White Label Travel Portal Cost: $3,999, Fixed
The box where a traveler types a destination is the inexpensive part of any portal. The money goes into what sits behind that box: a checkout that hands the money back when a supplier fails to confirm, routing across several supply accounts, a margin engine, and separate workspaces for agents, companies and hotel partners. Rented portals skip most of that and bill you every month. Custom builds price all of it and take a season or two. Here are the three routes side by side, and ours.

Search for a white label travel portal and you land in one of three very different markets. The difference is less about the sticker and more about who holds the contracts, the code and the traveler data a year later.
| Route | Price | What you own | Inventory | Agent and corporate channels | Recurring fee | Time to live |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rented portal | About Rs 20,000 / 30,000 / 60,000 (roughly $230 / $340 / $690), by bundle | A storefront on the provider's servers, with traveler records held there too | The provider's own inventory feed, sold at the provider's rate | Usually a storefront, sometimes an agent login. Corporate approvals and a vendor extranet are rare | Yes, or a free start with the rate doing the earning. It ends when payment ends | Quick to start |
| Self-hosted script | From about $999 | Files on your own server, mostly flights and hotels | Whatever you can wire in yourself | Typically none, and no margin engine | None to a vendor, but upkeep is yours | Install, then your own setup |
| Custom build | Quoted at $8,000 to $40,000, over months | Everything, once it is finished | Your own contracts | Only what you specify and pay for | A team to keep it running | Months |
| Miracuves platform | $3,999, one-time | The full source code and the database | Your own supplier accounts, connected during the six days | Agent portal, corporate portal, vendor extranet, operator console and margin engine | None: no licence fee, no revenue share | 6 working days |
The first three rows describe what those routes tend to sell for and how they behave, not offers from us. Rented portals are built for a buyer with no supplier contracts, and we do not serve that buyer: our platform assumes you hold, or can get, your own flight, hotel and ground-transport accounts. If you do, the fee that recurs on a rented portal is the line worth doing arithmetic on.
What the Price Includes
One purchase, and everything a travel operation touches: what travelers hold, what partners log into, and the console that runs it.
The price is one figure: no licence fee, no revenue share, no per-booking charge. What stays outside it is written out in the hidden-costs section below rather than left for a later invoice.
What Moves the Number
The fixed price moves only when you ask for scoped work outside the base. For a travel portal the usual candidates are these.
Supplier integrations beyond the shipped set
Connectors cover flight, hotel, bus, rail, cab and activity supply. If your market runs on one particular consolidator, wholesaler or regional operator whose interface we have not connected, that is an integration against that company's API. Name it on the first call, since it can set the schedule.
Channel sync and repricing
Vendors edit their own rates and availability in the extranet. Pushing those changes out to outside channels and pulling bookings back in, plus fares that reprice themselves as demand shifts, are separate builds. Both are easier to specify after a season of your own booking history.
A deeper agent network
The base has one agent tier with an operator-set commission. A sub-agent tier, markup that agents set themselves, and branded sub-sites for individual agents are custom work, quoted against how your network is actually structured.
Corporate systems and accounting
Approvals, spend limits and expense claims ship. Single sign-on beyond Google sign-in, HR or ERP connections, custom approval chains and a link into your accounting software are quoted against the client's own stack.
More brands, currencies and languages
The base is English-first with Hindi configurable and prices in INR. Several brands on one core, prices shown in a traveler's own currency, further languages and local payment methods are each add-ons, scoped to the markets you intend to open.
Growth tooling and package building
Automation for abandoned searches and carts, fare alerts and segmented campaigns, and a B2B holiday package builder for tour operators to assemble their own itineraries. Both are quoted rather than bundled.
Every item is priced in writing before any work starts, and none is folded into the fixed figure. Custom work usually takes two to eight weeks depending on scope.
The Six-Day Path to Live
What our team does across six working days, and which jobs on your side need to be running in parallel from the start.
Pick the launch scope and file the paperwork
We agree which categories go on first and which channel you lead with. You start the requests only you can start: store developer accounts, gateway approval, SMS sender registration and applications to your flight, hotel and ground-transport suppliers. Those approvals, not our build, usually set the calendar.
Apply your brand everywhere
Name, logo, palette and domain go across the apps, the website and every workspace. Banners and offers are scheduled, and categories you are holding back are switched off from the console instead of deleted, so opening them later needs no release.
Deploy and plug in your accounts
The platform goes onto your cloud behind TLS, with PostgreSQL and Redis running, and your gateway, SMS, email and maps credentials are connected. Supplier accounts that are already approved are switched on; anything still pending runs against demo inventory in the meantime.
Set money rules and permissions
Each category gets a percentage, a flat fee and a minimum. Defaults are set for agent and vendor commission, payment-method fees, cancellation terms, loyalty and cashback, and corporate plan tiers, and your team is assigned to the user roles.
Live walkthrough
Together we book a trip as a traveler, then open that booking in the operator console to see the payment and margin attached to it. An agent then books for a client and earns commission, and a corporate booking over the spend limit stops for approval.
