The product contains no code, design, graphics, or content originating from any third-party marine marketplace website or application.
No vessels, listings, brokers or service partners are supplied with the platform. Broker licensing, listing accuracy and title checks, and the regulated work behind the insurance, finance, transport and survey modules belong to you and your partners; the modules only route enquiries. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