The support window
Sixty days of guidance, six months of priority bug fixes and twelve months of updates. Extra supplier connections and custom corporate work normally slot into that window on their own schedule.
Six working days buys the standard platform with your branding, categories, margins and payments set. Store review and supplier approval run to other companies' calendars, which is why they begin on day zero.
Regional Development Rates
A from-scratch quote for the whole portal is not something we can honestly give without knowing your team. What we can share is the outline of the job, eighteen months or more of senior effort, and the price of an hour of that effort in each region where you might hire.
| Region | Senior engineer, blended hourly | What an 18-month-plus programme implies |
|---|---|---|
| India | $25 - $60 | The cheapest hour on the list, yet a sizeable team for a long stretch before the first ticket |
| Southeast Asia | $25 - $55 | Strong TypeScript and mobile talent, with the quality of the written spec deciding the result |
| Gulf and Middle East | $60 - $130 | Close to many outbound travel markets, so hiring locally is tempting but no quicker |
| Eastern Europe | $45 - $95 | A well-worn outsourcing route where the risk shifts toward supplier integration experience |
| Western Europe | $90 - $170 | Payroll burden and long notice periods narrow the gap with North America |
| North America | $120 - $220 | A seven-figure bill before the portal takes a booking |
Why we show the hourly rate and not a total
Any single total would rest on guesses about headcount, region, seniority and how well the awkward parts get specified. Search screens are what most estimates cost. The time goes elsewhere: a payment step that stays correct when a traveler double-taps while a supplier times out, routing that falls back when one supplier drops out on a public holiday, one margin engine that every category obeys, settlements for an agent network, spend approvals for corporate clients, and an extranet that hotels will genuinely open. The custom quotes in the first table, from $8,000 to $40,000, generally cover a narrower slice than this whole list.
These are indicative blended hourly ranges for booking and marketplace engineering, shown so you can do the multiplication yourself. They are neither quotes nor market statistics.
Why the Price Is Fixed, Not "Starting At"
What one fixed figure obliges us to
You can test everything first. Seven demo logins are open: traveler, agent, vendor, admin, owner, ops and finance. The platform already exists and runs, so no discovery phase is waiting to announce that the estimate was too low.
We take nothing from a booking. Margin on every category, agent and vendor commission, corporate plan fees and wallet float all stay with you. We are not a party to any trip that your travelers book.
Growth is never billed. No charge per agent, per vendor or per company account. Adding your hundredth partner costs you nothing extra, which matters because partners are how a portal like this grows.
The edges are stated up front. Supplier contracts and their live inventory are yours. Bundled inventory, back-office accounting, a sub-agent tier and the other extras listed above are outside the base, and we say so before you buy.
We do not put a best-price promise, an uptime figure or a compliance certificate into the price. Those depend on your suppliers, your hosting and your own audits.
Hidden Costs Most Quotes Leave Out
None of these go to us, and all of them belong in your plan. The first one decides how fast the rest can move.
Supplier account and deposit costs
A flight GDS or consolidator, a hotel wholesaler and bus and rail partners each want their own onboarding, and some ask for a deposit or a credit line before they release live inventory to a new operator. This is the biggest budget line and the longest wait. The platform does not include, resell or guarantee any of that supply.
Travel agency registration
Depending on your country, selling tickets or packages may call for a business registration, an accreditation or a local license. That is handled between you and your regulator, so ask your advisers early, before you promise a launch date.
Payment gateway fees
Cards, UPI and net banking each carry a fee, and a refund does not always return it. You can pass part of it on with a per-method fee, and wallet payments avoid it, but on a thin travel margin it still shows up as a real deduction.
SMS sender registration
One-time codes, confirmations and trip alerts travel by SMS as well as email and push. Many markets require the sender ID to be registered first, and the message cost rises in step with your bookings.
App store accounts
Apple and Google developer accounts are held by you, carry their own fees, and each review runs on the store's clock. We prepare the submission with you, but we cannot speed the approval.
Hosting
The platform runs on your AWS, GCP or Azure account, so the monthly bill is yours. Search fans out to several suppliers at once, so busy weekends and sale days need extra capacity, and that shows up on the invoice.
Those are ordinary running costs for any travel business. Putting them on this page keeps them in your forecast instead of turning up mid-launch.
What you pay depends on who you buy from
A price is only half of a provider comparison. The questions to put to any vendor, the warning signs, and an illustrative reference deployment for a regional travel brand are on the Provider page.

“White label travel portal” describes a category of product, not any one company. Brand names appear elsewhere on this site only to describe the kind of platform being built and the terms buyers search for.
The entire design and codebase is built by our own team. The product contains no code, design, graphics, or content originating from any third-party travel booking website or application.
No airline, hotel, bus, rail or activity inventory is supplied with the platform. Supplier agreements and their commercial terms, travel agency licensing and registrations, the accuracy of the fares and availability your suppliers return, and the consumer-protection, refund and tax rules of every market you sell in are your responsibility.
